It was less than average service. Bought a Groupon and then upon check out was charged $20 more for “additional oil”. Then they tried to upsell me on getting new tires and telling me that they cannot rotate the tire tires that I currently have. I understand if it’s truly something wrong with the car, but I felt like I was being upsell on something.

The employees are very nice and accommodating. The facility is very clean and well organized. Offers decent payment plans and prices for automative services. The wait time was longer than expected despite having a ln appointment scheduled.

Unfortunately came to this store because my car was having some shaking in the wheel, I was not able to fix all the repairs mentioned so I replaced the front routers and brake pad, I was quoted 650 and was told this was the same price as everywhere else, (stupid of me to believe her? Maybe.) upon calling other stores, and other branches of the SAME company they said it would be 399 including all parts and labor. As a female with no experience in car repairs, I do feel I was fully taken advantage of. The store manger said that the employee Michelle was unaware of the “deals” going on, and he would send a check. Now I will be waiting on my check for who knows how long, because that is the only way they could make it right. If you have no other option but this place, I would definitely avoid Michelle. ***UPDATE: as of Jan 11 after calling cooperate I was informed that the manager never even put a refund in for my ticket, and basically lied straight to me. Cooperate tried calling them and MICHELLE told them that I was not over charged, even though the manger said I was and he would send the check. It’s not a small amount, and I’m not letting go of 200$ that easily. This all started because I believed Michelle, which I have learned a hard lesson from.

Very bad service! The Manager (African American) only mentioned that it was his day off & just sat there and ate food. I went to another mechanic which found parts loose that Tires choice performed! I went for a wheel alignment and it wasn’t done properly! Now I need to spend another $200 to get the job done correctly! SMH it’s incredible! Please don’t go here! They will take you for a (Sucker)

When I Arrived the gentleman thought that he could not fix my tire as the screw had penetrated the tire, but then he looked at it and said it could be fixed and less than two hours later my tire was good as new and all for less than $25

Devon deserves a raise and promotion! Handled a corporate issue that I had with another tire choice location so professionally and with integrity!! They took the time needed to service my vehicle and ensure all was running properly and safely before returning to me which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend doing business with this location, also skilled in extensive mechanic work. Thank you Devon.

As a store manager, Devon kept everything running smoothly, balancing his duties while ensuring both customers and staff were taken care of. The oil change was completed promptly, and he even performed a courtesy check on my car, offering helpful advice without upselling. super happy with the service and job Francisco and the team here were able to give me! as someone who knows very little about cars, and is able to only get maintenance done oh so often due to my day to day francisco was able to run me through the entire process from start to finish with a job done i’m super happy with. will definitely be coming back for future work and recommend anyone else to do so! :)

Had issues with my daughter’s car while dropping her off for college. I had been to the shop 2 months earlier, getting her an apartment and had a great experience with the manager. Francisco was Very helpful friendly and honest. So while visiting we saw her car wouldn’t start and took the car to tire choice where we had a problem with the starter and issues with the back tires. We were offered some special promotions that helped with the price. So for anyone in the Orlando area, especially those with students at the ucf medical campus and campus employees you will get great service and honest pricing…1 less thing to worry about!

I’ve been a customer of choice tires for about seven months now .I use my vehicles through Uber. It’s a fleet actually recommend different places where you do the normal maintenance on the carsI’ve been through Firestone, Pep Boys,tires plus. I have to say choice tires is by far the best!!. I do have to mention one name in particular that sticks out and his name is Francisco Medina! He’s been awesome with me also been in the business for about 20 years so he knows a lot about cars. Pay them a visit you won’t be disappointed!!.

amazing service from francisco! i brought in my car to do multiple services and he was so kind and understanding explaining everything to me and when they didn’t have the part that they needed to remove my tire he called me and gave me a couple alternative options I eventually found the part at home and brought it to them and they were able to complete the job no problem! thank you team for helping me out and taking care of my mini cooper :D

I went to this place to check if they could help me with the alignment of my vehicle. They kindly told me that they would help me. Then I explained to the employee that I wanted him to see how my tires were to check if it had to do with the alignment. The employee asked another employee if he could check my vehicle and indicated that he was not going outside to tell him what was happening. I told him that it was difficult for me to say it because I don't speak much English. He never got up from his chair and just wanted me to explain it to him in words. In this place it says very big in front that Spanish speaking. In the end I not receive help for nobody. Rude guys.

I am amazed my the great service of this place, especially Francisco. He was incredibly helpful, honest and kind. I have never had an experience like this, and I am really helpful. If you need a service with you car, please come to this place because you can be sure that they will take care of your car in the best possible way. If I could give them more starts I would.
