My 1 star came down to lack of communication from them. This was the 2nd time I brought my car and the first was because I was in the are when my car wouldn’t start and I needed a new starter. I let the first time slide when it took them forever to replace a starter and I went an entire week and a half without my car. There was no communication of price or when my car would be finished, I had to continue to call them daily. Recently my car wouldn’t start and I called them because my mechanic said it could be the starter and it’s only been a year, so I figured my warranty would be good. I called tino and they said yeah, you still have your warranty and offered to tow my car. During the entire process they did not update me about my car and I had to continue to call. They eventually said my car was ready. I came to pick up my car and they hit me with a $250 bill. No communication of this costing anything or an update of if they actually had to do something to my car. I usually don’t leave reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I do hope they actually read these reviews because I want them to do better. Be better at communicating with the customer, providing them with updates about their car and the cost of the service, it’s good practice and will help you in the future.

I'm from Michigan and had issues with my truck in Chicago when i visit a friend. Not only where they open on Saturday but took me right in and had my Ford F-250 fix in no time. Highly recommended.

Very rude staff unless your latin I guess. Staff lacks skills in simple Customer service, trying to even make a paying appointment is a hassle like they don't want or need your business. Such waste of time and effort and when you ask direct questions your looked at as if how dare you ask such even if it's in retrospect to services offered.

Just got a coolant refill for the air conditioning system for my car at Mr. Torres's shop. I called them, and within an hour I was in shop getting the work done. Don't go here if you need your AC refilled. I was over charged for an AC refill and two months later it was out again. I took the car back to complain and told the man I thought it had a leak. When I picked up the car he charged me again to "refill" it, which did not solve the AC issue.

Great service. Performed a safety inspection and visually showed me everything I needed, most shop just tell you what you need. They actually took me under the vehicle and pointed out everything to me. Great experience. Honest and fair. I will certainly be coming back!!
