Ive passed this place for years and never paid it any attention. I got my alignment done and my car is perfection! The service was top notch , and the lobby was clean. Appreciate getting my dinosaur 🦕 rolling straight

Terry was amazing. Within minutes he took care of and cleared a full lobby but I never felt rushed. Every step was explained, every option for repair/replacement and all payment options were discussed. Tire Choice is now my choice and wherever Terry goes, I will follow him like the pied piper.

Terry and Beau were very helpful to us in making our decision. We did our due diligence in shopping around but it was that extra mile of service they provided that made the difference. I recommend seeing them if you're in the market for new tires. They'll take care of you.

Actually out of 10 u get a 2 for effort after the fact. Thanks for the $5 discount lol. Brought my car in for oil change it took a total 4 hr to complete only after they realized I was upset. I guess in order for the work to get completed u have to b there to supervise and waste time waiting in the waiting. Dropping it off was definitely not the way cause u'll just get skipped over.

My Experience here was amazing. Showed up late one day with a flat. They said they where backed up for the night but if I wanted to come in right at open they can fix it for me. Filled my tire to get me home and back to their shop. Showed up at open and they took me in, did an amazing repair, and didn't charge me anything! Amazing customer service from everyone there as well. Recommending this place for anyone needing service on their vehicle!

I trust this place more than other places I have been to. I get the impression that Terry Sanders has the customer's best interest at heart which in a long run will keep thos place open for business. I have been coming here for years and will Keep coming back. I had them double check something that was recommended to me by another major chain.It turned out not to be true. I was being set up. Bo the mechanic showed me the old parts being replaced, never had that happen at other places. Adam was great as the first person you speak with. Explain pricing & work to be done clearly. As a female who knows very little about car engines, I am always worried they are taking advantage of me. NOT THE CASE AT TIRE CHOICE. I left feeling confident and they didn’t push me to get a bunch of stuff I don’t need! Bo & Adam were both amazing!

The service and professionalism is always top notch. We were in and out and the service was most efficient. The staff is friendly and always a pleasure to interact with. I used to go to the Rainbow branch when it was Goodyear and now I come to the Sahara office. I've been a customer for about10 years and will continue to do so!
