I've been using Tiger for 6+ years now. Luke and Garret are as solid as they come... always honest and the highest quality work performed. Wouldn't dream of taking my toyota anywhere else.

The best Toyota mechanics you'll find in the area. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable. I live in Fremont and am making a trip here to do some work on my Avalon because Mr. Cotton and his team are that good.

For the last 6 years, Luke and Garrett have kept my car running perfectly on my daily commute to Morgan Hill, with 200,00 miles on the engine. I trust them so much that I will only ever buy Toyotas so I can continue to have them serviced here. 10/5 stars.

Garett's shop was incredibly thorough, knowledgable and honest in diagnosing a hard to find coolant leak on my daughter's Toyota Sequoia. Super impressed with this company and will be taking all 4 of our Toyotas here for work from now on. I do my own minor maintenance and repairs (oil changes, A/C, mechanical troubleshooting, etc.) but it's tough to find shops that you can trust when the repairs get more complicated - this is the one to trust. Thanks to Garett and his Team.

Tiger knows and treats my 4Runner way above any other shop ever I've been to. From my experience, they are enthusiastic and have a passion for working on 4Runners. Tiger has been loyal and trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable about my truck. They are hardworking and enjoy what they do.

Honest, kind and competent staff. Garrett has a high standard of quality and the guys he hires are also salt of the earth people like himself. Never condescending, they explain what’s going on with the issue at hand, and the best options. They also don’t take the easy way out on repairs. My boyfriend is a mechanic and was impressed with the work they did on my rusty old CRV. Best mom + pop shop in Santa Cruz!

On my first visit to Tiger Motors based upon a friend's recommendation they did a complete shock replacement and transmission work on my 4Runner. I have had Toyota vehicles for over 30 years and they are by far the most knowledgeable Toyota mechanics I have met. They knew the nuances of the specific model and year for my car. They provided timely updates on the progress of the repairs. Awesome service and I will be taking both of my Toyotas to them from now on.

Great honest auto shop with talented mechanics. I have been bringing my Toyota trucks here for 5 years and recommended it to numerous friends as well. The owner and employees do great work on Toyota, Lexus and Nissan including electrical issues with Prius's and other hybrids.

Straightforward, salt of the earth staff. Guy went to a tire shop just to hook me up with a fresh pair... he doesn’t even sell tires! Also easy to communicate with over the phone. Big ups

Honest, knowledgeable and friendly service. I've been to Tiger a few times with both foreign and domestic vehicles. The work has been excellent and completed quickly. No unesseasary repairs have ever been sold to me.
