I had a great experience as a first time customer! I just moved to Rochester and needed an oil change and the whole process was very easy and smooth. Dave helped me out and he educated me on what my car may need in the future without pressuring me to purchase anything the day of. 10/10!!

Dave was immediately helpful on a Sunday when my son’s car wouldn’t start. It needed a starter & battery. These guys got it in right away, assessed it & got the work done the next day. Brought my car in a few days later for an oil change. They’ve got my business. Thanks to the team.

I dropped car off on a Saturday. They needed to order tires from warehouse and said the job would be completed Monday. They didn’t order tires until Tuesday. Only 3 of 4 tires arrived. Dale provided no updates or communication. I had to call for updates. When I called to confirm pickup on Wednesday Dave hung up the phone on me because he had customers in the waiting area. When I arrived I expressed my disappointment in how I was treated on the phone and the lack of communication. Dave was aggressive and told me that my experience or review doesn’t matter to them because they have enough good reviews. As a woman going to get work done on your car can be intimidating. I would recommend spending money elsewhere, especially if you’re a female.

I have found Dale and his team honest and transparent in their service. In a couple of cases, the problem with my car was a simple issue that could be fixed without using a new part, they fixed it without charging me. If there is a part that needs replacement in your car, Dale patiently tries to describe it for you. I recommend this place, and I hope his team keeps up their good work.

They were able to get me in quick and diagnose my problem with my brakes. Due to the fact that I was from out of town and had limited time I wasn’t able to have the repairs done at that time. They were very professional and friendly to work with.

Pittsford, NY 8/8/23 Had to bring the Jeep Patriot in this past week and once again, Dave and Louis at Monroe Avenue in Pittsford took care of what all was needed, explained everything to me and gave me even more peace of mind since it’s the car my son drives. (These are my past reviews that I posted through Google also) 7/30/23 Arrived home from my long-drive trip last night and just want to write a follow-up review to say that the peace of mind that I had on both the drive down to Delaware and back (9 hours each way), knowing that my car was working well and totally prepared for this trip was critical to me truly enjoying my entire vacation! The weather was over 95 degrees there and I knew my engine coolant was fine and that Dave had really made sure I wouldn’t run into any problems. I didn’t! Pittsford, NY My original review before my trip: 7/21/2023 I cannot say ENOUGH about Dave and Dale at Tire Choice on Monroe Ave in Pittsford and the customer service and professionalism I got there today!!! I was in a panic, frantic actually, and Dave's immediate response when I called was "Ok, we got you, don't worry, bring it right in."I am leaving for a long 10-hour driving trip in the a.m., I wanted to top off my windshield fluid and noticed very low engine coolant in the reservoir right next to it. OMG! All I could think about was my sister waiting at the Philly airport for me to get her at a set time tomorrow and me NOT being there, and what if something is seriously wrong, what if I need to rent a car, right down the rabbit hole I went!! I took my Jeep right over there and dropped it off, both Dave and Dale once again reassured me they'd figure it out and to just go back home with my son, relax and wait for their call. At home, my mind went back down that rabbit hole until about an hour later, Dale called to tell me what was needed and that the car would be done in a few hours, it was reasonably priced, and that they'd gone over the car for my long trip and all is GREAT! As I said, both Dave and Dale took me from what felt like a complete nightmare to me just now driving away feeling like I'm in better shape than I even thought I'd be because now my engine coolant is flushed and my brake fluid is clean, tires, oil, window fluid, a/c is all checked and working perfectly. WOW! That place is amazing and they've always gone out of their way to help me with "car stress" which is why I keep going there. They are my "go to" car place! This is my go to mechanic shop in Rochester... My most recent experience made me want to come on and write a review... I purchased a used vehicle not even 2 weeks ago and started to experience problems within hours of driving off the lot... I had a check engine light that popped on the same day of purchase... Mind you this car "passed" inspection the same day of purchase... I contacted the dealer and went the next day and they cleared the code stating it was an error code... It immediately popped back on and needless to say I didn't trust them and wanted to get an independent shop to inspect the vehicle... I gave a background of my situation to say Dave and the staff at this location is AWESOME and went over and beyond to look over the car and give me a writeup of all the issues the car have... If you want a mechanic shop that take their time and do a thorough job this is the place to come to... I will continue being a loyal customer

This place did my oil change last. Did my own oil this time and the oil pan is stripped to death probably from an impact wrench. There was some sort of silicone sealant around the bolt to block the oil from leaking. Cant even screw the bolt back in now

I usually get my oil changes at my local shop. But I happened to be in the Brighton area and needed an oil change asap so I stopped into Tire Choice and now I'm so glad I did. I recently found out that my car is leaking oil and need to provide all receipts for routine maintenance to my extended warranty insurance company. I save my receipts but didn't know where this one was. I spoke to Dave and he emailed me the work order within minutes. Thank you, Dave! You just saved me from having to pay for the repairs out of pocket.

Went in for an alignment and got my car back in worse condition . They said the alignment was done and everything was good but when I picked it up, the steering wheel was not centered and when driving, the car would pull hard to the left. When I went back to ask why it was off center, they said I needed to spend $2,000 to fix the alignment. When I refused, they wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee that cost more than the original alignment itself. Other than a maybe an oil change, avoid this place if you can.

Dave and Dale were nice at first .The day after I'd paid $1300+ for an inspection the heater broke. In 13 degree weather I was instructed to drop it off Sunday at 12:00 PM They saw my feet were painfully frozen from 40Min.driving in the 11 year old car. I stood there trying to unthaw but decided to head out for the 1 or 2 mile hike home. I'm 74 and not very pretty. Neither offered a ride back to Brighton from Pittsford altho I was in extreme foot pain. So long. I'll wait for an appointment at a closer place. At least you could have called me before closing to say you didn't have time to diagnose it. Are you the only people with something to do requiring a car?

I booked an appointment online because I had been hearing some noises that sounded like a brake issue. I also wanted a second opinion on my fuel injector, as I had been told by a mechanic at another shop months ago that it needed cleaning. Cordale was transparent, honest, and informative with me about his assessment of my vehicle based on the concerns I presented. He and his team provided me with excellent, necessary service, giving me peace of mind that my vehicle was in good hands. This Tire Choice location is one that I would certainly return to for any other concerns!
