Don’t go there they will lie to you about prices and will let you wait for a while. they sent me to a different location and when I arrive to a different location, they ask me for more money stay away.

I would put a 0 star if I could. The boy in the entrance with bad attitude told me the tire was not repairable. Of course it was repairable, I went to another and they fixed it 5 minutes.

Staff was friendly but very dishonest. They insisted I needed a new tire without even looking at the tire I wanted patched! I trusted their excuses/explanation - shame on me- and paid $500 for a new tire even though my “old” tire was in perfect condition with fewer than 15k miles on it. The tire had one thin nail in the center tread. That’s it. The tech showed it to me - I was worried that if I complained, the tech would get fired so I didn’t say anything. But what a scam. And I feel stupid for trusting this business. Buyer beware. Lesson learned.

They tell u to buy a groupon to save money and then charge another random $21 after the service is done for no reason, the groupon doesnt talk about extra charges neither do they tell you when you are buying it in front od them so everything comes out to about the same price

Could be better. Price changes depending on the person you talk to. Not clear information on fees that shows up last minute on the invoice.

Do not every bring your car here – Robert, the gentleman with the clock tattoo on his forearm is a liar. Four separate times he lied to me: (1) He ordered the wrong tires and lied saying they’re exactly the same that I had ordered two days prior. They were not, and a much cheaper version. (2) He then tried to charge me the same price and lied saying they’re identical until I pushed him on it by having to google the two tires myself. After waiting for over five hours, as I’m leaving, I wanted to confirm the tires are run flats, at which point he (3) then lied to me saying the tires they put on are run flats. Again, I had to google the reference code on the tire to determine they weren’t – which he then admitted he lied to me about. I was so fed up at this point I just wanted my old tires put on and leave. It took him two hours to undo everything and he promised to issue me a refund. And guess what, you guessed it, (4) he lied about refunding my $1,400. I’m now fighting with my credit card to refund the payment of $1,400 after wasting a day with this liar and driving my car off with the exact same tires I showed up with.

Popped in today as i got tire pressure notifications that were constantly going off. Louis was immediately helpful. every time i come here the customer service is great but Louis was a standout today. He was patient with me and listened to my concern and got the issue solved so quickly i was shocked! Love this place and love their services!

Poor customer service. They rush you out the door without actually checking and letting you know what the issue is with your tires. I don’t know if they only do this to women but it’s sad. Guy made me pay $303 for a new tire without checking to see what the cause of my tire deflation actual was. Turns out that the tire was a good tire and my rim was the actual issue due to it being cracked. They never checked. Could’ve used that $303 towards replacing my rim.

Services is good. The only problem I see is that they might not have the part so you have to wait around for them to order it and for it to be delivered that’s the bad side. The service was good.

Tires were not ready when promised. Then wrong tires were put on. They insisted they were the right tires until I showed them the website for the tire manufacturer. Took three days to complete the job with multiple trips. Very unprofessional.

Unfortunately my experience in this store was a real disappointment after buying 4 new tires and expending almost $600 to this purchase when I get home I notice that the upper trim of the front bumper was missing. When I went back to the store and ask for an answer they told me to show them a pic of the car before the service was done . It is not very smart to loose a potencial client over a trim that cost $40 on Amazon .I'm giving them one star because is the only way that i can post this review

Hice una compra por Amazon de 4 tires con la instalación en este sitio.. al momento de la instalación le pregunté al encargado si la instalación incluida el balanceo de las ruedas y el respondió Afirmando que SI … el servicio es completo y cuando salí de ahí mi carro salió temblando porque no habían balanceado.. me tocó ir a otro sitio a que terminaran el trabajo.. PÉSIMO SERVICIO 👎👎👎👎👎

This place is filled with the biggest crooks…. I spent over $500 and nobody told me or offered warranty. 3 days after purchasing my tire popped and some how I have to pay for another tire?! Ridiculous. Robert sucks and the new manager Luis from what he told me is there to help clean up the store. The one opportunity he had to help me out he just told me to spend more money on the warranty. Literally screw this place! I just want my tire and get out of here. Go somewhere else! These people will take your money and not offer anything else.

I had an appointment at 10:30 am to change 4 tires, align and balance, they told me it would be before 1:00 pm, I went and they had not seen it, they told me at 3:00 pm, I came back and the same situation, then they told me at 4:30 pm, the same thing, they ended up giving me the car at 6:30 pm, I lost the whole day. I won't be the one to return to that place.

Remarkably helpful, professional and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend. I had something stuck in a tire and low tire pressure on all tires. I was Helped to determine what was going on and need for just 1 new tire. Great place!

Robert at Tire Choice Biscayne Blvd is awesome to work with, very professional with excellent customer service. I would like to be able to call and make an appointment so as not to wait too long at the shop. So far I’ve just had new tires installed and then rotated. Oil change as well. So far so good.
