This review is long overdue but, a couple of months ago Robert replaced my tires and he was quick as well as efficient. I’m super grateful to have come across this tire shop and the wonderful people that work there. This is now the #1 tire shop I recommend to family and friends

Had low expectations as it was but just need a single tire replaced. Dropped vehicle off at 11am and it was done until 3pm. Didn’t have proper tools for the job. Had to take the tire to a unknown location to have it mounted not to mention the air gun couldn’t loosen lug nuts and had to be done manually!

Figured out my valve was broken and replaced it in 20 minutes. Even gave me a bolt for my wheel because I was missing one of them for my tires. Super helpful. Price was below what I expected. Got two new tires and labor for about $100 something.

Never even got anything from them but I wouldn’t make business with them at all. Called for a quote and the girl that answered the phone was rude, had a nasty attitude, super short and rushing me off the phone. No customer service at all! Why make business with people like that? Haven’t even met in person already giving bad vibes. Customer service is big in your industry, might wanna train your employees some. If I can give negative stars, I would!

This place was totally awesome!! Granted my experience may not have been so delightful had my mom not been there bilingual things between the mechanics and I. Apparently I'm just a simple coconut, but she was there and our experience was wonderful quite swimmingly in fact she was able to dialog everything for me oh, well actually she did all the business and it's right around the corner from a taco spot so I could go get something to eat come back Lounge on their couch and watch them work on my car. A very satisfactory experience.
