Arrived in the afternoon and found out they were short staffed. I had a flat tire needing repair/replacement. The manager not only went to my car and retrieved the tire (not on vehicle) but also worked me in to their busy schedule, placed new tire on rim and carried back to my car. So nice and professional. Would highly recommend this business.

I had an appt at 1:30. The employee, whom I didn't get his name was extremely nice. I had a sharp rock to puncture my tire and they repaired it free of charge. I will definitely go back to Tire Choice for all of my automotive needs. Thank you!!

I went here on November 30th and got my bald tire changed. Everything was fine and it was $130 which is reasonable. I went there again on December 9th (today) and the guy said the tire was going to be $168. It was a different guy by the way and I told him I was just here last week and it was only $130 and he said the tire price went up and then said “hold on and I’ll check it again” and then came back and said “after I added it all up it’s going to be $136”. Just because I’m a female doesn’t mean I don’t know anything about a vehicle and it also doesn’t mean that my IQ level is low. His IQ is obviously low considering if he knew how to use the computer there he would’ve seen I just got a tire not even a week ago. Definitely not coming here again if someone like that is going to treat me like that just because I’m a female.

Noise coming from real drum brake on passenger side. Technician Adam did an inspection and found excessive dust was the likely cause. Everyone did a great job, but Sean and Adam were very polite and professional. I appreciate their honesty and now plan to return for maintenance for my vehicle in the future. Thank you!

These guys are amazing! I went in an hour earlier than my appointment and they took me right in, even though their shop was full of vehicles! I had a tire that kept going flat so I figured I'd end up purchasing 1 or 2 new tires. The young man brought my keys to me and told me they plugged the nail hole that was causing the flat and was about to send me on my way at no charge, however, I ended up purchasing a fully synthetic oil change for my Crosstrek and it was STILL under $90! Amazing customer service! Fast and friendly! And I'm going back in a week to have my brakes done...all because of how efficient and customer friendly these guys are!

Tire choice on west state street is my go to place for everything.Over the years I have took 3 different mustangs, chargers ,trucks , vans all to this place for all kinds of different jobs and they never disappoint .. Shawn and the whole crew are amazing at what they do I will continue to go here

Stopped here on a roadtrip back to Ohio to get my brakes checked over. They were busy and still managed to squeeze me on short notice. Brian at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend using their services.

I called and made an appt today for oil change and tire rotation. I asked and was specifically was told that the cost would be ~ $40 plus tax. I had given the scheduler the make, model, and year of my vehicle. When I went to check out, I was told the cost would be more than double: $88.77. When I disputed the charge based on what I was told, the employee said that the scheduler was in the Phillipines and he had no control over what they told me. I asked to speak to the store manager and was told he was unavailable. Their excuse was also that they had to use synthetic oil which was more expensive. That didn't cut it for me. They knew the car I was bringing in and should have told me the correct price. I will not be back.

We got a flat tire and we are so lucky that it happened near this place! They got us in super quickly. They were fast and the price was extremely reasonable, we were actually shocked it was so low. The worker who helped us out kept us super informed every step of the process and got us the best deal he possibly could. Good, honest people!!
