Excellent customer service provided by Jeff and Devin. I'm completely confident in their expertise. They are patient and thorough in explaining the diagnosis and service/ payment options, which is especially appreciated. My daughters and I go to Tire Choice for all our automotive needs. I always recommend them to all my family members and friends.

This is the worst tire shop I’ve ever been to. First, they told me to come in on Tuesday to get my tire sensor replaced, but then changed it to Wednesday. They had my wife drop off the car for 4 hours, and yet they never replaced the sensor and had someone go pick up the part. We then dropped the car off again, but the sensor still wasn't there. To top it off, there was a dent on the car that wasn’t there earlier that morning. I’m extremely frustrated with this place. This is beyond ridiculous.

Honest in Las Vegas, automative repair and tire shop. Jeff explains everything regarding the repair process. Showed me pictures of old parts. Pleasant experience all around! Nice clean store. Devin was a gentleman and very knowledgeable. The price on the tires I purchased were about $40 cheaper than all the other places I shopped around at. I will definitely be back.

Fast and helpful service!!! We were on the way to the airport and my tire light came on- so we stopped in to get my air filled. The gentleman filling my air noticed a small hole- obviously I didn’t want to drive on it- they were able to patch it within 20 min so we could make it to our flight!! Thank you so much!!

Jeff and Devin we're both friendly and helpful. Jeff was very thorough with letting me know what needs to be done with my car and why. And it was stuff that I kind of knew needed to get fixed. So I appreciate him explaining everything to me. When I went to pick up my car they had pictures of everything. It has been one week and my car is driving beautifully. Thank you.

Jeff, Joey, Karl, & Chris were always of great assistance to me have been honest and have taken good care of my car to make it run well. Hyundai on Boulder Hwy couldn't get me in til Oct to look at my ck engine light, which as you know the manuel says to take it in right away & with all the flooding that happened I was worried. Jeff got me in the following day after I called & now everything is fixed for less than $200. Gotta love the guys at Tire Choice on Tropicana & Serene. Considering that I just spent $6,000 on fixing the shift differential at Hyundai on Boulder Hwy not more than 3 months ago you would think they would have taken better care of me. Well, there you go.

Terrible service. Long waiting caused by a employee mistake when mounting the tires. The car was delivered with oil stains on the tan leather seat, the steering wheel and door handle. I will never visit this shop again.

I brought my vehicle here because it was struggling to start and the check engine light came on. I was scared of mechanics because I had been lied to at other shops. Jeff at the front desk of tire choice went out of his way to save me money. They somehow found a way to expedite my vehicle repair and the total price was $56.90 (I supplied the part). I was amazed! Thank you tire choice for your integrity and good work!!

I called a couple different times and spoke with two different gentleman- Devlin (probably spelled wrong and who took care of my car) and someone else the first time. They were exceptionally kind and helpful. When I brought my car in they noticed a noise and said they would address it, along with my front end alignment. Their attention to detail was appreciated. My car drives great. Thank you. Easy and helpful customer service is what I needed and key to any business. 5 stars alone for the phone service.

Tire choice is taking great care of my car. They treat you like a friend. Every thing they do they show me what needs to be done and show me all the parts they replaced. Won't go anywhere else. Great employees

Took my car here to get alignment checked as car was drifting to the left. Was told I needed to replace a strut and get an alignment done and car would be fixed. Paid the money to have this done and after leaving the car was still drifting to the left. Took the car back and was told there was an additional $1800 worth of work needed to be done to actually fix the car. The reason this wasn't disclosed during the first visit was because "they only had 1 tech at the time." If I had been made aware of the full extent of the damage from the initial inspection I wouldn't have paid to fix anything on the car because it would be considered "Totaled." I tried to rectify the situation through their corporate office Monro and they offered no support and had a terrible interaction with the manager mackenzie. Make sure you get a 2nd opinion before doing any major work as they don't thoroughly inspect the vehicle and don't even confirm that the work they did actually fixed the car.
