Staff was very helpful and friendly. The service I needed was tires replaced. I was concerned about the workers not having proper heating for doing services in extreme cold weather. Please get the proper heating equipment working or replaced for these workers!

Okay so I just called Tire Barn Warehouse at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon and they booked me an appointment for 3:30 for a four-wheel alignment so I show up at 3:15 go inside and then they tell me that they're alignment tech is offered today and want to set me up an appointment for tomorrow morning for which I have no time seems to me they're online appointment booking has some real troubles looks like they need better communication with the store themselves not real impressed at all Don't know if I'll come back tomorrow.. if I could give them zero stars I would so far

Best experience ever! I went to Walmart service center terrible idea and customer service, I should have known better than to do that lmao However, Jesse Maple and Jack Warren helped me at The East Washington Street Tire Barn location got me in an out!! Greeted before I even crossed the threshold all the way; which is how it should be; and shared laughs while service was done!! Awesome Job guys keep it up!🤘🤘🤘🤘💯💯💯💯

I am usually in a bad mood when I’m getting a tire repaired/replaced or my alignment fixed because there are many ways I’d rather spend time and money. That being said, I will only choose Tire Barn for my tire/wheel needs. Their service is priced at very good value, their techs are knowledgeable and professional, and the person at the desk is always patient and friendly. I’ve been a loyal customer at various TB locations for 16 years. This specific location has served me well since I moved to the east side of Indy. Thank you, Tire Barn team, for making me a happier customer every visit.

Never again. My gf and I bought 2 tires from this place. We asked them to check the air and condition of the 4 that were on it and then put the two best out of the original 4 on the back. After checking them, they put the valve stem covers on so tight that they stripped the metal. The front passenger tire is a piece of crap and keeps losing air, according to the tech today, there is nothing wrong with it. You can tell by the outside of the tire, that it's been too low several times. I try not to complain and deal with things, like getting air in a shitty tire on my own. But I have decided that I want to save others their money and efforts and tell them to take their car to expert techs. This place wouldn't get a star. I know I am a woman and therefore I am supposed to listen to the man tell me how it's not their fault, it's the dumb girl's fault. However, I felt this place was bullshit. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the guy that sold us the 2 front tires tried all the gimmicks to get me to buy the other 2, and now in order to get the valve stem covers off, I have to get all new sensor shit or new tires.

Staff at tire barn was very friendly. This review is strictly for the online appointment set up. Called and made an appointment and they said for a nail in my tire and they said they could fit me in at 3:30. I arrived at 3:30 and they said it would be an hour and a half wait before they could look at my tire. I told them I had a 3:30 appointment and they said the phono service will book appointments even if there aren’t opening to fit in as many as possibly. Sounds like it’s a standard practice for them to do this at all tire barns. Wanted to support local, but I’ll go elsewhere if that’s how they’re going to go about their customer service.

Came in to check our tires because the light came on. Great guy helped us and we continued on our trip to Chicago. Very much appreciated. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service the manager was on top of everything. I’m quite anal about my vehicles and they were very accommodating going off of my experience. I would tell everyone they need to go to this location.

I have been coming here since I got my first car in 2017. I have always been taken care of. When. I couldn’t afford new tires but needed them they gave me a discount. They have always taken care of me with reasonable price and warranty. Environment is chill.

Walk in, Monday morning, 11 am. Greeted immediately. Car was pulled in within minutes, and tire patched from roofing nail in less than 20 minutes for $30 even. Staff came and talked to me while this was happening. Amazing experience.

I had made an appointment for 9:30 on a Sunday, only to be told upon arrival that the store doesn't receive that scheduling information and that I would have to wait due to a heavy volume of walk-in appointments that morning. While waiting, employees in the service bay devolved into loud shouting matches. Equipment was thrown, expletives were flying and while I don't believe the fighting came to blows, the situation was easily at the edge of that happening, all within clear earshot and sight of the waiting area. The absence of any sort of store management was glaringly obvious both at the store and regional management levels. I don't know that I've ever had such a remarkably bad experience at a retail business. I do know that Tire Barn now stands out in my mind from the many other tire service centers as a business I will actively avoid.

I was just leaving for the holidays out of town when my tire sensor light came on warning me to a low air issue on a tire and it was losing air fairly quickly. I was about six miles from Tire Barn but managed to arrive there before losing all air in the tire. Even without an appointment, I was still taken in order and was back on the road again within an hour's time. I did have road hazard warranty protection as they always offer on tires and was charged zero for the repair. I drove almost a thousand miles on the tire repair even in a snowstorm without any issues whatsoever with the tire repair. The only reason for not giving five stars is two valve stem caps was not replaced on two of my four tires. Place was overall clean and all staff was curteous and professional in all services.

I hit a pothole and blew a tire and was at a competitor down the street waiting to buy a new tire. I was told it would be 3 hours due to low staffing. I called Tire Barn and they got me in right away. They were very professional and courteous, and got the job done quickly!

I scheduled an appointment for a oil change and paid for it but they told me the guy who does oil changes will not be back until Tuesday. I will have to get my oil changed somewhere else because I have to go out of town for work tomorrow. This is a major inconvenience. I was told that I could go to greenwood which is about 20 miles away.

They gave me good service and the staff was friendly. The price to mount, balance and take my old tires seemed a bit high at almost 36$ a tire but they did a good job

Brought my jeep in to see why my tire light was on and they found the problem but the tech working on the jeep was lifting it incorrectly and had me concerned about my vehicle cause it was only lifted on one side not completely up in the air.
