The customer service is terrible and horrible. Today 07/01/2025 I took the Truck for service and tire change at 9am and returned at 4pm and they had not performed any service. They are irresponsible, they could not take 5 minutes to call and say that they could not perform the service.

I had it balanced and aligned, and my car was worse than it was, shaking all over. I called to talk about the problem, they made an appointment for me to come in on Thursday, I lost a day's work and they didn't solve my problem, they rescheduled for Saturday, I waited from 7:30 am until 12:00 pm, and I was the second customer to arrive, they passed the new customers in front of me... bad service, I don't recommend

WARNING: Do not bring your car to this location if you purchased a groupon. The price was unbeatable so I took a chance on this place and went to the store on 1/5. Firstly they wanted to upcharge me a total of $51 when I typically always get a synthetic blend. I have been taking my car to goodyear for years and they always put a synthetic blend. Then one of the mechanics broke one of my front hoses so they had to look for this part. Thankfully, they were able to find it but this is ridiculous as your mechanics should be way more careful when looking at vehicles. After spending over 5 hours in the shop, the manager stated that it would take him 30-45 minutes to complete paperwork which is completely unacceptable. Then he said he'd email me the paperwork and said his system was messed (mind you I've been hearing him say this same thing to customers all day). Now it is currently 1/6 and I still do not have my paperwork. This place is a complete joke. Take your business elsewhere.

I really wanted to believe that Carlos Perez would do the right thing after Ricardo oversold himself and disappeared. Such a disappointment. Brought my luxury vehicle to this location and they turned my vehicle into a lemon. 11 days of going back and forth with this place ensuring me that my vehicle was serviced properly, only to take it to a REAL professional and discover that the service had not been done to my vehicle and only after spending $1900 with this place. Ricardo and Carlos then have the nerve to suggest that I need to spend more money to correct an issue they caused. Avoid if you need anything other than a simple tire change, these individuals are not professional mechanics.

Service is 10/10, but this store is definitely understaffed. Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming, but poor team of this location. They are juggling multiple things at once with great urgency, but the company has to invest into payroll. This is based on my observation for the last few visits I had here. This is the only way to keep the clients happy and Im sure the staff feels it, too. sincerely, another general manager of retail

Worst experience ever!!!!! I got there cause my tire light was on and they said one of the tire had to be replaced but there was no leaking in the others. I bought the tire they installed it and the light was still on. They said “you have to drive a few miles and it’ll get off”. Lies! The light never get off and I had to go another store just to discover that One of the other tires had a leaking. Be aware!!!! Don’t go there unless you want to be scammed!!!!

I went for an alignment and was still feeling the car move to one side. So I went back and asked them to do it again, they told me that it was my left camber was causing the pull and that it was unadjustable. They told me that I needed a camber kit for them to align it. I went to a better mechanic and they told me that the left camber was fine AND they readjusted the toe which was supposed to be done by you guys. Don’t go this place, they have no idea what they are doing. I think the alignment machine they have there is broken.

Although the guy there was nice, the overall experience was VERY stressful and didn’t need to take as long as it did. I scheduled an appointment for 9am because my tire was flat and needed to be replaced. They told me additional services would be needed; however I was there SIMPLY for tire replacement. Nothing more. It should have been a simple decline of additional services and me getting my car up and running within an hour. This took up nearly 2 hours of my time because they wanted to try and get more services out of me when I’ve stated more than once that I need 2 tires and that I’m late for work. Now I’m out 3 hours of my 8 hour shift because of this. I need to come back for services, but won’t. I’ll be taking my recommendations to another shop.

They do such a GREAT JOB here. They go above and beyond. If you need any work done on your car as far as tires, alignment oil changes and that sort of thing I would definitely come here. THANKS AGAIN 🥰

This place exceeded my expectations 100% amazing customer service and care. I don’t want to come back because nobody wants to get a flat tire or a screw inside a tire but for sure when I have to change my tires I will go to this place. And I will recommend to every single person I know. Extremely quick service as well. Cleanliness 10/10.

