The manager his name is Scott be careful He is very bad and shady. Took my car in for service and told my tires are bad and I had just changed them about 3 months ago. Be very cautious. That man should be fired for being shady and lying to get customers.

Online appointments are bogus. I was overbooked. Nobody even looked at my Online appointment. I arrived for my appointment and it was a 3 hr wait. I was told to call next time. I believe corporate does Online booking just to get u in the door. Once I rebooked, the service and wait was good.

They always take care of what’s needed and let me know what will be needed in the future so I can plan ahead. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, the service is always excellent. I highly recommend Tire Choice for your car’s maintenance and service.

I never leave reviews, literally ever, but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I bought a new tire from there after having a flat and within a day the tire was flat again. The guy, Scott, was extraordinarily condescending when I showed him the issue and claimed my tire got slashed or I hit a curb (There is a 0% chance either of those happened because I have driven fewer than 7 miles on it since having it replaced by them. The air was leaking, so it was clearly an error on their part. Once I had him talk on the phone to a man, his tone completely changed and was no longer condescending (miraculously). There is simply no way this tire was put on correctly, and he refused to replace it or give me a deal. I may have used some choice language while driving away, I'll admit, but do NOT go to this place (especially if you are a woman) and do NOT trust the short guy named Scott that works there.

I've been coming here for a while, and they always do a great job! The last service for two of my cars was yet again fast and on time, which I really appreciate given my busy work schedule. Scott, the manager, is always a pleasure to work and talk with. He is always professional, friendly, and really knows his stuff. He is honest about what needs to be done and never gouges prices. I'll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend it to others!

Service was great and super quick. The guy who I spoke with the most (he was at the desk) was extremely friendly and helpful! I did have a problem with another employee, but it was taken care of.

Had an emergency flat with no spare tire and made an online appointment for that same day and they managed to squeeze me in and got it done super fast. The person i spoke with on the phone, i believe his name was Blaze or Blake was incredibly helpful. Can’t recommend enough.

Awesome last second emergency service with these guys. I couldn’t get in at other locations and they took me in right away and were able to have my car fixed by the early afternoon Scott the manager was a delight to talk to and is very entertaining and knowledgeable mechanic Worked as magic and my car is now an absolute pleasure to drive whereas before it was iffy at best. Thanks guys you’re awesome!

I had some unexpected trouble with one of my tires when I went to leave for work this morning. Needed something done ASAP considering I'm making a long drive tomorrow. Scott was extremely helpful and very friendly! He got me back on the road in no time and I can't thank him enough for his amazing customer service and his honesty, which is something I very much appreciate because a lot of mechanics/shops don't always do that! Definitely will be back in the future when I need help with my tires. Thank you again Scott!!

I was in a desperate situation. My family and I were traveling to Columbus from Cleveland to attend my nephew's graduation from OSU when our windshield wipers stopped working. There was rain in the forecast all weekend. The Tire Choice team went above and beyond to fix the issue and put us back on the road within a few hours! They were Awesome!

Tire Choice on Olentangy has now helped me out 3 times with tire issues. The first time I went they were the only one I went to who was honest and not trying to just get money. They not only fixed the issues I had, but they were extremely fast, helpful and staff was super nice each time. I will continue to go back to this location.

They got my Tesla model Y tire replacement done fast ! Everyone was really patient dealing with the newer slightly annoying technology for sure Tips for any ev owner bringing one in: Give the tech the PIN code (change to temporary number before giving to them if your worried …then change it back later..) DISABLE camera security surveillance so the car does not think it’s being broken into and annoy them with alerts

What a great experience. They put all new tires on my vehicle in about a half hour and were so kind and understanding. The prices are really reasonable, and all the people were great. I can't recommend this place enough, and I'll be coming back for all future services.

This place can get you in right away whenever you're in bind. I've had to have 3 tires either replaced or patched over the last few months and they have been great each time.

Very fast service, the employees were very polite and they explained what was wrong with my car. As a woman I felt very comfortable which is not always common when I take my car to have work done. Highly recommend!

I went in a couple of months ago to get an alignment and come today my car is again out of alignment. I take the car back and they call me while it’s in the shop saying they’re not going to fix it because I had work done on my axles by another company. When I went to explain my car was out of alignment PRIOR to this repair, the man asked “So you’re not paying” and hung up on me. I’m pretty sure it was the shorter man in the front. It’s not about not wanting to pay it’s about this facility not wanting to take ACCOUNTABILITY for their mistake. Instead of allowing me to detail the situation and provide documentation that the car was out of alignment PRIOR to the other repair, I was hung up on. I understand you individuals may know more about cars etc but to treat another person like that for wanting their possessions to be properly repaired is unacceptable. Mind you my car is still in warranty for a repair. The entire service might be fine but this specific shop is NOT. ***Update: Customer service was EXTREMELY helpful in abiding by the warranty***
