I called for a same day oil change and Joe was super helpful! He let me know they were pretty slammed for the day but promised to get me in at 330. When I showed up, Joe remembered who I was and helped me figure out the best oil option for my car. Joe evened showed me how to check my own oil. When I checked out Corey at the front desk, was very kind and helpful as well. I felt like they were all very honest & trustworthy. I will forsure be going back!

I’ve been here before and service was ok, thats why I came back, but this time experience was terrible. I scheduled in advance so I wouldn’t lose to much time. Arrived at 9am and car was promised for a couple of hours. When was 12pm (3hours after) nobody had called me yet, so I called and he said “couple hours” again ?!?! Arrived there at 2pm, nothing. I am still waiting. It is 3 pm, my car is here for 6 hours and he just said “30 minutes” Lost my entire day of work, waiting for my car. Terrible experience

I had an emergency repair while on a trip. The guys at Tire Choice were incredibly helpful. Sympathetic to my situation, they jumped right to work and had my vehicle back on the road in 3 hours. Great crew you have there Tire Choice.

Not sure why this place has 5 stars. I made an appointment for an oil change and got there on time. The employee didn't acknowledge me for 10 minutes before launching into complaining about another customer. Then the oil change took 2 HOURS when the website says it would be much less. He said the software they use overschedules appointments which results in people having to wait hours for simple things. The same thing happened to the woman behind me and the employee said it would take them 2 hours for her oil change too. Beware of coming here, it's a chain so corporate policies trickle down and negatively affect customers.

We were side swiped by a box truck and although we went through our insurance and a collision center Kevin Nolin helped and was very fast. He also called when our tire arrived and with communication we were able to go in earlier and get it changed. Thanks Kevin! Definitely recommend this location and they are FULL SERVICE!

We were in need of a nitrogen tire fill up, and had no idea what to do. A quick Google search led us to a different tire shop at first, in which we sat waiting for over 30 minutes. We left and looked at Tire Choice as it was the next closest option. When we arrived there was one person getting air ahead of us, and we were asked to park. After parking, I went inside to ask how much it would be to fill 4 tires with nitrogen. The gentleman at the counter just walked with me outside and said to pull the car up towards the bay. He fill the tires immediately and advised us we were good to go. Excellent experience overall, as we were in and out within 5 minutes. Highly recommend this shop!

I made a trip down to San Diego from Los Angeles and knew something was wrong with my car. Half way through the drive I decided there was no way I could drive that far back like this. Joe and Devin helped me out immensely as the piece on my car gave them an extremely hard time and we ultimately had to replace the whole part. My car did stay over night due to this which was totally okay, but the honesty and trust I had in these guys was 100%. They gave me constant updates, allowed me to come get my things from my car after hours & we’re very open/honest about the problem. Definitely recommend these guys! THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES!!

It took 2 hours to get an oil change. I made an appointment for 8:30 and the oil wasn't emptied until 10! Will never return.

I’ve been here twice with tire issues. The first was a nail patch and the second was a new set of tires. The service and customer care is wonderful, and I will be back for any future needs for my vehicle.

Had an appointment today at 5pm for an oil change. Pulled up and was told they are too busy for me and can't get me in until Saturday. Just go to oilerchangers or jiffy lube, both are within throwing distance.

I bought their Groupon voucher for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Got an appointment there, went there on time. They said we are busy and it is going to take hour and a half to do the job. Got another appointment and returned a few hours later, pretty much all bays were empty, still they told me it is going to take them an hour to do the job. When I returned to pick the car up, they told me that they don't want to mess up with the bolts on my tires and they are not gonna do the rotation (which was part of the deal)-they didn't even cared to call to discuss it. They charged me an extra 10~11 dollars for fees and taxes on top of the Groupon fee-which I cannot locate on their Groupon page. They didn't even communicate what has been done on the car. Rude front staff and poor communication. Would not recommend them. Overall, it took me a Saturday afternoon, for an oil change that costed me almost the same as an express oil across the street and would take me only 10 min there.

It’s so refreshing to encounter a place that prioritizes customer service even when they’re really busy. I came here to get my tire patched, and Joe took amazing care of me, ensuring that I was comfortable while waiting and educated about tire damage and repair. I also learned that not only do they offer tire repair services, but other services including oil changes and alignments as well. I will definitely be back!

Oil Change > bought Groupon and was told by worker I needed to pay more - I refused. If you look at the reviews on the Groupon site many complaints of bait n switch... otherwise Oil change done in an hour

We came to San Diego on vacation, and our car decided to break down. So thankful this place was open on Sunday. The worked with us and got us back on the road in a few hours. They were knowledgeable and affordable.

Brought my car here after I replaced some bmw 325i suspension parts with 330i parts. I asked for some custom alignment values and they were happy to accommodate my request. Alignment results were very good and I can drive her on the freeway with fingertips. Competent friendly staff. Thank you.

EXCELLENT service! I’m leaving for a roadtrip to NorCal and needed my front tires replaced before my trip. Kevin squeezed me in same-day and got me all squared away. He’s so knowledgeable about the products and helped me figure out the right tire for my needs. My car was ready when he said it would be, and they did a great job. Thanks to Kevin and his team, I’m feeling much better about safely making my long drive tomorrow. 10/10 recommend, and I’ll never go anywhere else from now on. (Sorry Kevin, you’re stuck with me!)

I’ve had the suspension replaced on 2 of my rides and the service is good. Kevin I should say has given me the best service from day one and moving forward I greatly appreciate his service
