Tire choice is what an auto service center should be My experience was awesome. I went in and I was back on the road in no time thanks to Andrew and his staff. Very professional and efficient. I would give zero stars if I had a choice. New management in Warm Springs location NOT GOOD. Poor customer service and they have poor communication skills with both customers & employees so the work doesn't get done to your satisfaction and they waste your time.

There are so many choices of car service places and Tire Choice on Warm Springs and Eastern is my choice. Andrew was outside and checked me in quickly for my oil change. Andrew is Personable, knowledgeable and honest . I also purchased tires there & my boyfriend is going to bring his Ford Super Duty for an oil change this week. Thank you Andrew, and see you soon!😊

Overcharged for an oil change. I will say the staff was very friendly and I was told the oil change would be $100 when it was time to pay at the end I was charged $120. Looked at my receipt and saw they charged me a tire recycling fee which makes no sense because all I got was an oil change. Choose a different place to get your oil changed!

Friendly staff and they got the job done on changing my tire, but they completely scraped the wheels on it. Not just a small part but also where all the lugs are. It's like someone came in and decided to chip the paint all over it. Im still wondering if I just got pranked lol. They said they're going to get it fixed and I believe them, but Im traveling and won't be back for 2 months. I'm going to have to get this taken care of elsewhere and waste more time because they were so reckless. They really did a horrible job here. Could list other problems when we arrived, but ill just leave it at that. If you got a decent car, I really wouldn't bother too much going here. I'm not the kind to leave bad reviews. I just don't come back for more business, but I had to say something here.

I have been going to this former Goodyear location for 6 years since I had a bad experience at Ted Wiens Auto Service. These guys are honest, perform quick service and are reasonably priced. It is refreshing to deal with people like this these days as it seems a lot of shops are just trying to lighten your wallet. I had a loose sensor a few weeks ago and they fixed it for no charge.

I’ve been here a few times and they are always so nice and helpful. My battery died and they didn’t have it in stock but they got it in the shop in about 30 minutes and changed it in about another 30 even though there was only one tech in the shop that day. It was still super quick.

Low prices guaranteed? Don’t let it fools you. Under the generic Tire Choice brand name lies the real and commendable honest mechanic named Robert who wouldn’t just overcharge me but did a quick top up of my transmission fluid and inspect my coolant free of charge, the old-fashioned way. If you watched any car movie and wonder where has all the real mechanics like those are in real life, I’ve found one here. If this doesn’t how you earn my business nowadays, I don’t know what does. Robert was the only mechanic who let me into the bay and educate me while he worked. I’m tired of all other auto shops treating me like a bank, sitting me in a comfortable lobby insulating me from any knowledge of my own car and the guys who talk to you ain’t the one with the elbow grease. Most auto shops, even those with great reviews, are trying to up-charge you for their overheads. Assuming you know zero thing about your own car. Robert and his men didn’t treat me that way. I learned a great deal about my machine, and the way he instructed the younger men in his shop was very commendable, almost felt like apprenticeship. You want to bring your car to Robert. This is the mechanic you have been looking for.

Long story short... Tire Choice wanted almost $1,300 +tax for a Set of 4 New Tires, so I found a small business Tire Shop with the same exact Tires (Set of 4 Brand New) for $866 Tax included... I saved between $500-$600 !!! Don't shop for Tires at Tire Choice, find a small business Tire Shop instead!

Tire Choice Auto Centers are great 👍 Their staff is very helpful especially Robert the Manager @ the Warm Springs location. They treat the customer with courtesy and are very knowledgeable about your vehicle. 😊

Being fresh in from Seattle it was hard to decide where to take my vehicle. Absolutely amazing service knowledgeable crew quick and friendly . Went in for a last minute oil change late afternoon and not only was I able to get in they quoted me in services I already knew had to be done ! I plan on returning and have already recommended to friends !

I’ve taken 2 different vehicles here. I was given specific time frames and was provided with what was needed to be fixed as well as recommendations for future repairs and fair pricing. Knowing I live 3 hours away, kept very good communication and proper time frames so I have time to plan my travels accordingly. The staff is super friendly, efficient, fast, and all around great to communicate with! We take all of our vehicle to them!
