Three C has been amazing from the moment they received the job from my insurance company their communication regarding my vehicle has been beyond exceptional ! From having a bad experience from another shop they’ve definitely done an amazing job to give a positive experience. Waiting on insurance to determine what route they were going with my vehicle and even though they hadn’t heard back they continued to let me know by email and phone call what was going on if I could give them more then 5 stars I would. Big shoutout to Dakota and the team for their excellent customer service and making me feel like they valued my concerns and talking me through everything and providing advice when needed would recommend them to anyone looking to take their vehicle to be repaired !

**Review for Three-C Auto Repair: Avoid at All Costs** I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Three-C Auto Repair that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, the lack of organization and communication was astonishing. **Scheduling:** First off, there’s no proper scheduling for car drop-off. You simply have to show up and join a queue. To make matters worse, I wasn’t informed that they could have my car for up to 28 days prior to drop-off. This was incredibly inconvenient. **Pre-Repair Timeline:** After dropping off my car, I waited over a week without any updates. I had to call to find out they were waiting for insurance clearance. After two weeks, I called again and received the same response. It wasn’t until three weeks in that I learned there was no record of my insurance estimate, despite it being provided during drop-off. The complete lack of communication meant my car sat untouched for four weeks because they couldn’t reach my insurance company. After I provided my claim’s direct point of contact, everything was approved in just two days. It’s absurd that it took four weeks of multiple calls to discover such a critical issue. **Repair:** Once the insurance approval finally came through, my car was started on repairs within two weeks. However, it was then delayed for over two weeks just waiting for paint. After relentless calls, I finally got in touch with a new manager who moved things along. **Pick-Up:** By the end of week nine, my car was finally ready for pick-up. But when I arrived, none of my dash lights or gauges were working, and there were multiple scratches on my car that weren’t there before. I refused to take it back until these issues were resolved. A week later, I returned for pick-up again, and the condition was still unacceptable. My car’s interior was treated with utter disrespect; dirty handprints on the headliner, residue on the seats, and the dome light was hanging incorrectly. The hood handle was installed backward, and there was trash in the trunk. I spoke to the manager, who promised to detail it, but after two hours, it looked like they barely touched it. The mess was still there, and the trunk was untouched. **Additional Issues:** To add insult to injury, the paint started chipping almost immediately, and parts weren’t even fully painted. The “orange peel” effect on the paint job is embarrassing, and a piece of the bumper is loose. Even the lettering on the trunk has fallen off! **Overall:** This business shows a complete lack of respect for the cars they work on and the customers who depend on them. Communication is virtually non-existent; calls and voicemails go unanswered. The new manager who came on board late in my process vanished without resolving my issues. Save yourself the hassle—do not use Three-C Auto Repair.

Still waiting for a few small items to addressed 2 months after repairs. Including y keyless entry button that worked when it arrived but doesn’t any longer (appears the tech forgot to reconnect the harness on reinstall) and I was promised it would be addressed, but not even a phone call. Pretty rough experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone in close to. Oh, and they keep emailing me to review their company….., I ignore it with the hopes I’ll AT LEAST get t keyless entry fixed 🤷🏼♂️. Their communication is a 0 out of 10 I will say the paint blend perfect, aside from a few defects (again I was promised a phone call to fix) their painter is top notch. The body work itself looks pay good too from first glance. I quit eventually poke around behind panels and make sure no clips screws out paint was overlooked, I sure hope not when they had it for a month longer than promised. Mind you no parts were on back order.

To whom reads this I don’t want to waste your time like mine was wasted so let’s get into it. It wasn’t the fact that it took two months for my car to be repaired (over a month longer than the initial 3-4 week estimated time, which is the entire reason I chose this shop). It wasn’t the fact that this shop sent my car to a Kia dealership to sit and wait for a part for over a month when there was repairs that 3-C could have done in the meantime but didn’t. No, what made this experience unbelievably inappropriate and undoubtedly the worst shop I’ve ever been to was the complete unapologetic lack of communication from 3-C’s side. Communication started fine, but as the weeks went on the only information I could get was when I called repeatedly. Even then when told I would get a call back I STILL didn’t recieve information unless I called first. Furthermore, when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told I’d get a call back but once again I did not receive a call back. This situation became so frustrating due to lack of communication and quite frankly accountability that I had to reach to outside resources to get my car back fixed or not. I truly hope that everyone who deals with this shop has a different experience than me or truly go somewhere else.

There are no words God has created to describe how awful their service is. It will be much easier to contact a rock and get an estimate for your car's damage costs.

The work looks great, they did a great job. I would definitely come back, also they have car rentals that you can use so that’s a plus also.

