Honestly the worst possible service. Quoted 3 days for a car to be fixed. It's been a week! They say it takes 16 hours. It's been over 30 hours. They are rude and ignorant and don't know what their doing. They don't care about the customer. Plus they charge for things that don't need fixed. Worst excuse for an auto shop. They need to be out of business. The owner complains when the owner of the vehicle calls to check the status of the vehicle. And yells and tells them it would get done faster if they stopped calling. Plus their very expensive. Don't go there unless you want to be treated like a bother when even though your the one who pays and makes it so they can pay what they call employees. I'm contacting the BBB.

Very helpful and kind. Also fair. I felt confident that I was being treated more than fairly. I will always use tigers automotive in the future and recommend it to my friends.

We were stuck on a Saturday afternoon we pulled out of a gas station and our truck decided to stall out and not start again sat there for a few hours and I believe he owners father drove by talk to my husband about what was going on and was kind enough to go and get his son who I believe he said owned tiger's automotive and brought him over with the computer just to see what was going on that is great customer service and I recommend anyone to go to them to at least see what they say 100% grateful for what they did

Had trouble with a U haul truck and was referred to this place for service by U haul roadside assistance. Patrick took great care of us. If I lived in the area I would be using this place for all my automotive repairs.

Absolute joke of a place. Legitimately one of the worst automotive places I’ve ever been to. Workers are rude and the owner was very disrespectful. You’re wasting your time and money if you go here. 👎🏽

Locally owned and have always treated me good when I go in. They are very reasonably priced and had me taken care of same day. Had them throw a bumper on my car and Even though I don't think it's really their specialty and something they do all the time they tackled it and did a phenomenal job. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic.

All what I can say is Thank You Tim and Thank you Patrick!! I was on my way back to illinois and had an issue with the car and those guys ordered the parts and did the job perfectly in No Time! Plus it was Sunday and they were opening. Definitely will recommend you to everyone I know in ur area!!

Excellent service as described they do not mark up parts they quoted me a price and stuck to that quote. Did not try adding extra fees and it was a little more labor-intensive than they had planned on so very impressed will definitely do return business.

Just a bad experience. I take my own responsibility for my responses to their service and yes my vehicle was definitely a lemon. Having been a previous business owner, I learned to deal with all sorts of problems. But never did I yell at the customer or belittle them. The customer isn’t always right, but I never took license to be so rude when confronted. I tried 4x in a month to turn my attitude around. Now I’m into a new vehicle. I even thanked Patrick when I picked up my still broken vehicle. I was rewarded later with a “do you feel better now”, before I was hung up on. They tried to call me when I posted a rant. I figured it was just harassment at that point, so I pulled it off of the platform and simply blocked them. I don’t expect they would ever help me again, nor will I be calling on them.

Our starter went out on our 4Runner while we were driving through to Boise from Colorado Springs. AAA brought our vehicle to their shop on a Sunday morning early. These guys were just getting in and gave us a hand. They immediately found a part for us and replaced it for us within an hour and a half. We could not be more grateful. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. And they did not charge us any extra for the service due to it being a normal off-day. In fact, they probably saved us a lot of money over having it done at home by a national car servicing company. Thanks guys!

The owner of this company is a sleeze bag, and acts like a complete child on Facebook, would you let a child work on your vehicle? No, do not go to this establishment if you have decency and respect for people because this owner does not. #manchild

What can I say... Free Inspections! An then I got told my car would be 2,000$+ plus to fix at a my dealership... They told me under 800$... For the same things needed fixed. That pretty much says it all. The Customer Service is also better... Just saying

Traveling through town, had a engine problem. They secured the part and made the 4-hour repair the same day. Can't say enough about how pleased I was with their service. Very friendly. Great experience for a stranded travel. Highly recommended.

Car battery was drained despite being a fairly new battery. Took my, 2001, Nissan XTerra to mechanic Patrick for a diagnostic. An hour later got a call saying it was just a fuse. I asked what I owed for their service? Patrick, said " nothing. We don't charge for diagnostic." I of course tipped him with a 12er of his fav beverage : ). 10/10 rating for their honesty! I now have a trustworthy mechanic as long as they're in business. Thank you!

I was driving through Wyoming and my truck broke down with my baby and two dogs while we were eating in Rock Springs. They repaired my truck while we were in it and got it done right away so we could get back on the road! Did I mention it was on a Sunday? Thanks to everyone at Tigers for the great service!

These guys are a joke!! Completely unprofessional!! How do you call yourself "Brake Shop" if you can't do brakes. Had an issue with the brake pressure in my Jeep and had these guys look into it had it for 3 weeks and said they "checked the whole brake system" had a guy that "worked for jeep" take a look at it. They told me it was the master cylinder even tho it was brand new. After that said they couldn't get any pressure in my brakes still. Then charged me 320 even tho it was in the exact same condition. When I got in the jeep the battery was completely dead and they didn't even have the decency to warn me about this before I showed up. I went to buy the battery and came back and they offer no assistance to help replace the battery. Then after taking it to another mechanic they told me what was wrong within an hour and said they would have my car ready by the end of the day. When I called these guys they said that I should be happy that they didn't charge me for storage. My biggest question is how do you check a break system for 3 hours and not notice the brake calipers are swapped???
