I had a timing belt and water pump replacement done. Chris did not follow standard procedure by replacing the seals to the engine, causing oil to get on my timing belt. The timing belt snapped after 20,000 miles. Ultimately, I am out one thousand dollars plus another one thousand for getting another shop to do it properly. What is most frustrating is that after finding out the seals weren't replaced a month after the initial service, I tried to talk to Chris, but he would see me pull up to the shop and would duck out the back on multiple occasions. Terrible shop and service. No accountability. Do not do business.

TIPS Automotive provides excellent customer service. I was able to jump on some work calls in a calming and relaxing environment while I got my car serviced. I was in and out within about 2 hours for an undercarriage and brakes. Would definitely recommend TIPS for speedy, reliable, and quality service.

My car died at a gas station up the street from Tip’s. I had my 88 year old mom and my dog in the car with me and it was 97 degrees outside. AAA was going to take 2 hours to get there and their arrival time kept getting pushed. I asked a gas station customer to give me a jump although I was convinced it was the starter. That didn’t work. Hot and frustrated, I just randomly googled auto shops near by and called Tips and shared my situation. They agreed to help! I actually started crying ! Chris came to the gas station, saw that it was a very dead battery and there was a lot of corrosion. He jumped it with their handy powerful machine, and I drove to the shop and they fixed me right up! I had a nice conversation with Kimberly while we waited. They are awesome and I appreciate them so much! Good people are so refreshing to find. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks so much Chris and Kimberly!

They were excellent, they are able to handle all of your auto needs. Got everything that i needed done and only reason a 1day job turned to 2 because of a part didn’t come in when it was ordered but as soon as it came in they got to it. I will be seeing them again for any of my future needs

I needed a pedicure bad and fast. I called to come in an hour before closing. The staff was really sweet and still took their time doing my toes offering me drinks and helping with color choice. I enjoyed myself and very relaxed

I would recommend their services. My car overheated and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem in the same day. They explained the issue and made me comfortable w the repair. Definitely would recommend to others!

I've been taking my old Bronco to Chris and the guys at Tipps Auto for the last two years. They are knowledgeable about rebuilding and restoring old broncos as well as your newer models. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area. Great auto repair shop in Atlanta.

My car window was broken last night and I called first thing this morning and they were so willing to help me out right away! My car window was fixed shortly after. The staff is super friendly and I would totally recommend this place!

Was visiting family in Altanta from Chicago and my car started overheating so I drove it to shop to see what’s going on and paid 95 for a diagnostic they lied and told me it was a head gasket within 20 mins how is that’s possible when car still had to cool down so I had paid 600 to get it ship to my home local shop and they found out it was only the water pump, not they scammed me and costed me money, I don’t recommend this shop to no one

Chris is great! Too honest for his field of business. I was told by Pep Boys that I needed new pads and brought my car to Chris. I was prepared to pay for new brakes, but Chris informed me that I did NOT need brakes. He could have easily taken my money. Great service, great people - which is rare these days…

Found them last minute and it was an amazing experience. Went in for a diagnostic , I was treated with much respect. The diagnostic was extremely fast and the problem was resolved quickly… I was quoted two hours but I’m pretty sure it was less which was amazing. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would . Please believe I will be returning!

I had a wonderful experience this morning at Tips. I pulled in after hitting a pothole and ruining a brand new tire. Chris and Vianey could both tell that I was visibly upset, and they both hugged me and offered me breakfast and drinks and kind words and tissues and jumped into action to fix my car. He didn't have the tire on site, so he immediately sent Vianey to pick up what I needed and put it on for me in minutes, and charged me as little as possible for the timely repair. He replaced my tire, and sent me on my way with a few more kind and uplifting words. The world needs more people like this. People who genuinely care about other people. They have earned a customer for life!

Was in and out for a synthetic oil change in less than a half hour. So glad I found this neighborhood spot and can’t wait to go back for my next service! Clean waiting room and friendly staff too!
