Went in for a brake repair. I drive a Volkswagen, and european cars are known for having soft rotors. So I suggested replacing rather than resurfacing. The shop agreed and I left my vehicle for the night. I got a call in the morning saying that they actually think they can resurface it. Sure, you’re the mechanic. When I got my car back I was welcomed with an airbag warning that wasn’t there before and was informed my battery died overnight. I had no battery problems before this as well, since the year of my vehicle is 2021. They gave me no explanation as to why I now have disabled airbags, or why they had to jumpstart my car the next day. After that ordeal I drive away and immediately feel my brakes are grinding like they did before. I know why, there’s a massive gash in my rotor from a rock a while back. If the rotor was replaced then this issue would have been resolved. But this shops “expertise” steered me wrong. I can only assume they grossly mishandled my car based on the state of it. My entire center console was rearranged. 600 dollars to make my car worse off. This shop is an embarrassment to the auto repair industry.

Appointments are kind of useless here. I booked appointments on 2 different days, and on both days, they were not able to see me due to either tech calling off or they have to many cars in waiting. Ray at the counter was very friendly, but having to change my appointments on 2 occasions is not good for me.

Called to make an appointment and was scheduled for 5:30pm after making an appointment I received a call from Phil stating that they had no more appointments for the day and that he need to reschedule me for another day. I was rescheduled for 7:30am the following day. I showed up to my appointment on time and was told that they had no techs at 7:30am and that they wouldn’t be arriving until 8:30am. I explained to the counter attendant that Phil told me to arrive at 7:30am and he confirmed that I had an appointment. If I could give them no stars I would but there’s no option. Scheduler and location are not on the same page and the store opens at 7:30am with no technician available until an hour later that’s insane.

Made an appointment over the telephone to repair tire with nail and put back on car. Honda Accord 2022. Hubby drives down with spare on car for appointment and they tell him all of their tire machines are broken. Apparently their call center is in the Philippines. Terrible!!!’

We were on a trip when our tire blew out on the way back. Many tire shops were closed, and Tire Choice was about to close as well. However, they were very patient and provided us with quick and thorough service. We are very grateful.

I bought 4 new tires and they were all replaced and were aligned. The problem arose when after I got home, I noticed that my hub cap at the driverside rear was missing but what is surprising was that I noticed that they just put 3 nuts on the wheel. When i got back to the store, they told me that the mechanic had difficulty removing the nut at the beginning so he cant put the fourth nut after replacing the new tire. What discombobulates me was that I was NEVER INFORMED NOR TOLD what transpired when I received my car back. What if the hubcap didn’t get detached from the wheel? I won’t know that they put only 3 nuts right? and this really made me upset and disappointed in the first place. There was DISHONESTY on the part of the mechanic and the store to conceal to me what happened in the first place and I just got to know about it because my hubcap got removed !!! Good thing I have my friend mechanic (who wasnt available at the time) to replace my bolt and nut… so, in short, am NEVER GOING BACK TO YOUR STORE BECAUSE YOU WERE A VERY DISHONEST MANAGEMENT TO A NEW CUSTOMER who paid the services upfront without even asking for payment options as I thought I could trust your company… but unfortunately it seems I could not... I hope you won’t do it to others as you will lose a lot of future customers…

I just went there to get a plug put in a tire that has a slow leak due to what appears to be a small screw in the middle of the tread. You can see in the picture the tire pressure is down to 28 compared to the other tires. That's after driving for a few miles leaving the shop. It was actually about 25 PSI in the morning when I started the truck up before going to the shop. This is how they sent me off after taking nearly an hour of my time, allegedly having repaired the tire. Looks to me like they didn't do a damn thing! I'm sure if they even checked the tire pressure, they would have noticed it was below where it should be or below the others. There's a little more to this story but at the end of the day they didn't do the repair they committed to, and they let me leave the tire shop with low tire pressure on the tire they were supposed to repair. The service didn't used to be this bad. I've been going to this particular shop since it opened about 3 years ago. But sadly, this is where it's at now I recommend avoiding this tire shop and just going to discount tire direct down the street. Discount tire would have never left me like this. Maybe it's the new guy at the service desk I hadn't seen before running things bad, I dunno. The other guys at the service desk have never left me in bad shape. I've bought a lot of trailer tires for my boat rental business and had other repairs/oil changes done here, all with great service. Guess it depends on who is at the service desk. If you do happen to go in and see a tall light skinned Latin looking guy, just walk out and go somewhere else that's the guy that screwed this up.

Long ordeal. My Jaguar was in the shop for eight months due to the warranty company, dragging their feet beyond belief. However, Dave, Phil and Danny were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and eventually I was able to get my car out of the shop. This shop is amazing and I wouldn’t go to any other place.

Oil was all over and the oil cap wasn't even put back on right and when I picked up my car my engine light was on cost me 137$ for a basic oil change.

Did my last 2 oil changes on my 2014 Ford F150. I just had my oil change done by another shop and they showed me a stripped oil pan bolt. I’ve had no work done or anyone under my truck since, yet tire choice never mentioned anything to me about this. Not sure how they would have done that without stripping the oil pan threads or grabbed a different bolt when reinstalling. Either way if I was still in the Vegas area they’d be replacing my oil pan.
