I had a fantastic experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Center! The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. They took care of my vehicle quickly and thoroughly, and the service was top-notch. I really appreciated their transparency and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I just returned from visiting store #0485. I have never seen such kind people ever. I got there at almost closing time. The young man Kaleb West did not have a tire to fit my car but found one at another store. He went and picked up a tire and brought it back, a young man E. West stayed over to help with my tire. These 2 men are exceptional. Tire Choice is so fortunate to have these young men working for the company. I will definitely come back.

Made an appointment on a Sunday at 1pm. Drove 20mins and it was closed. Call back to customer service and got transfer to N High St location, drove another 15mins and was told they are fully booked! What a shame.

Worst customer service ever. People there are rude and unprofessional. The one dude was aggressive the moment I walked in. 15 minutes after I was there (I was the only customer there, no surprise!) three of them were hanging out on their phones doing nothing and the forth guy went shopping for drinks and none of them touched the car. Waste of time.

Booked a 9:30am appointment the evening before, which I received an appointment confirmation for, and no one was there when I arrived. I called and spoke to a customer service agent and they said they'd let the store manager know. I waited until 10am and still no one showed up to open the store. Now I'm scrambling to find somewhere that can help me on a Sunday so I can make it to work tomorrow.

Great company with honest staff Edit: 6-6-24 -Tried to drop off the car at 7:30am, but they opened a bit late. Elijah, who is a tech at Tire Choice arrived before opening. I explained the issue to him about a tire on the vehicle and left the keys in the drop box to go for a run. Came back and Elijah had plugged the tire that had a nail in it. Great service, and thanks to Elijah!

I have seen this location go under different company names & managers over the past 10 years. The service seemed to get progressively worse, so I quit going there a couple years back. I needed quick help one day about 6 months ago, & was totally impressed with the help I received. The new manager is Bryan Bickham, & he & his staff were helpful, courteous, & quick! I have been there twice since & have not been disappointed.

I made an appointment on the website at 2 a.m., dropped the car off at around 11 a.m., and they completed the diagnosis at 2 p.m. Their service is very friendly, and the repairs are high quality, fast, and cheap. Highly recommended

Don't go here unless you feel like listening to the constant sound of motorcycles revving, not even ones that are being worked on just employees or their friends sitting in the parking lot constantly making noise

Don’t go to Tire Choice Auto Service Centers. Rude. Made appointment last night online showed up 10 minutes early at 8:20 on Bethel Road and mechanic wasn’t in store. I called store number and he came out and first words to me were “you’re rude”. Went down from there. No one doing anything and at 9:15 still had not moved my car in. I asked for my keys to go elsewhere and his only words were “cool”. I wouldn’t let Tirechoice touch my car ever again and until today they were friendly and quick and efficient

I am done with Tire Choice. I spent $1,400 on 4 new tires, alignment, warranty and rear brakes. The car drives worse than when i brought it to them. When i picked the car up it had a low air-pressure light which has never happened before. I questioned them about this. They said it was fine and would turn off. I took the car out on the highway and above 65mph the steering wheel shakes, then the whole car shakes to the point my kids don't like riding in my car. I brough it back they said it just needed air and it had no issues. I left for vacation the next day and turned around 2 hours into the drive because it was shaking so badly. Again they said it was fine. I just returned for my 4th visit a month later and they are still trying to say that my brand new tires just need more air and that will fix all my problems. The low sensor light is still on and the car still shakes on the highway. Their final suggestion without even looking under the car is that maybe my suspension needs work and i should go have that looked at a different shop. Their final fix for the sensors is that i should go order my own new sensors.

While driving from Michigan home to WV our car began overheating. Nursing it along for several miles we got off of 315 south at Bethel Road. Finding the closest available garage we abruptly pulled in to a Tire Choice Auto Service Center store 0485. Our problem was quickly addressed and resolved in the most minimal of time. My wife and I were treated with the utmost of courtesy and professionalism from both Damian Rose and his coworker Billy. We are truly grateful for Tire Choice Auto Service Center and there remarkable staff. Thanks again to Damian and Billy. Sincerely Russell and Linda.

1 star because of management. Had a 9:30 am appointment to get a tire patched, arrive at 9:20 and the technician informed me I would have to come back later because there "wasn't anyone there to ring me up" on the computer. I asked how much later and he had no idea when the manager/salesperson would arrive. Feel bad for the employees there. Not a smart way to run a business.

If I could give it a 0 star I would!! First off I dropped my car off at 7:30 am yesterday and they didn’t get done with my car until now!!! But told me my car would be done by noon today. That’s just the first issue. They were only working on me and another woman’s car which they had both of us waiting for literally hours mine didn’t get done until around closing time. They asked me what my budget was in the beginning cool I let them know so then they told me it was another issue so it’ll be more I said okay they knew my budget told me the extra issue wouldn’t cost more that my budget OK! So they had me pay which I paid $904 for this poor service! They were supposed to fix the oil leak and the extra issue that needed to be done COOL! They had me waiting for 2 days on my car just to tell me at the last minute they couldn’t fix the extra issue because it would’ve put me over my budget which was a LIE because he said the parts were only $145+ which wouldn’t have put me over my budget because the labor should have came while they were already fixing my car they didn’t tell me this UNTIL the last minute!! So when I drive off my car was driving soooo much worse than it was when I brought it in so much worse! This place is a joke and they like to get over on women so if you are a before you go to this place make sure you bring a man along with you! I will literally never come back to this place nor do I recommend it and I’ll definitely be going further with this issue because I paid too much money for this bs!!!
