I can't recommend this location highly enough! I had gotten a flat tire and ended up in the parking lot of the gas station next to Tire Choice by happy accident, and they went above and beyond to help me out. Aimee was amazing, helpful and compassionate when I arrived, and when I wasn't able to get the lug nuts off my tire, and Jonathon lent me some tools to allow me to get the spare put on. When I was worried I might have to leave my car overnight since they were so busy, both of them assured me without blinking an eye they would be able to fit me in and get me taken care of, telling me it was no problem at all. Without an appointment, my car was back to me in a surprisingly short time and without any sort of hassles, extra charges or surprise upsells that most other garages would try to tack on. They treated me with kindness and respect the entire time. I can't thank Jonathon or Aimee enough for turning a very stressful, cold and wet morning into something I didn't need to worry about because they took care of me. I will be returning to them for all of my automobile needs and would recommend this place to anyone else.

Do not bring your vehicle here very unprofessional will not communicate car was there for six hours and they could not get an oil change and they were not gonna let me know that they cannot get to it. Luckily I went and got my keys. Save yourself the hassle go somewhere else.

Outstanding experience. I had an issue with a rental van and Tire Choice was able to take me in immediately, performed expert service on it, and got me out incredibly timely. Jonathan and Amy were beyond accommodating to make me comfortable when the rental company failed to pay for the tires. Everyone at Tire Choice was respectful and knew the product and how to take care of their customers. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone.

I originally had my appointment scheduled at the Kingshighway location for an oil change before heading out of town, and due to someone there calling in sick, I had to reschedule to the Hampton location last minute. Luckily, Jonathan was able to get me in same day and felt like I was in and out even though they had several other cars in the garage with only two people. Great service that was quick, will definitely be bringing my vehicles here for future service!

So far, customer service has been stellar when I 1st brought my vehicle in to have work done. The 1st place I took it to was honest and very helpful. They called me with updates and while it sucked to have to pay a high amount for it, I understood. Then I was told that the 2nd location would be Better suited to have the work done that I needed. So with a ride from a friend, we went to the 2nd location and was told it should be done by Friday (yesterday) or Saturday (today) again, very friendly. Then Saturday came and I figured I'd call and check the status since I didn't hear anything at the time. Now I'm told they're having trouble getting the part in until Monday. So that means I cannot make it in to work that day. I get it, I'm sure parts are a pain to get but maybe call me if you had trouble so I can plan accordingly? I'm keeping my optimism for now and hopefully it'll be done by Monday as promised, but this throws a huge dent in the whole weekend and the rest of my week. We'll see if they get another star after, or if they get one taken away. So far, not too thrilled with this situation.

Super friendly, easy to get an appointment. Took a little longer than the typical drive thru place, but service was top notch with a large waiting area. I'll definitely be back!

Great place to get your services done.We did a same day walk in for a tire patch. The staff treated my family and I with the upmost care and respect. They may have a little tension with each other but it doesn’t take away from their service. Loved it!

I had a great experience here, when in and got 4 new tires, wheel alignment and oil change. Everything was done within 4 hours. Make sure to try to talk to Jonathan for a great price and customer service.

Called at 8:15 am and made an appointment for a tire repair at 5pm that evening. I believe it is a call center that does their appointments. When I arrived I wasn't found in their system and was told they had to cancel all appointments due to staffing. Went to another shop.

Can't do what there asked to simply do put a valve stem in the tire . They seen a plug in the tire tread and tried to lie to get me to buy a new tire , calling me talking about ther is a big hole in the side of my tire idk why I would fall for that when I used to work at a tire shop smh

Darius was great, he was very patient. The technician (heavyset Caucasian male) did a great job on my alignment but I didn't like how when he finished with my vehicle, how he slammed my key down on the counter.

If there were a rating higher than 5-stars, Jonathon at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers on Hampton Avenue in Saint Louis, Missouri, would certainly deserve it—and then some. Tonight on May 14th 2024, my fiancé and I encountered an unexpected hurdle when his tire blew out after hitting a pothole just 0.7 miles away from the Tire Choice shop. As an Active Duty Military member unfamiliar with the area, I received a frantic call from my fiancé, unsure of what steps to take next. In that moment of distress, Jonathon emerged as our knight in shining armor. Despite the late hour, he sprang into action, going above and beyond to ensure we could get back on the road safely and swiftly. Jonathon not only researched the specific tire we needed (which wasn't available in their shop), but he also connected with another source to secure the tire promptly. Arriving after hours, Jonathon wasted no time in expertly installing the new tire onto the rim, conducting meticulous tests and calibrations to ensure optimal performance and safety. Watching Jonathon work with such skill and dedication reassured me that when it comes time for future tire needs, Tire Choice Auto Service Centers will be my first stop. Jon and his team did an EXTRAORDINARY job of getting my 2017 GM Sierra fixed from a bad situation. I had taken it to another shop that failed twice to fix my situation, including brakes and rotors and calipers. Jon and his team identified the problems and were super professional and took to heart my serious concerns for not only the repairs, but my personal safety! They fixed it and went way above and beyond the call of duty! I am excited to find a place of integrity, grit and professionalism! It was so hot outside while they worked, and they did an AWESOME job! Thanks to the entire team at Tire Choice on Hampton! First Rate!!!

This place is understaffed. They had 1 mechanic taking care of everything. I made an appointment for 10am and at 1130am I'm still here. This shop is clearly a first come first serve shop. Don't bother making an appointment. All I'm getting is one new tire mounted and balanced.

Nice guy at the front desk, but mechanical service was not good. Our car had an unpleasant smell after being serviced, and all 4 new tires that were put on later had to be rebalanced by another shop soon thereafter. Cannot recommend this business.

I came from another location unexpectedly and the team fit me in at the last minute on a Sunday. They stayed over their normal time to get my tire replaced. I very much appreciate everyone but especially Jonathan, the store manager. He was very nice and accommodating. Will be using their service again!!!! Thank you guys.
