Priced to high ask guy price for tune up he stated 830.00 then ask me what type of of tune up I needed then stated a tune up doesn’t fix everything this place is a rip off and a scam

I took my 2013 Veloster for my clanking steering wheel. I knew it had to be the coupler. Sure enough it was These guys were efficient, quoted reasonable cost, & professional. Had my car back when they said I would. I hope my car doesn't have any serious issues, but if it does I'm bringing it here

Will straight up scam you. Imagine being charged $1k for AC and actuator repair for the exact same problem to still be there. Afterwards they will use your info to spam you text ads "reminding" to get such and such done. Don't go here find someone else local and trustworthy near you.

I recently had to replace the radiator in my truck. Thrash was able to tow my truck, gave me a fair price for the work, and got the job done quickly. Best of all, they were super easy to work with and communicated the whole way through. I worked with Mike and he was awesome. And while it wasn’t really in my budget at the time, I went ahead and had them replace the shocks and struts while it was in the shop. It’s hard to find a good mechanic these days. I am so glad I found Thrash if I ever need work done again!

It only took me 20 years to post this review lol. The great people at thrash brought my 87 vette back to life after some flood damage to the engine. I'm not on that side of town anymore, but I know where to go if my other vette needs service 😊 Thanks guys

My daughter is in the military in San Antonio, and she had an issue with getting her car started, and got ahold of Thrash Automotive by chance. Wayne and Mike were able to fix her car in a day and did it at a fair price. Thank you Wayne and Mike for taking care of my daughter and her car when I couldn’t be there. (We are all the way up in Michigan). Your honesty and fairness are appreciated.

This is my first time using Thrash Automotive and I am really impressed with them. The people are nice and easy to talk to. For what I needed done, I thought the price was reasonable. From what I experienced, they don't try to gouge your eyes out with high prices. I do believe I will be a repeat customer.A+

This company is spot on. Very informative and reasonable. I have been throwing their name out to co-workers and friends. They found a part that has been on backorder since the pandemic and fixed my truck. My truck runs like new. They were up front and didn't try to play me just because I'm a female. My family will be going here, and I'm spreading the word. Wayne was wonderful!!!

Wayne is not willing to help anyone in need. My wife, daughter and her 2 kids broke down and he didn't care to help. Took it to pep boys and they helped right away.

I called to get the price on a new motor and the guy Mike quickly dismissed .me before I could even finish, telling me,"we don't install other people's parts." I informed him I would like to get it all done there including purchase, he said we'll I need the VIN number first. I told him I have that, then he said we'll actually its going to take a few weeks before I even look at it. This is really sad Nd disappointing bc of poor customer service I will not be giving this shop the job and a good 6000 to 7000 was missed out on.

We took our van to Thrash Automotive based on some google reviews. We needed a place close to our vrbo while we were in San Antonio on vacation. We were limited to places within walking distance since we only had one vehicle with us. Our brakes decided to go out while we were on vacation, and we knew we shouldn’t drive home until they were repaired. Thrash squeezed us in the next morning after we called. We were worried about cost while on our trip, but he was able to save our rotors and only replace what was required. They seemed to be very honest. We got our van back that afternoon, and everything is in working order. We are very thankful to find a good place close by.

Mike is absolutely fantastic. My car broke down on the highway and USAA took it to the nearest auto shop. Thrash Auto was the closest so it got taken in. The initial look over was very affordable and Mike was very communicative throughout the whole process. My vehicle was with him for over a week, a few days even after they had determined the issue and it was ready to go. They didn't charge me for having it there (I was only passing through San Antonio) and my sister was able to pick it up. Mike texted me the week after. Absolutely fantastic people and I highly recommend them!

The gentleman (Jeremiah) that helped me was very nice, and worked quickly with my oil change. I enjoy coming to Thrash because the people there have a good sense of humor and the management is very professional and easy to talk to. THANK YOU THRASH AUTOMOTIVE!!
