I recently had a disappointing experience with Tire Buddies recently. After a tire popped, I called them because they offer mobile services and quoted me $160. The technician arrived and took my tire to their truck to work on it, which took over an hour instead of the estimated 30 minutes due to their truck getting stuck. During this time, I did not hear any communication from them and had to call after an hour to find out what was going on. I was understanding of the delay. However, after the tire was installed, my steering wheel began to shake due to a tire imbalance. I called and left a voicemail that night but received no response. The next morning, I called again, explaining that I needed to leave for an out-of-town trip by 11 AM. They informed me that they don't do tire balancing, which I wish I had known earlier. I took my car to Discount Tires, where I was told the tire was too old, unsafe, and balding. I had explicitly told Tire Buddies before they came out that I needed a good tire because I would be traveling out of town the next morning. Despite this, I felt misled because, despite calling them five times and leaving multiple voicemails while I was at Discount Tires, they did not return my calls. When I finally reached them, I was told that Discount Tires often tries to sell new tires, implying their assessment might be a sales tactic. Despite this, I felt unassured about the safety of the tire I had purchased. I requested that I still pay for the labor but didn't feel it was fair to pay for the tire itself, which I used for only 30 minutes. However, it has been four business days with no response from their accountant. Overall, the poor communication and quality of service left me frustrated and without a resolution. If you're someone who isn't very knowledgeable about cars and finds yourself stuck, I would recommend steering clear of this service. I didn’t have a spare on me so I went with this business and wish I didn’t. Edit to reply to the response: AS PER MY INITAL REVIEW: 1. Initial Communication and Relay: When the technician took the tire to the truck, I did not receive any communication for over an hour, and I had to call to find out what was going on. 2. Tire Condition and Safety: I explicitly mentioned needing a good tire for an out-of-town trip the next day. Discount Tires informed me the tire was unsafe and too old, which is why they wouldn't balance it. This isn't just a marketing strategy—it's a safety concern. 3. Efforts to Contact: I called multiple times and left voicemails while at Discount Tires but received no response. This left me without guidance during a critical time. 4. Refund Request: I requested a partial refund to cover the tire, not the labor. I was willing to pay for the service but felt it was unfair to pay for a tire deemed unsafe shortly after installation. While I initially appreciated the mobile service, the subsequent issues with communication, tire safety, and lack of follow-up have been frustrating. My review reflects my genuine experience and concerns. FYI, IF I had just “wanted money back” I could simply have demanded a refund. Call, harass, and demand a refund. Yet I allowed you guys some time and grace. Along with that, I only asked for a partial refund or to discuss so we could meet halfway. This is the first time in my life that I ever had to go this far and write a bad review. The response from you just further proves that you guys are indeed unprofessional. Have a good day.

I called Tire Buddies at 6:30am, and my car was ready to rock by 8:30, service was fast and professional, and the guy who came was amazing and helpful. I made it to my 9am shift just under the wire thanks to these heroes.

Incredibly fast and very friendly. Called them at 1:32pm to put on my spare tire and was back on the road at 2:15pm. Just fabulous!

I didn't have a great time with these guys this week but it's been incredibly cold and you could tell they're probably busier than they've ever been Ultimately however they did make it right for me in the end and I don't want to rate them too harshly for this just like I wouldn't give a poor review to the pizza place for being late on the Superbowl I'll likely use them again if the need arises

