I dropped off my son’s car yesterday MLK day for a 2-axle brake job. Mechanic calls back...$1200!! Eventually he says he can bring it down to $940. No thanx, picked up the car went to auto zone and took parts to the Mexican shop down the street. We take all our cars to tire choice for oil changes and the other manager usually takes care of us, but after this attempted price gouging on a repeat customer, we’ll just take them to jiffy lube down the street.

The staff was very helpful. When I asked to have my all my tire pressures checked, they had already done it. The store was comfortable. The manager was helpful and very nice. They were very efficient and I had a very short day to have my tire changed.

I have been going to Tire Choice for a couple years. The customer service and the pricing are better than what I have experienced for the passed year at Fairway Chevrolet..I find it to be an excellent alternative.

The guys at tire choice always take care of me. I have a fleet of rental cars. Sometimes I need a last minute repair or service and they always manage to work me in. Thanks guys!

It's a relief to have a shop that is reliable and knows what their doing. They are fantastic. I my 2008 Mazda to them to have a few items repaired including the A/C. I had given up on anyone ever being able to fix it. I had spent almost $5000 over 5 shops and 2 years trying to get it fixed. These guys not only fixed it but had it ready with the other items repaired in less than 4 and a half hours. I was absolutely elated to hear that it was fixed correctly finally. Even the Mazda dealship couldn't figure it out after having it for 2 weeks. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone. They know what they are doing and it won't cost you an arm and a leg. Thank you tire choice!!!! In my book you guys are #1.

I need to change the oil in my girlfriend's car so I called them they had time took it in at the oil change at a decent price very knowledgeable staff took care of it quickly

Went in for brake pads and the tech busted the push to start button trim. I had an added lever like a gta car, instead of pulling down to start the car they broke the ring that the addon was glued to. So yeah that doesn’t work now and my dash looks torn up.

Okay where do I start.. 1. Was told front brake pad replacement would be $149…when I got there, the price changed to $220. 2. Was told it would take 2hrs to even get driven into their garage…but that took 3hrs and then another 2 hr wait for the part order and labor. Mind you I waited there thinking 2 and half hours top of wait….nope I waited 5 whole hours! 3. When the brake pads came in….the guy had one wrong brake pad for my car… had to wait another 20min for the right part. 4. When they were finally done with my car It was given to me with my radio blasting IM NEVER COMING BACK HERE!

This was my second time there and they did a great job. When I drove away, my car ran so smoothly I could really tell the difference. Also, the waiting room is not a bad place to wait for your car because they have great air-conditioning.

Great service. Shopping in the area noticed one of our tires was almost flat late on a Sunday afternoon, stopped in, they fixed it quickly and sent us on our way with a smile. Professional, competent, kind, and would highly recommend.

I’ve been a customer of Tire Choice for a few years now and each time I brought my vehicle in with concerns, the crew (especially Luis, Gary and Mike) have been extremely transparent/diligent with their service. More recently, I took my vehicle in for transmission concerns and we test drove my vehicle together for clarity on the issue. As a woman, it’s easy to walk into some auto places feeling a little overwhelmed when it comes to speaking up for what you need/don’t need out of fear of mechanics assuming you don’t know much about cars and then taking advantage of you financially… at least that’s what some of us have heard. BUT I have never experienced that at Tire Choice. Thank you guys for everything that you do. 🩵
