Not really impressed. Purchased one trailer tire. Thought it would be good to not wait and give them some time. 2 hours later at noon, still not done. Another 1:20 minutes after coming back an hour later still nothing. 3 hrs 20 for one tire. Staff is friendly and they did apologize. I probably should have gone somewhere else. After what I thought was enough time to get the tire complete, I was almost late for a birthday party. Glad that I did not bring my trailer for all new tires, I would probably still be in the parking lot waiting.

Went in because my tire was flat when I woke up. Took it in for an inspection and they had my car for over an hour just for them to say they could not find anything. Woke up the next morning with the same issue so I put air in my tire and it was back flat within 20 minutes. Took it to another place and they found a hole in two tires really quickly and replaced them. I will never be back. They were really slow and the customer service was terrible, wish I could give zero stars

I took my car there to purchase tires. Dave was kind however when I picked up my vehicle I noticed my extra change was missing…my watch was taken out of my armrest along with $10 that was wrapped in a receipt in the armrest and my Apple charger were missing. Granted I could have easily not have left the items in the car but as many times as those items in my car and taken it to the dealer, they were never touched but the one time I bring my car here…my stuff is stolen and things rummaged through. I miss the guys that were there when it was Grimes. We had been patronizing this place since 2005.

Found tires on website. Made appointment. Drove 10 miles they don't have the tire and can't install today as my appointment showed. He said they have had problems with the call system. So I wasted my time. Hopefully this will help someone else

I had a Groupon coupon for oil change, filter change, brake pad and rotor inspection, tire rotations, and another comprehensive inspection. After oil change they returned the car and I asked them about the other services. They told me the rest was complimentary and not really needed. After multiple inquirers I left the service center frustrated and cheated. The staff is courteous and the service center is clean. I will stick with other service companies.

I just went here on September 7 for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They did not rotate my tires and I know because I have a deep scuff mark on my right passenger side tire rim and it was still there. All I can say is simply do all services that you supposedly offer. Stop cutting corners and being lazy!!!!!

I went in specifically for rear brake change. I told them three times to please check the rear drum brakes. They insisted the rear brakes were fine, but I needed front brakes, (which I replaced three months prior) and 4 shocks…over $2000. It was clear they weren’t being truthful with me. They did not check the rear brakes. If they did, they would have found them to be completely shot, as shown in the photos. I paid for this “evaluation”. Rather than continue to be irritated, I paid for their “rear brake evaluation”, and left. Wasted a whole afternoon.

They lie and scam people. My car still isn’t fixed but you couldn’t pay me to bring it back there. My price more than doubled to “clean” something when the price to replace it was less. All they do is lie! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT

Took my car in for a tire to be mounted on a new rim. After 30 min my car was moved into a bay. After 1.5 hrs I asked what an estimated time of completion was and was told the technician was having problems seating the tire on the rim. After 2 hrs I was then told my tire had a gash in the sideline that I know was nor present upon arrival to shop. After 3 hrs I left with a damaged tire that could no longer hold air and old rim being placed on my car. I was still charged for the mounting services. Not to mention the scratches that were done to brand new rim. They lie, do not take accountability, and fail to communicate when a service surpasses their skill level. Went to discount tire and paid $500 for a new tire and 12 min later they had the tire mounted on the new rim.

We went in for routine diagnostic work. I drove the car to Tire Choice for repairs. We paid the deposit and they began the work. I was told that this was a fixable problem and witnessed the engine still running when we checked on the status of the vehicle. The manager was having issues with codes, but we were able to speak to the mechanic directly and since we witnessed the engine still starting, we were left with the impression that this work just needs to be finished up. A few days later, I was told my car would not start at all. I asked for a refund, she told me no. I explained to her that we've spent x amount of dollars with nothing to show for it, still no refund. I have been in contact with corporate for my refund and will pursue further actions. If the work was beyond the scope of what the shop could do, we should've been told this in the beginning and given a refund. I would advise anyone to to take their business elsewhere.

I'm a first time customer, there for brake work. I can't thank Amanda Martin enough for being so good communicating with me over several days as to the status of my car repairs. Even though they ran into some unexpected issues, she was very good about letting me know the problems, so patient answering all my many questions, and just in general keeping me updated. The shop was clean and neat, and I felt good about their ability to take care of my car. Will definitely not hesitate to return there if needed!

Went for alignment. Alignment done but car given back with steering wheel off centre. Took it back to be corrected but steering hub still off center. Waiting for them to resolve this issue.

The young man who assisted me was great! Excellent in his knowledge, and I appreciate him giving a thorough detailed job. I was pleased with the service I received. This is the location on Hacks Cross. The only complaint I have is he needs some assistance, as it is difficult to work everything on your own. That is not the first time that I have seen Tire choice have someone in that position. The location is constantly understaffed.