They want to use all factory parts and then cause the insurance company to total out of vehicle. I recommend going with somebody who's not going to make the quote super expensive and then say oh, we'll work with the insurance company to lower to see what they'll pay. So now they're saying overhail damage, they're going to total out our vehicle. So they may be great if your insurance company can work with them, but for our situation. I would absolutely recommend going to not three c. And then, if we wanted to withdraw the claim and just have hail damage, because it's literally the hood. And the roof. Then we owe $3,000 just for them to look at it. And go yep there's hail damage. Also in that cost is "13 days of storage". How are you going to charge for storage, just a scam. Hope that my 14 MILLION VIEWS ON GOOGLE MAPS keeps this review and rating at the top.

Earlier this year I got into an accident ( pretty major fender bender ) and got referred to here. I as a first time dealing with a car accident, I didn’t know what to expect by all means. They took care of everything with my insurance, called me twice a week to keep me updated on the status of my car. I got my car back 2-3 weeks sooner than originally expected! Which was great considering I only had so much time til I had to give my rental back. Chuck, the GM took care of me and made sure everything with my car was handled as it should. Any issues I may have had since getting my car back, they were right there to help and to get me back out on the road! Plus the paint job was fantastic!!! Thank you Chuck, CJ, Deb, and everyone else that has been there to help me, I recommend to anyone who has been in an accident! You guys are awesome!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩

My vehicle was hit by someone. I heard about 3C's being a good place to take it, so I did. $15,000 later, my vehicle was back normal. The staff kept me informed as to what was going on in different stages of the process. The manager Chuck was very helpful as the rest of the staff. The place is huge. You'll like the outcome.

I got into a car accident and of course this was the first place I thought of. You know, 'the finest in collision repair' so says the jingle lol Not only is the jingle correct, but it didn't mention how KIND the staff are! Like seriously, every person that works there is so helpful, accommodating, polite, concerned, and just willing to do whatever to make you feel at ease! I've never been to a place of business like that. And they got my baby looking fresh off the assembly line! I really can't say enough great things about this place, but if you choose them for repairs, you will be 100% satisfied and won't regret it for a moment! Thank you Three-C!

They are scamming people. They charged me 5k for an estimate plus outrageous storage fees. Do not trust them. Report them to the ohio attorney General. Read the real reviews on yelp. Most of the Google reviews are paid by 3c.

While the staff was fairly nice, the overall experience was a terrible disappointment. My wife's brand new car (less than 600 miles on the odometer) was involved in a collision in July or August 2022 and the reason I chose this particular body shop was because they were one of very few in the Columbus area that were certified by Subaru. Upon picking up the vehicle after Three-C claimed it was ready, I noticed an obvious abnormal negative camber in the rear left wheel. After driving the vehicle and getting it up to highway speed, I noticed a wheel bearing was bad. I ended up having to bring the vehicle back 3 or 4 times (I lost count) because 3 of the wheel bearings were bad, and they discovered more damage as well. This was incredibly frustrating that I had to bring back a vehicle multiple times after I was told that it was ready. After picking up the vehicle for the final time, I noticed scratches on the driver door and handle. For one of the return visits, they were kind enough to pay for a rental car. I appreciated that, but it never should have got to that point. We also were supposed to receive warranty information for their repairs in the mail. We never ended up receiving it. I think whoever was assigned to work on the vehicle was not very bright considering mostly positive reviews about Three-C. However, this experience was not the best, and I will not return in the future.

I have used 3 c two times now and they are amazing!!! The communicate wonderfully with how your car repairs are going, they are quick with turn around time getting your car back to you, and everyone who works up there is friendly and knowledgeable with any questions I came up with. The work they do is amazing too. My car came back to me looking brand new!! I highly recommend 3c for all body repairs with or without insurance.

Everything about our experience here was amazing ! Jessica was phenomenal at updating us on our cars progress , letting us know when parts were coming in and when the expected date for it to be done . For days we couldn’t get ahold of our insurance guy and Three-C would provide us with any information we needed. My fiancé said the workers there were so friendly , professional and thorough. This company and this location will forever be our go to ! And anyone that ask for a recommendation we will send them here !

I never leave reviews but this one is worth it. Walking in there to begin with was a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and Jessica kept me up to date on my car the whole time. It was ready earlier than expected and looked amazing! It looked like I just took it from the car lot. The interior was cleaned as well and smelled like a brand new car again. Highly recommend!!

