Appointments are useless. I scheduled a time for an oil change online and selected the option to sit and wait for it to be done instead of dropping my car off. 5 minutes later they called me and said that the appointment is actually a check in time and it would take 4 hours for them to actually do the oil change which takes about 15 minutes.

Super high quote for wheels alignment. And said it will take at least 2 hours to align. While on nearby place they align with half price and within 30min. Guy was trying to fool me and describe that tesla wheels alignment is the most complicated one in the world.

First time I called to book an appointment, it was automatically routed to an outsourced customer service center in the Philippines that has no idea what's going on with the actual stores. I booked an appointment for a busy Saturday thinking I would be the only one with that time slot. I arrive at the store and he tells me it's going to be a 4 to 5-hour wait but I insisted that I had that time booked and he explained about the outsourced customer service center and I said that's not my problem and I ended up being there for an hour and a half to 2 hours so a little slow but still worked out. I made a mental note to make sure to call the store directly to book the appointment the next time as advised by the store manager. So that's exactly what I did. This time around, I called the store directly and booked a 9:00 a.m. appointment for a weekday instead of a weekend to ensure that I would be the only one in that time slot. The manager assured me that it was a good/ non-busy time so I went ahead and booked it. Come the day of, store manager calls me 30 minutes before my appointment as I was already on my way to tell me that his manager had quadruple booked the appointment slot and that it would be a 4 to 5 hour wait. Needless to say, they are very disorganized at these stores with the outsourced Philippines call center overbooking All these appointment time slots. So calling the store directly does absolutely nothing and obviously I will not be ever returning to this store.

After booking an appointment online, I received a phone call stating that they can’t possibly keep up with the business that they have and that I should not plan on waiting for my oil change. It would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours I told him I absolutely had to have my car back in four hours. I, admittedly, was 25 minutes late for my appointment. When checking my car in I asked again if I would have my car back in time, this time receiving a snarky comment about he heard me the first two times, and that amount of time would be sufficient. Lo and behold it took five hours to get my oil changed. 5 hours!! When we arrived to drop off the car, there was no parking anywhere, and four employees sitting around their garage area doing absolutely nothing. I can see why they can’t keep up with their business when nobody is working. When there are a million other places to choose to get my oil changed, nothing about this experience makes me want to return to this business. ***Edited to add*** after picking up our car, the magnet from our son's school had been removed (dirty outline still there, I had just washed the car that morning, and I know it was still there when I dropped off the car) and all of my radio stations were changed, the mph was changed to kmh... Obviously they didn't care for being called on their nonsense when I was on the phone with them. How petty can you be?? I hope corporate takes note, this franchise is ruining it for the whole brand***

Lance and has team were awesome! Service was top notch. Not only did they change my oil but they did a small repair to my inner fender for free! I also got my oil change from Groupon and it was incredible value! I would highly recommend this business!

Took 3 1/2 hours to get an oil change since they were two employees short today, which I should have notified of ahead of time so I could reschedule. Staff was fairly short with me throughout, and at times treated me like I was stupid. Also tried to get out of rotating the tires because I didn't immediately know where the wheel lock is in my car. Giving three stars instead of two since they were more friendly at the end and spent some extra time trying to clear my regular maintenance light.

I came in twice and had a good experience the first time that I knew I'd come back if I had any car troubles. My brakes started making squeaky and screeching noises and I came in for a brake inspection. Daniel, the manager, was really friendly and helped me out. After the inspection he came in and told me I needed my front brakes and the brake fluid replaced. They were able to get that taken care of the same day and had Carl fix up my car. I can't thank them both enough. 🙏 They made the process really easy.

Go elsewhere, they don't honor appointments and waste your time. Twice I arrived for an appointment and was told they needed to reschedule. Both reps said it wasn't their fault but just shrugged when I asked why not call me to save me the drive in. The second time I came at opening and was assured I'd be serviced first. That was a lie and the last time I'll let this business give me the runaround.

Needed brake pads and rotors, went here because they were open on Sunday. After waiting 2.5 hours they told me they got the wrong rotors and couldn't get the right ones until the next day. Upon pickup the guy who rang me up wasn't sympathetic at all and said this kind of mistake happens often. Poor service all around. I hope the quality of their work is better than the service.

Don’t go here!! They will try to sell you a tire at all cost and will want to take advantage of you. Better to go somewhere else and stay safe!

This guy's are amazing. Truly best ever I had in my life and had some quite experience unfortunately. But this guys help me to set up and change my tire after my tire just blown away on freeway. I got lucky that day ,God save me ,but also I checked with this guys too. Fast and very professional service. We try to speak Spanish, none of us speak fluently so it was also a funny experience too. Thank you guys! 5stars ⭐️ Keep it up!

Gerry, the new location manager was excellent! I had (2) horrible attempts at tire installs with Costco before reaching out to Tire Choice. Gerry’s service, patience, and willingness to work with me on pricing was an incredibly better experience, in comparison. I’ll continue to support his location for all my future needs!

Scammers!!! They will rob you, sell me a tire I didn’t need by scaring me, and when I checked at other tire dealer told me it was a scam that I didn’t needed a new tire mine was perfectly fine, don’t go there!!!

Shop was late opening. I had a 7:30 am appointment and by 7:45 the front door was still locked. Another customer was also waiting and left. The phone number goes not to the front desk but to a call center with representatives that barely speak English which is frustrating. The service from onsite staff is otherwise good, just doesn’t seem to be a super tight operation. Seems they may also be understaffed since it took a while to even get an appointment.

I give this place 5 stars! The store manager David did an excellent job keeping me inform and being honest with all my car needs. He even brought me out to my vehicle and showed me first hand the issues. He was very kind and easy to talk to! Definitely will be coming back & recommending to friends and family.

Terrific service all around. I came in on a Sunday for a tire replacement and they were able to fit me in without an appointment very quickly. Christian, who was helping me out at the front was particularly great. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tire replacements in the area.

Tire Choice had great hours and worked on my car super fast. David was extremely patient with my questions and made me feel at home. I'd return back in an instant especially with their late and Sunday hours. Love these guys!

Went for oil change an brake inspection for my toyota camry 2013. For brake repair they gave me a quote of around 1500$ for front and rear brake pad and only rear rotors. Thats insane!!! Then I went to anothe shop and repaired that with a cost of 600$. Dont recommend tire choice repair shop because of their insane pricing.

The worst service ever. If you love your car, don’t let them get their hands on it. They literally throw my car key on the floor and took my windshield washer reservoir cap away and didn’t give it back to me. They told me they wouldn’t touch the car until they contact my car’s insurance company. In fact, they did touch my car. The washer fluid is everywhere inside my engine bay. I will never come to this shop again and I will report this. Zero star to this terrible shop.
