Being a single mom & having to pinch penny’s, I called multiple shops for a quote on a used tire immediately for our safety after seeing my cracked tire exposing wire.. No one had anything in stock for my size used or new, charging me $100+ for a new tire on order only to have to wait days.. my tired was destroyed & felt dangerous to wait.. I then came across TI Auto Care, gave Cyrus a call & he was MORE than understanding, told me to head on over & he would help immediately. He was very friendly, informative, helpful, kind, caring… I could go on, but he was so quick & efficient!! He definitely has my business in the future!! Also VERY affordable for me having to get a quick fix until I can afford more quality in the foreseeable future. He had my tires done & got me back on the road in LESS THAN 30 minutes!!! Very professional & stand up gentleman. I will be recommending him to everyone I know!! 😊 Thank you so much!! & the drive back home was great, my car is very thankful as well!! I have peace knowing my son & I are safer ☺️

We went for a used tire until new tires could be ordered for my daughter’s car. We ended up purchasing two new tires because the pricing was too good and the service was excellent! We will definitely be back!

Had a leak on the road and pulled in off the street. Owner waved me in and allowed me to sit in the AC with my Infant. Super friendly and fast and not expensive. I will definitely come back if I’m in need. Thank you TI

My husband buys his tires here. He speaks highly of the service and the kindness of the owner. I bought my tires down the street, where they wanted me to wait over 2-hrs to fix a flat tire albeit for free. I came to Ti’s and was out of there in 20-mins for the small fee of $20 for patching my tire. So worth it! Lesson learned: support local-owned businesses 😊