My nightmare started Monday and January 8. I was rear-ended two hours away from home. The car was not drivable so the police impounded it in their lot for safe keeping it cost me $279 to pick up my car three days later. I wanted my car taken to three body shop, I’ve seen the commercial where they say they can get your Depreciation value back . Tuesday morning I called three C bodyshop and requested a price to go get my car 145 miles away. They said it would be $350 plus a couple extras.. And then they said unfortunately their tow truck driver was out all week so they set it up with Woody’s towing in Hilliard. You know as well as I do if you’ve ever been in an accident it is very stressful you just wanna get things taken care of right away, so you don’t have to worry anymore. So I called woodys towing and they charged me $754 . Another company out to wax people for their money. So that’s a little over $1000 just for storage and towing. 3C body shop quoted me an estimate to repair my car of $24,000. My car is only worth $28,000 and nobody got hurt in the accident so it wasn’t that hard of a hit. I decided that I didn’t want them to fix my car so I had to pay for them to release my car I had to pay $1356 to get my car out. They stated that it took them 10 hours to take the bumper off and the quarter panel. And look up underneath the car they charged me a $300 admin fee for typing up the invoice And printing it out. They charged me $95 to tow my car from one lot next-door to the other lot so it could be picked up by the other body shop.. They change the labor cost from $80 an hour to $65 an hour after I told them that they were just making up prices and charges. I am beyond disgusted, and I want to know how to prove that that man spent 10 hours working on my car. Somebody needs to look into this body shop. They really are robbing the public.

I recently had my son's car repaired at Three-C and they did a beautiful job. The technicians and painters are magicians as the car looks brand new! The estimator, Jessica, kept me informed throughout the process. The General Manager was friendly, informative and made the experience fantastic, as did the two Customer Service Representatives. The location is a bit inconvenient for me but I would gladly drive by any other competitor to visit this shop and have my car repaired! Thanks to the entire team for a seamless process, great experience and a flawless repair!

This body shop is a 5/5. I had got into an automobile accident and had my door smashed in, they replaced it and made my car look better than when I brought it in! Very friendly and nice people, had my car done quicker than I thought and always updated me. I definitely recommend this body shop. And thank you to the kind staff for the help I was given!

I originally had my work done with them 6 years ago on my car. The first issue I was willing to look past being it took them over a month to get my car done, when they said just a week or two. Not sure what the hold was. The damage wasn't severe enough where I couldn't drive the car and airbags weren't deployed, so I could've been driving the car while they ordered the parts. Had issues with the door not being properly connected back up with wiring and bolts so I had to take it back in right after I had the service done. I could've looked past all of these previous issues, but over the years I'm having issues with their work falling apart. Pieces of the car they worked on are popping out of place, pieces of the body they painted are chipping off and rusting. Eventually I wanted to sell the car and remembered they have a lifetime warranty on their work, so I called them up to schedule warranty work to fix all of this. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of someone to do warranty work after calling at least 6 times with them telling us they would call is back with no response or they would just hang up on us. Eventually after a few weeks of trying to get in for warranty work they get us an appointment. During the appointment they tell us rust isn't covered under warranty for their work, while none of the factory work has rust on it. Then they offered to fix the rust for over $3k 😂. 3C might've been a solid body shop back in the day, but they've obviously gone down hill. Sad to see them become just another sketchy body shop.

They left my rear bumper “disconnected” when i came back to the shop the mechanic manager sent the receptionist to tell me my car “came like that”, basically taking 0 responsibility for the terrible work done on my car. Very Sketchy atmosphere even worse service.

They only work on vehicles up to 10-12 years old. My vehicle is a 2004 like new, no rust 46,000+ miles and really only needs some paint redone after I was hit by another driver. Didn't get my business.

They won't get your car tow for you so i had to use my insurance company to tow it for free to their preferred shop unfortunately even though i wanted three C body shop. To bad they won't tow.

Three C helped to make a bad situation from a hit n run accident, much better. Although, my insurance company wasn't very helpful, they knew how to navigate the situation. From Debbie up front to Paul in the back, everyone was helpful. They took time to update me, go to bat for me and returned my Telluride to me in mint condition, as id the accident never happened. If you experience an accident or need ant bidy work completed on your car, I highly and confidently recommend 3C.

Wouldn't recommend! I fought tooth and nail with my insurance to get my car to this shop instead of their preferred shops just to be SEVERELY disappointed. This shop will over promise and under deliver then talk poorly about you, take no accountability and even hang up on you. The shop lacks professionalism and will dismiss any valid concerns with excuses. I can't speak to the quality of the work because I have yet to get my car back even though I was promised my car would be done a week ago. If the quality of the work is anything similar to how the admin team handles customer service I'm sure it will be sub par at best.