Upon entering, I noticed that the person in charge did not pay any attention to me, even though I waited approximately 10 minutes while I finished a phone call. When I was finally attended, the treatment I received was discriminatory, since I was informed that a simple repair to inflate a rubber would take between one and two hours. To my surprise, other customers who arrived after me were attended to faster and rubber changes were made immediately. This type of behavior made me feel belittled and discriminated against. I believe that all customers should be treated with the same respect and speed, without exceptions. I request that the necessary measures be taken to prevent this type of situation from happening again. I am willing to provide more details if necessary and I hope for a prompt response and solution to this problem.

First time and the service was excellent! Ricky provided a professional service and I was glad to know that this place donate to veterans from their own proceeds. Fast and reliable tire service. Ignore previous bad reviews as I found out they have whole new management !

came in for a brake replacement because my car dealership said it would be $300. asked my mom to stop by this place and ask how much the brake replacement would be and one of the workers told my mother that it would be $150, stating that there was a package that was $150 and a package that was $200. My mother TOLD HIM that she wanted the $150 package multiple times, and so we left my car to have it fixed. They told us that they didn’t have the right parts, so we’d have to wait for them to order it. I came the next day to pick it up and upon checking out, I asked the same worker, “it’s $150 right?” And he said “actually, it will be actually $190 with taxes”. I said okay, but when I looked at the card reader, it said “$290”. I asked him what the charge was, and he said that that was the package my mother chose. No it wasn’t??? And then when I got my mother to come back, they could only give her $90 in CREDIT TOWARDS AN OIL CHANGE? I’m never coming back here again. They will literally scam you. Also, my brakes are still squealing, so if I die, I’m suing you.

I took my car for a simple tire repair at 8:30 in the morning. 5 hours pass no call I go back into the shop to see my car with no tires on and hood up. They were doing a fulll car inspection… I tell them that I have work in a hour and I just need a tire repair. Another hour goes past I walk back into the shop for him to tell me that they can’t do the repair because it has two nails to close together on the tire…. 6 HOURS to figure that out. Never going back there again

My dodge journey had gotten a flat, I had to drive from Lake Nona to this location being it was closer to my home. The fellows here really helped me out with finding a good tire and for a good price. It was a wait as there was other customers there before I was, however they gave me top notch customer service and kept me up to date as they were moving along. I’m not sure how their appointment system works but for it to have been an urgency for me, they got me in at a timely manner. I really appreciate the help and great service.

They were having computer problems, so I tried to be understanding, but my appointment was not honored because they decided to do a 1st come 1st serve instead of honoring the appointment I made on 4 days prior. I was there for 2.5 hrs. I had a Groupon & told them what I paid for, when cashing me out he told me he put in the higher grade oil, I said no that's not what I paid for and I was argued with about if i even knew what my car takes. He did end up only charging me for what I paid for, but then I had to pay for an extra quart because even though my car has always taken only 5 quarts, apparently today, it was 5.7. When I asked about that, he threw every other place. I've had an oil change under the bus because he said then I'd been running low this whole time. Another customer had purchased 2 tires, they put on 3, and then he talked her into just paying for the extra even though he admitted his mistake in ordering and not looking at her work order. She got no discount. They were rude, slow, condescending, and just a general air of no concern. This place, while clean and looks reputable, has super sketchy employees. When i get home, my husband is going to check to make sure they even changed the oil because I don't believe them. I was supposed to get a tire rotation, too, and when I asked 3 times if it had been done, he ignored my question and changed the subject. I understand bad days, but it isn't my fault, and I was nothing but nice to them. I will never be back.... also, since when do you not get a fluid top off when getting oil? I was informed my coolant was low, and then he walked off. This was the worst place I've ever had the misfortune of having my oil changed.
