Manager had the guy move my car on a flat tire so the rim got damage. He then blamed me for having a flat tire and said it was not his fault even though I had a tow truck take it there and told him to put it where they want to change it because you can’t drive it. All the employees were nice and felt bad for me as the manager would not take responsibility for the incident. They all agreed, it was the company’s fault, but couldn’t help me. I filed a claim and I am sure the company will do the right thing. I will report back. Stay away from this manager at this location, he is rude and totally has no morals. He should not be in customer service.

THIS PLACE WILL STEAL YOUR GAS. I got a full tank of gas right before getting my oil changed here, and after I left, I noticed that my tank was at three quarters. I went directly to this place and nowhere else after filling up my entire tank. There is no actual way for an entire quarter of my gas to have just gone like that. Either ask to be present during your oil change, or any service really, or just completely stay away from this place. And tell everyone you know that this place will steal your gas! I will never stop spreading the word.

I Showed up on time for an appointment booked two weeks previously. The clown at the desk tells me they don’t have it booked. I Show the clown the email proving it, then the clown tells me I have two people ahead of me. This clown then wants to argue about fitment of a tire and refuses to at the minimum do what I prepaid them to do which was mount a tire onto a spare. This clown went as far as grabbing another clown to defend his position. Check your data bank clowns that tire will fit on a rim 7’ min through 10” wide rim. Guess what clowns, The spare is 8” wide. It’s the same rim as the 4 other rims on the vehicle. This place is a circus full of clowns. Avoid it! I went up the street to a competitor. They installed and printed me the fitment specs that proves you clowns wrong. As far as my refund goes Amazon gave it right back. My best advice would be to stick the circus if you want to be around clowns and avoid the clown show on Rainbow. It’s clear these circus performers have zero interest in providing any customer service or doing a minimal amount of research to assist the customer.

The worst oil change experience I’ve ever had. I typically go to Meineke but saw a Groupon for this decently rated shop near me. I brought my car in at 8:15am and the shop manager said I was ‘next up’ and that the current staff was almost finished with the cars they had in the bay, otherwise it would be the next staff in that would service my car. He (John) proceeded to walk by me for the next 1.5 hrs without as much as a acknowledgement while he did nothing but scrolled on his phone. All in all it took 2:45 minutes to get a simple oil change in a non busy store that had 5 people working. At the end, John tried to recommend a few services that my car needed m, and after I did not respond he began suggesting a payment plan.. it was not about money but the fact that I don’t have another 2 hrs to give you. All you need to know. Avoid at all costs. After paying with the Groupon I owed $16 for taxes and fees so I saved $14 over Meineke and wasted an additional 2 hrs. This place will go out of business.

Typically I really like this place but today I stood in there front office for 15 minutes with one guy awkwardly side glancing me as he was staring at his phone. He didn't bother coming out to say "hi" or "wait a minute" if he was busy, he didn't even bother asking for help. He just stared at his phone

Went here today 10/5/2024 in the morning. The guy at the counter is a horrible employee. Went in for a wheel alignment only. The guy tried to tremendously upscale me. From $129 job to $1000 job. I’m a business owner myself and very aware to update tactics. He was rude and seems to only try to upsell and make company money

Very rude and unprofessional I went in for two tires and was waiting for my car in the waiting room when I heard an african american that was working on my car with his rude uncalled comments never again will I go to that place again!!!!

Had new tires out on my truck. I show up to the shop to pickup my truck and they claim my battery died. Mind you my truck had been starting and running just fine prior to bringing it in and my truck was running when they pulled it out. Then the technician took it back to double check the tire pressure. The shop had to keep my truck overnight because their battery jump starter wasn’t working and they “had”to swap the battery. Nothing was mentioned as to how much the battery would cost until I got the bill. And it was never really clear if my battery could have simply been jump started/ trickle charged overnight. You have to watch these guys because a lot of charges are added in like an alignment, warranty etc which the salesman made it sound like it came with the service/product and never insinuated that it was optional until I made it clear that I didn’t want a warranty etc. My truck was better off before the alignment. My truck now pulls to the left thanks to the $129.00 alignment which I never specifically asked for. And now I have a brand new $250 battery that I was never properly told the price prior to them putting it in and telling the price after the fact. All in all I won’t be coming back as I left feeling taken advantage of. My Uber driver even told me this place is trouble when I came back the next day to pickup my truck.

