This was not an experience I would recommend to anyone due to the unprofessionalism of the Store manager Brian. I dropped my vehicle off Sunday December 8th around 10:30 in the morning because my car had stated low oil pressure. They stated they needed to degrease and diagnose the problem I was waiting on site until 2:00 pm where Victor stated the actual problem was the oil cooling gasket and it had to be ordered and that would have to be Monday when they open. Monday I called in the morning no part could be ordered because Brian did not know what part was need had to wait for victor to get in was what I was told. Then I call back Monday afternoon and speak to an associate because Brian had left for the day to be told my car still had not been worked on. Now Tuesday morning I call back to ask for an update on a time from Brian and was told he won’t give me an exact time because if he does I would call back and act just like this… to get caught off guard with a response like that I ask for a regional manager to be told by Brian I can call corporate to get Bobby’s information then hung up on. I will apologize now for me requesting a time frame and not excepting no answer as an answer due to this now dragging on past 48 hours. But I as a consumer should have this access. So I then call corporate and speak to Nicole who has to call Brian and confirm what had happened to wait on hold for over 15 mins to be told Brian stated since they can not meet my time they will no longer be preforming services to my vehicle ,and I can come pick it up. Then was told Bobby has been updated on the situation. So my final time calling back to the store I asked how much is owed to get my car out of there and I was told nothing they didn’t run my Groupon and I can deal with them to get my money back. I give this a 2/10 review because victor truly was a great experience. Now that my vehicle is at another shop and has been inspected my oil coolant container has a crack in the basin, so the issue that was suppose to be corrected but denied services wouldn’t of corrected my issue anyway so it was a horrible experience and now a much bigger cost after my vehicle spent time at Tires Choice.

After spending $2,000 on a repair and having the car break down again in 30 days they charged me again for another diagnostic only to tell me the car was dead which I understand it was an old car but the fact that I just had it there a month ago and they charged me $2,000 a little courtesy would have gone a long way

I was sent here by mistake by my car warranty people. I unfortunately wasn't able to use their service, but the gentleman behind the counter was so helpful and kind. He actually took the time to come out and look at my car and was able to recommend a couple of places to me.

The worst place I've ever been, they want to find a problem in any way to sell more, I'll NEVER go back AGAIN I purchased the alignment and balancing service through Grupon and when I got there they wanted to charge me the difference. It seems like they don't know how Grupon works. They were very rude to me and my wife. After much conversation, they told me they could do it “this time.”

This Tire Choice location has always been excellent when it comes to the repairs or tire installation on our cars. The techs are great and Anthony, the manager is always knowledgeable and kind. Excellent communication & customer service with quality work on repairs. I highly recommended this Tire Choice location.

Took in my 2004 Scion XB thinking that after 17 years together we would be parting ways. Well the very friendly, professional and talented guys at this shop were not only able to keep us together but actually fix a long-standing problem we’d been having with the low rider springs someone had installed. I had the worst experience at this business yesterday September 23rd. Yesterday morning I woke up to my brakes making a funny noise. I decided the smart thing to do is get this issue checked out as soon as possible. I went on Groupon and brought a full synthetic oil change with tire rotation and standard filter for $69.99,and figured I can all of this done at once. When I got to Tire Choice Auto Service Center I let the man up front know that I needed an oil change, tire rotation and also to get my brakes looked at because of the noise I was hearing. Not even 2 minutes after sitting down the man at the front called me back up to him. He had a form in his hand and stated, “Your car is shot, you need 4 new tires, all new brake pads, and all new rotors”. I let the man know that unfortunately I would not be able to get this work done now as I do not have the money to do all that work. The man then said and quote “You better call someone” I replied by saying “Call who?” he then went on and said “Call someone, anyone. You need this fixed right?” again I replied “Call who sir? I am a single mother and have no one to call”. At that moment he looked back down and the paper and realized that he was talking to the wrong person. As upset as I was, I let that go and went back to the waiting room. Ten minutes or so later the same man came called me back up to the desk. At this point he went on to say the same “You call needs all 4 new ties, all new brakes, and all new rotors.” I then said “that’s interesting that I need the same things as the other lady before me”. He just looks at me and says ok well you need this as your car is unsafe to drive. I say “Thank you, but let’s just do the oil change and tire rotation I already purchased, and I will see about the rest another day”. He then hands me a credit card application and tells me “Here you clearly need this help”. I could not believe that he would say this and was very taken back. I said, “No thank you, again I only want the oil change and tire rotation I paid for”. I then went back into the waiting room to wait for the car. A few minutes later he came back and let me know the car was done. When I went to the front, he expressed that they did not and will not be doing the tire rotation on my car as my tires are all bad and need to be replaced. At this point I noted that I already paid for one. He said “yes but that doesn’t matter it’s a package and its just the way it is. We are not doing it.” He then went on to say that I still owe another $45.00 as I needed more oil then expected. I asked if this can be coved by the amount I paid since they did not do the tire rotation. He went on to say “NO you owe this as we already did the service”. I then said, “no one explained this to me or asked me if I wanted more oil or let me know that there was an extra cost”. He went on to say unfortunately you need to pay this. I have never experienced such treatment. Being told to “Call someone” being handed a credit card application and told to apply for this “as I clearly in need help” then be changed for service I never approved. Do not go here mostly if you are a women. Clearly they take advantage of people!!! I have tried to call the number below and waited on hold for 35 mins before I gave up.

I highly recommend this place. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I got a flat tire and was parking my car there at 6:30am. The manager(Bryant) saw me in the dark and asked if i needed help. Mind you they open up at 7:30am. He was very helpful and continued to help me even though they weren’t opening up for another hour. They successfully helped me with repair and gave me a very good price. Highly recommend

I made an appointment for 8:30 am in the morning. It is now 1:30 pm and I’m still waiting to get tires put in my van is still on the left without the tires on it. Ridiculous. I won’t bring my van here ever again. this is a fleet of we won’t be coming back. The guys at the counters are playing with their phones. Nobody in a hurry to take care of my van, this is the tire choice on Avalon Park, Orlando, Florida. And the last time I came, I had an appointment also two hours to get an oil change

My 17 year old son had to go to tire choice after a long day at school and practice. He went to his truck and his tire was flat, after putting the spare on he drove to tire choice and after determining it was a valve stem leak they fixed it quickly and pumped up his spare tire. As a mom who wasn’t there at the time I appreciate someone treating my boy like their own!

Victor was very helpful. We called ahead of time to make an appointment. When we arrived we were helped very quickly. I found out about Tire Choice from a friend who recommended them. They've worked on my wife's car twice now. I give them 2 big thumbs up!

I went there to get car checked out there and couldn’t take everything out but they took my Versace chlone while I trusted them to see what’s wrong with my car and they didn’t even fix it don’t leave nothing in your car

Having unexpected car issues is of course very stressful. When I came here I had no clue what was happening with my car as it was a new issue. They explained the problem and solution and made it stress free! They had it all fixed the same day. I was very grateful and pleased with this experience here, will be coming back for future car needs.
