I would like to have the attention of the owner of this place , I will appreciate if he or she can contact me because having issues with mechanical service it is important, for the past month I’ve been waiting for my car to be fix and or to have a good diagnosed, by this time, I’m pretty sure he knows what it’s going on since I went this morning to talk to Steven and of Course he wasn’t there, I talked to one of the mechanics and explained the situation of my car he was surprised from all the information I gave him. I don’t want to be explicit and expose more of the incompetent service I had. but all I want is had the attention of the owner and be responsible for the people who’s working for him it’s making this place to be one of the worst mechanical service I ever had. People from Tierra Santa don’t deserve this kind of service we support small business and I don’t think we deserve this kind of bad service. Please keep more attention to your business. Otherwise, you’re gonna see more people complaining like me.

The African American elderly lady with grey hair is super rude. If youre miserable and don’t like your job then go find a new one, instead of treating people disrespectfully. Her attitude is gross. Hate to be her if I get to that age. Never coming here ever again.

Made an appointment for a smog test on their website for 3pm. I received a confirmation of that appointment from them. So I took an hour off of work to go get it done at that time. Only to show up and be told to come back tomorrow, because the guy is only there from 9-2. I asked why the appointment was confirmed for 3 then... Guy just shrugged and said come back tomorrow. No thanks.

Offer Car Wash at pump and only after paying do you find out that they have disabled their car wash. They offer no refund. So, they are thieves.

I was in need of a quick brake pad change and these guys were able to get it done for me quickly and for a good price. Nice mechanics, will go back for future work!

Good prices on gas, and I used to like the carwash. But today the carwash scratched the hell out of my door. Hopefully just in the clear coat and can be buffed out. Needless to say we will never take our cars through this carwash again.

Always came here for a quick car wash. I took my Tacoma to the car wash yesterday and the paint on the hood got scratched really bad. I got a paint job in my truck two months ago, now it's scratched...

Don’t go there- they charge me $100 on my card while my gas was $46.75. Unfortunately all employees (3 of them) unable to read English either. Sketchy place. I have to call my bank to report fraud.

I pulled in needing gas but saw a sign on the side of the building that said “15 cents/gallon discount with any car wash purchase”, and just went right in to the car wash, because gas is expensive…. No where on the sign does it anything about having to buy the car wash at the same time as the gas. So I bought the “best” car wash because my car did need a wash. And after it was done, I took my receipt inside and asked how I get the discount, and the woman behind the counter told me there’s nothing she can do. Not only is this absolutely ridiculous, there should be a way in the system to override the price of the car wash or the gas to make the pump have the right place. It’s also false advertisement and terrible customer service. I’m super disappointed and wish I wouldn’t have bothered because it was a waste of time. My car is still dirty and I didn’t even save any money on the gas.

They have card skimmers on there pumps someone tried to take 100$ out of my account after I left ,the pump gliched and asked me to re enter my pin luckily I covered it with my hand I went to smart and final when i got a notification,that said my card was declined at the gas station in the amount of 100$ for wrong pin number i went back to the gas station and went into the store the person working tried to talk there way out of it said there boss was "on vacation "for a month and that they didn't have access to the cameras even though I didn't even ask, pls don't go there im pretty sure this isn't the first time this happened to me,I was on pump 6. My heart is broken I've been going there for yrs and now I can't 😔 I called the sheriff's department waited for an hour and got hung up on I guess they don't care people are getting the money stolen.

I had higher hopes for this place. I made an appointment online for a smog test. When I got there and states what I was there for the staff looked at me all confused. They proceeded to call the mechanic who then tells me that they don't know how to access the online booking. So I'm told they can do it in 1.5 hours. Ok cool. The service was fast and efficient once someone was finally there. I go to charge out and im charged more than what is advertised online. Please take down online scheduling!

This place is a total bait and switch. Avoid at all costs. Booked an oil change online. I show up and let them know I have an online appointment for an oil change. They perform the oil change and when I go to pay, the price is $15 more than they show online. I tell the cashier that the email confirming my appointment shows the price as $58.99 and you're asking for $74. She brings someone over and he tells me that the prices on their website are old and they have no idea how to update them. They didn't tell me the price was different before doing the work. Awful experience. I won't be going back.

Not impressed. Bait and switch pricing. Booked oil change appointment online. Online price was $32.00 cheaper than final price due to type of oil used (synthetic). No one ever called to advise me of difference, no choice to select synthetic or conventional oil. Dropped car off for my appointment and was told car would be ready in 30 min. Turns out it took much longer than that. Had someone told me it would take much longer than 30min. I could have allowed for it in my schedule. These folks didn't earn my trust on any level. Will be going elsewhere.

Debit same as cash Pump 6 is crazy slow Stops at $50 or about 12 gallons or 1/2 tank at current prices Got 20 gallons by paying twice with a debit card so...gas station pays 2 merchant fees for 1 tank of gas

This place regularly pops on NextDoor for issues with card skimmers who attempt to wipe people’s bank accounts clean. Patrons report it to ownership and then they get defensive about it or disregard their concerns. There are plenty of other options in Tierrasanta. Get your gas somewhere else.