I called Tire Buddies at 9:30 in the am. Told me he would be to me fast. They got there at / around 11. Took my tire, the man explained there was a nail or 2 so I asked for a new tire he charged 150 for the tire and 10 for the valve. Initially, I thought it was the valve to put air in. I was quoted 90 for the valve and rebalancing the tire. I was told by multiple people you don’t re-balance a tire after they put a valve on that was weird that he quoted me for that. I called around 1:30 to see if my tire was fixed so I could get on the road for my New Year eve plans, no response. No communication at all ( I get ppl are busy “ HOWEVER when running a business you have to maintain professionalism and tend to your customers. When I got my tire back he said my rim was cracked too and they “fixed” it. However no extra fee was added on so it makes me question if it really was. Because I paid extra for everything else. The man didn’t come back till 2:15 with my tire, that 1 hour later was flatter then before. I can appreciate the man u talk to on the phone is the same man fixing the tire but again stay professional. And it’s creepy that he tries to disguise his voice. At the beginning of my service they told me I could use a credit card then after they took my tire they told me it’s cash only on Sundays because their payment system won’t allow them to process a payment on Sunday. He uses Square I know this to be not true because I do nails and I have people that use Square they process on Sundays, no receipt for services and no phone call about my tire that is now flat again. I found him on FB messaged his personal and business account with no response. Please young man GROW up and learn guest service. Maybe take a business class, just do better as a human please and thank you! turns out this guy sold me a used tire with a plug in it, the valve is wrong, stripped the lugnut and turns out there is no crack in my rim SMH.. Just got my tire fixed on the 1st of 2024 and updated this review after I called another company to come help. My response to u Sean, it was dark when you came back. I didn’t know that a owner of a store would be so deceptive about services. I couldn’t see the bad plug and u said it was a NEW TIRE. I have the proof and I will be seeing you in court. You are just a GRIMY hood dude getting over on good people. My review isn’t the only one saying you rendered poor services. So please lets get Real because u are ABSOLUTELY fake.. the fact u didn’t call back or text back says a WHOLE LOT. My rim was NEVER CRACKED the tire was fixed by another company today. The tire was flat an hour later captain obvious . When I called back u didn’t answer lol… U also put the wrong valve on for the air genius… call me back and tell me what u need to say. Don’t worry I’m going down to the courts tomorrow to file on ur company. U could kill people selling faulty tires. And if you aren’t able to weld then why did u say u fixed a crack in my rim. Also was I suppose to not pay? I’m not a thief like you. I TRUSTED u to do the right thing.. People can see on my Facebook page the obvious shady work. To accuse a customer of lying with pictures and videos with professional tire people saying u did horrible is crazy.. Oh and I have had this truck for years, nice try buddy.

Got a flat tire on a Saturday. I called and asked if they could fit us in. An hour later they were at my house! They grabbed my wheel, took it to their shop, and had it back and installed less than an hour later.

My son and his girlfriend are in omaha with their new baby in the nicu, while on their way they blew a tire not only were they stranded but they had their 18month daughter with them too. I made many calls and no one answered but tire buddies. He was very kind on the phone and put my family first was out there right away to fix their tire and get them back on the road. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them and I highly recommend them to everyone. If I get stranded I know exactly who to call. Thanks again for all of your help with my family. We greatly appreciate each and everyone of you!

I called then Sunday afternoon for a flat tire First of all they answered the phone Hello? That should have been my first clue! at 330PM they told me I was on the list and would be contacted, at 830 PM still nothing. I called and no answer at 830 PM. This morning I called AAA and they were there in less than 15 minutes! And BTW it’s noon on Monday and I still haven’t heard a peep!

My tire went flat overnight and came out to two nails in it. I called for service and the driver was here within the hour. Shannon came and fixed the tire within 20 minutes and I was back on the road. Quick easy no hassle! Highly recommend

The driver showed up and changed all 4 of my tires, after hours, in the cold and the dark. He went the extra mile. Gave me a great price on a full set of tires. I own a lot of cars… I know who I’ll be calling for all my tire needs!!! Definitely recommend

Had a punctured tire. They got to me in 10 minutes. Removed the old tire put the new one on the rim and had the tire on in less then 30 minutes. Highly suggest. The guy was very friendly and efficient.

If I could add a 0 I probably would. They came out and fixed our tire that had a nail in it. They came to us which sounds perfect ? When they finally showed up they fixed our tire. Not even 10 minutes after, the vehicle notifies us of low tire pressure. We look at that same tire and here was a slash in the tire. We ended up having to get a brand new tire. What should have been a $60 fix turned into a $300 fix. We call Tire Buddies back but for him to tell us it’s our fault for letting someone convince us we need a brand new tire and it’s not his fault. The tire where it had the lash at was in a place we couldn’t patch up and drive 4 hours since we are from out of town. They refused to give us our money back and hung up on us. They instantly ask you to give them a review online which is why we even went with this tire repair but they aren’t worth the hassle to get your issues resolved if they don’t care about resolving issues.

First experience was a flat tire and they helped me out when everything else was closed for the weekend very quick! Second experience they came and changed out my back two tires for me at my place I never had to leave and communicated with me over text well. Would recommend!

This place is Not Worth the interest Nor a second look or consideration! The "Supposed Owner" of the company messed my tire up & is unwilling to fix it properly Or give me my money back because he somewhat perfomed two services but the mission or task was still INCOMPLETE! But to then to Tell me there is nothing he/they can do but it is them that messed it up! I would NOT reocmmend them to anyone!
