Randy and the team were able to have a set of tires delivered and installed same day after it was discovered that a nail was to close to the tire edge to be pulled and plugged. I must note it was appreciated that the suggested tire replacement was of equal quality and durability. Lastly, being reminded during the pickup to take advantage of the tire rebate by submitting the claim in the mail or online. Appreciate the excellent communication from start to finish.

Can't seem to do anything right with my car. Got tires and brakes done in April. Not long after noticed two bolts on the brand new caliber were missing. Almost ruined my brakes. Have been having trouble with low tire pressure light coming on. Put a new valve stem on, which wasn't the right one. Light came back on even quicker. Told me they couldn't find a leak but all the tires were low. Visted a different location in Troy, OH. They couldn't find tire pressure sensors and said tires were not properly sealed when installed. They helped me out and things seem to be fine now but will not be back to Tremont location.

My tire light came on and my heart sank... It was a busy day and I hate to admit, but I'm not confident in my ability to inflate my tires. I live near Tire Choice so I went there seeking assistance. I made eye contact with someone (Jon) who was working on a vehicle and he immediately & kindly addressed me. He mentioned that he had to cash out the customer ahead of me and said he would be with me after that. Wonderful. I then pulled my car to where he directed and he then asked me to open my door so that he could see the needed pressure numbers and started to do his thing. Once done he took time to inform me of the condition of my tires and other tips. I am sure (as I have experienced elsewhere) that this is annoying as this is a courtesy service and they have lots of work to do, but that was not the experience I had with Jon that day. He was kind. He was patient. He helped me when I really needed it and I'm very glad I went to Tire Choice.

Complete scam artists. Needed oil change only. Tried to tell me I needed new battery, brakes and spark plugs. I said no thanks. Half hour later calls and says the previous place that changed oil stripped the oil pan gasket and needed whole new oil pan ($800+). Stay away from this place.

Shout out to Jimmy (think that was his name), Manager and Technician who provided an oil change on my Avis/Uber Cherokee Jeep. All are very knowledgeable on cars and how to care for them. Highly recommend this service facility for the care of your car. **Even helped a UPS truck with putting air in a tire. The humanity was above and beyond!

They bailed me out when my car suddenly overheated picking up my kid from Tremont Middle School Summer Camp during a very hot period. It was just across the street and I was of course an emergency walk-in and drop-off. They fit me into the busy schedule, diagnosed the problem, and offered me a solution that was practical and affordable. I would trust them with all future repair needs.

They play Batman in the waiting room and they’re fast. Cost probably a little more than usual but, hey, thats the price you pay for Adam West’s Batman. Shop did not seem like the show Tires on Netflix so don’t expect a Shane Gillis type employee to entertain you.

Extremely kind and efficient! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment and within minutes, they were helping fill my tires with air. They expected no payment and wouldn't even accept a tip! I will definitely be back in the future to have my car serviced here.

Fantastic customer service even from an in training employee. Honest and direct. They post their labor rate right behind the counter so when people are shocked tires are more expensive than tire rack you have to figure the labor as well. I appreciate the transparency and the reasonable prices. However, some customers who walk in demanding services need to treat the employees with some more respect.

Good: little to no wait for a tire patch. No further issues with the tire after repair. Bad: I advised them when I came in that they needed to call my tire road hazard warranty company prior to starting the work In order to get authorization. I gave them the phone # and advised it should only take a few minutes as they are quick, and that the only way that I can get reimbursed is if they call. I called the warranty company today (about 2 weeks after service) to get directions on how to get reimbursed and they told me that no one ever called from the shop. They’re now denying the claim and I’m out the money I paid for the repair. Not the end of the world, but still annoying that they couldn’t take the time to call like I had requested of them. won’t be returning.

Hit a nail last night and needed my tire replaced quickly before work on Monday. We called them Sunday morning and they got us in immediately. Everyone was so kind and helpful, answered any questions we had! 10/10 recommend coming here!!

Truly the worst consumer experience I have ever had. I had a screw in my tire and a tight deadline to get it fixed, so rather than fix it myself I brought it here to have it fixed. They claimed that my tread depth was too shallow to repair. While this was not true, I wasn’t in a place to argue due to my time constraint so I went ahead and let them fleece me for two new tires for $500 (much more expensive than that should be). At this point, I wasn’t even upset as they were able to complete this very quickly. The real problem is that several months later, my car started experiencing a number of other issues. When I brought it in to the dealership to repair, they told me that my two new front tires were different sizes, which had led to around $6000 in damages to my vehicle. After contacting them about the issue, they have just given me the run-around and will not take any responsibility for their mistakes. I would recommend avoiding this shop.

Have no idea how good of work they actually do but they have to have the worst customer service of any auto shop I've ever attempted to use. My car was there for 5 days, just to get looked at for a leak, not to get anything fixed. I called 5 separate times, was told 3 separate times it would get looked at THAT day and they'd call me back. Was never called back and when I just decided to get my car, they had to spend 10 minutes looking for the keys because they had no clue where they were. I don't expect great service but this was just ridiculous.

Never received a call that my car was ready after oil change. The workers left a wrag, used fork and McDonald’s wrapper in my car.

There was a nail in my tire, and I worried that I wouldn’t be able to find a place open on a Sunday to patch it. I was able to make an appointment online and get it patched all within an hour of finding the nail. Anana was super friendly and the mechanic completed the work quickly and efficiently.
