Although I thought that the cost of the oil change was fair since it included the tire rotation service, I found out that they haven’t rotated my tires the last two times that I used their services. So please don’t believe at face value that you are getting the tire rotation included in the oil change costs.

I went there for a simple oil change and they told me that this should take 1 hour,then I decided wait in the room. After 1 hour the person who works at front desk told me that my car needed replace more parts and the total should be + $1800 then I said “No,I just need the oil change” then after 15 minutes another person came and asked me if I wanted change my break pads and I said again “no,today I just came for a oil change” and he said “Ok,your car is almost done,I’ll bring it to you soon” It seemed as though they were trying to take advantage since I’m a women and not a native English speaker. After 15 minutes he came back and told me that my vaccum pump was damaged and my brakes won’t work anymore. The cost to replace it was $950 so I called my boyfriend and he said it was unusually high for this type of repair. My boyfriend came and they lowered to the price to $600, but he found the part for $180 and will fix it himself. I went there for just simple oil change and left with a broken vacuum pump which was working fine before I arrived.

Went 3 times and service time was over 3 hours. Made a appointment for 2 pm on September 11, 2024 and was told it would be over 2 hours before they could check the right rear tire, which I bought from tire choice. The appointment should take priority over other vehicles. If they overbooked, that practice needs to be stopped. Why make a appointment if it isn't going to be honored!!!!! I won't be coming back after today.

**Editing from 5 stars to 1 star** New management and staff are completely opposite of what is described below. They refuse to install parts I bring in myself and do not have the technical skills Joel and his team used to have. The biggest mistake this company made was losing that team. Can't praise Joel enough for his honesty, transparency, and professionalism. We don't have enough people in this world like him. Him and his technician, Steven, are extremely knowledgeable from the most advanced European vehicles to older classics and exotics, and I was shocked to see that they knew how to do an advanced job on my Porsche exactly to manufacturer specification. Don't let the fact that this is a chain fool you; Joel makes the entire process pain free and dependable. I generally don't go to any shops as I do repairs and maintenance on my own, but now, I trust these guys more than I do myself! Keep it up!

Oil change and tire balance appt at 10am, they said 2 hours, why even have an appointment but fine. At 11:45am I called and the car was in the garage yet it wasn’t done until 1:15pm! I was told 10 more minutes, 5 minutes, no real timelines and zero respect for my time. I wasn’t a walk in. How is that possible. Not worth it. Tires if you get a deal are good here but save yourself the time and inexperience, go somewhere that respects your time for basic maintenance.

Only reason i didnt rate lower is they took care of issue i had with tire on the house at one point, But i have issues with appointments with this store, they dont recognize or honor appointments at all even though its a feature on website. So whats usually a 30m-1hr oil change at dealer took 2hrs+ for a fairly normal monday with appointment, since they treat appointments like a first come first serve. I had to cancel appointment i had after, After being told a issue with battery that came up would be resolved within 10m since they had the battery on hand, i explained i needed to leave at 1:50 and was assured it would likely be done by then, took about 25m longer..

This a second time in a row that I’m having an appointment x oil change and tire rotation they said it’ll take at least 2 hrs. Last time I waited x 3 hrs. Check these policies regarding the appointment times and time of service. I won’t be back and I used to take my two family cars there. Some one need to take a look at this or you’ll keep loosing customers. The competition is hard in this area! Just a friendly advice! Good luck!

Took my Toyota RAV4 for oil change and brake inspection,I was out of there in less than one hour,I was told that there was nothing wrong with brakes and I was given a couple of things that might need changing in the future.

Avoid this place if you value your money, your time, and your vehicle I brought my car here twice in the last few months and they broke something on my car every time they touched it. The first time, they put my steering wheel column back together incorrectly, which set off my check airbag sensor several weeks later, and then they almost charged me money to replace an airbag, which I didn't even need done (about $1000 if I had let them do that) The second time, they managed to fry my AC's compressor (which both the rep and the mechanic acknowledged was working when I brought it in, and ended up costing me about $800 to fix), and at the same time charged me money for looking at the check airbag issue and *not* fixing it. To top it off, communication was terrible, and they never called me about the status of my vehicle once, and I ended up having to Uber down to the shop in person to get any sort of news, after trying to contact them all weekend. I only got everything on my car running again after I got so tired of this place that I just went to another mechanic ( who confirmed as a second opinion that this place broke all the stuff I noted ), and paid to fix all the stuff these guys broke. Never coming back here again.

I live out town. I took a tire that all it needed was a plug. The counter guy said it would take about 2 hours. I call about 3 hour later and the person who answered said it wasn't done and might take till of day (7pm). I when an hour later 4hours later and tire was still in the lobby. I took the across street to another tire shop and in 10 minutes the tire was fix and on the truck and the spare was put back. All this for half the price. Terrible service

No cumplen con lo que prometen, en septiembre del año pasado le compramos 4 llantas a mi carro porque la persona que atendio nos ofreció alineacion y balanceo gratis por 1 año, fui la semana pasada a realizar la alineacion y balanceo gratis correspondiente pero no lo hicieron segun ellos que la promocion solo era valida por 4 meses.

They did an oil change for my mothers car, a Prius, something was left off and it leaked oil to the point in burned the engine. The car died, had to be fixed. And now no one wants to be responsible. They are unprofessional and for some reason there is no manager available every time to take accountability. DO NOT GO HERE FOR OIL CHANGES.

Waited 3 hours for them to tell me that I needed new tires. I orginally came in to get a wheel alignment. Which I didn't need apparently. These idiots wanted $400 dollars. For two tires! Horrible service. Never again.

Do not take your vehicle here. Was a good customer with 4 vehicles but with the new management and mechanics that were hired this place is not recommendable. They could not even remove the lug nuts to do a simple tire rotation and try to blame the manufacturer for having unique parts that they did not have the tools for. But the worst is when I brought my daughter's car in to check the check engine light because they just recently changed the oxygen sensor and then try to sell me on a catalytic converter and did not check to see if the oxygen center that they replaced was the cause of the problem. Avoid at all costs I know I will be taking my business elsewhere. And to top it off the district manager Bobby Bennett was no help at all trying to defend his incompetent employees instead of trying to remedy the problem.

I cannot say enough good things about this service center. They are professional, friendly, and accommodating. I came in without an appointment, they squeezed me in despite being short-handed, and apologized for the wait. Additionally, they don’t upsell you on extra services and are incredibly fair and honest.

I highly recommend this Tire Choice location for any tire or mechanic work! Great prices, no scams or gimmicks, only straightforward answers and great service. If you have received poor service from an auto service center then you NEED to try Tire Choice. The service was excellent and they did not try and sell you something you do not need. I was not sure such a place existed, but it does and it is right here on Curry Ford and Alafaya Trail in Orlando.

We had our car here since 1245 It's now 5 and it's still not finished This place needs to bring back the old manager. Very poor customer service We won't be bringing our car back again. I recommend you do the same