Went in to get a tire mounted and balance. Service was exceptional, the three gentleman that worked there were friendly, polite, and very helpful. Got in and out in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely go back for anything tire related.

Went in 4th of July because I was smelling a burnt tire odor from my car, wanted to see what it was. Josh the manager was there. Looked at tire said alignment and new tires you need. Deposit was 200 I agreed to pay the full amount which was more just so I didn't have to pay the next day. The tire had to be ordered 1 tire was already there but had to wait for other. No problem went to other tire shops to get more eyes on it. During the 5th the next day I called Josh asking for a refund stating I didn't want to get tires or alignment anymore. He said best he can do was take off alignment but you order the tire its yours Tire choice on ft apache and flamingo took the time to lift it for me and stated tires alignment are okay for now its the cv boot axel needs replacement. The 6th I went to back to Josh again and told him this is what actually causing it, as I was talking to him he was on the computer typing thinking he was actually listening/ giving me a refund liked I mentioned on the phone yesterday. Whole time he wasn't even attempting to give me a refund for a service that was never done. He never once touched my car anything. I told him I don't want this service and I just want my money back. Well now I'm disputing the charge. Thanks JOSH here's your shootout My bank is gunna me my money back. Do a better job on your customer service my guy. No need to ignore a paying customer right? 462 I paid you, so listen next time. It's easy to give a refund when someone changes their mind prior to any service being done. O btw head over to ft apache and Tropicana same company but way better service!!!!! Ask for Brett their gm, great guy.

The most inept tire shop I’ve experienced in decades. Ordered tires online and booked an appointment. The day before the appointment, I called to confirm that the tires arrived and the appointment was set. The tech confirmed both. Arrived for my appointment on Wednesday at 8am and the front desk clerk said, “we won’t have a technician here until SATURDAY.” Frustrated, I reset the appointment for Saturday at 8am. Arrived that day and was told “we won’t have a tech here until 9:30, and even then, I’m not sure we can install these tires.” I have a 4 series BMW. Nothing at all special about it. I took my tires and left to find intelligent life elsewhere.

This was the worst customer service I've gotten in the 20+ yrs I've lived in Las Vegas. The person in charge at the service desk was rude, ignorant and very unprofessional! He needed a haircut and shave really bad too!! The slowest employees imaginable. I literally saw a sloth riding on a turtle in their garage. May the fleas of a thousand camels infest in their armpits!

My visit was fine. My appointment, however, was frustrating. I made an appointment for 8:30a with the intention to wait for my vehicle. I arrived on time, was told I’d be able to leave by 10:30a, as I had things to do that day. They didn’t start working on my car until 10:30ish. I wasn’t that upset to be honest, but it was incredibly frustrating to see cars that came in after I did get worked on before mine. Obviously, that’s annoying. Aside from that, however, I was very happy with my appointment. The work was completed in a timely manner once it began, the price was reasonable, and I’m very happy with the results. And Josh, the manager, did keep me updated as best as he could.

Worst place ever sold me a tire that is 52.00 everywhere else but charged me double. Also they charged me 42 for each tire to be balanced. They are a horrible group. Never will I recommend them. My car drives horrible now.

Customer there 8 years. Went for oil chamge, did notr top off anything . Said to myself would not go back. Took car for flat tire. Nail in it. Counter person said tire bad $316 for two new ones. Took down the street to another tire place. Fixed tire for $35.

I received exceptional service today. Josh the manager was friendly and helpful. He helped me navigate through the items my car needed repaired immediately and showed me what the costs would be for the other items so I could budget accordingly and timely. I highly recommend stopping in and working with Josh on your auto repair needs.

Do yourself a favor, go here, ask for Kris, and he will take good care of you. Kris and his team fixed a balance problem for me that the dealership said couldn't be done.....and for a very fair price.

I paid for tire rotation and balance now the calipers are hitting the wheel weights making a noise. The guy said it's fine it will wear in and we are busy now. I told him fix it NOW Should not have left the shop ! That is a safety issue! These guys have no clue what they are doing.

They didn't rotate my tires nor did they Top off my fluids. Not the customer service I thought I'd get from this place. The guy at the front was very friendly and called to let me know what was wrong ahead of time. Wish they didn't rush the their service.

The place really saved me. Something punctured my tire, and I made it to this shop. They saw me without a problem hooked me up with a new set of tires.
