Team at the tire choice in oakville MO are excellent. Took my ford fusion in for a specific brand of tires. I did have to special order but sales assistant at the store was awesome. I got a great deal and a free alignment. Now I am a former ASE mechanic and they did an exceptional job. I made calls to others for quotes without letting them know who I was and was talked to like I had 3 heads. Not here. I was asked all the right questions and giving all the answers that needed to be heard. I even asked them to put the spare tire away that a prior tire shop should have put away when I had a flat. That was something that should have been done by prior tire shop when I had a flat 3 weeks prior. The only thing I disliked is the phone system. You are calling the location, but if you press #1 instead of #2, you are routed to some call center in the middle of Pakistan. I asked them about pricing and this (hard to understand) person was already trying to upsell and quite forcefully suggesting i make a appointment. I was upsell on oil change, battery check and a few other things. I told the agent that they didn't have the keys and are already diagnosing and selling me stuff I didn't need. I was finally transferred to the actual location to inquire about a specific tire brand and size. If you call and asked to press anything, I highly suggest #2 to get a sales person that is in a physical store. That is not how a tire shop should be. They can't do very much except make appointments and I happen to get tires installed 2 days earlier than scheduled. That is my only demerit I have for my experience. I got the tires I requested and the service I expected at the store. Highly recommend the oakville MO location

Went to get oil changed, tires rotated and a slow leak in a tire fixed. The tires were NOT rotated and the tire with the slow leak was NOT fixed even though I paid to have it fixed. I know this because the tire with the slow leak is still in the same place before it was supposed to be rotated. Now I'm not even sure my oil was changed.

Do not take your car here. I went in to get my radiator replaced and the technician didn't reconnect my transmission fluid line into the radiator correctly causing my transmission fluid to leak out. While I was picking my car up they claimed the battery was dead and that they tried everything to charge it. They tried to sell me a new battery but when I arrived and asked them to show me that the battery wasn't charging it magically started right up after three minutes of charging. Fast forward to January (this visit was in August of 2023) my transmission goes out. Tried to file a claim against the shop for compensation and their insurance provider determined that tire choice aka Monroe wasn't at fault. Do yourselves a favor and just go anywhere else. If you do regret the quality of my experience I invite you to rectify the situation. Otherwise it's an empty sentiment saying you regret anything.

We needed serious help with our vehicle on a Saturday right before a big trip and they were so much help! They never treated us like we were putting them out or unwelcome and instead helped us feel like everything was going to work out. It definitely did. Was freaking out when my tire gauge lit after driving through a construction zone. Raisin and his team helped me out at 6:30 pm on a Friday before closing quickly and efficiently so that I was safe and had my car back for the weekend! Will totally return to replace all my tires!

Called Tire Choice at this location and got a centralized call center service representative. She sat up & appointment for me the Telegraph location. When I arrived On Time for my 3:30 pm appointment the place was closed! The business posted hours for Saturday show 7:30 a.m-6 p.m! I drove 25 miles one way! Do not trust their call center representative! Totally incompetent. I won't be doing business here anymore!

Needed to get a state inspection done. Called the number and setup an appointment. Showed up for my appointment and was told the mechanic who does the inspections was out that week. Apparently the phone number goes to a call center overseas who know nothing about the shop.

Long story short, I was told that I had holes in my muffler and resonator as well as rear brakes pads and rotors that needed to be replaced immediately. Quoted about $1600 worth of work. Decided to take it to Meinecke instead. There was only a hole in the resonator, muffler was fine. Also, front and rear brakes had 60%-70% of their pads intact. No damage to the rotors. Total repair cost, $317. Tire Choice is trying to rip you off. They hope that you’ll take their word for it so they can gouge you at every chance. Do not take your car to any of their locations. Their business practices are consistent across the country.

Won't be back! Called at 7:30 to ensure they could do a full vulcanized patch and not just a plug real quick. Was told yes so I limped my car there at 7:20 to ensure I be the first to get on my way to work asap. Well they opened at the stroke of 8:00 despite EVERYTHING showing 7:30 and the reason I choose them to get moving faster. They pulled my car in the bay around 8:15-20 finally only to tell me they can't patch it due to being so far outside. I tell him (gentleman at the front desk since he didn't work on the car) that it was in the dead center. He walked away. Came back after going back out by the cars and said the tread was to low. I politely asked for my car back and left. Not sure which is worse, opening 30 minutes late or just guessing at the issue. I won't be back.

My mom and I were at the post office when suddenly her battery died! We walked next door looking for help and J.R. Went above and beyond! We were able to drive to my house, pick up my car, and come back to jump start! My mom ended up needing a new battery. If it wasn’t for J.R. And his kind heart, we would’ve been stranded having to walk home! (Also, my mom was visiting from out of town, so I’m glad it happened where it did and not on the highway) Thank you again J.R.!!

Great customer service and we were in and out in less than 20 mins! L.J. was the kind customer service man who helped us up front and kept us smiling while A.J. did our emissions inspection for us. They both were professional, kind and everything was so fast! Highly recommend.

Came in for an oil change and thought I had made an appointment but apparently I did for a different location so they fit me right in and they've always done a great job with my car and they honored the coupon from a competitor so I saved seven bucks on my oil change. I very much appreciate it.

Oil change was expensive. When I went to pick my car up they gave me a list of all the things I need or should fix. That part was no problem because most repair shops do that but what I don't understand is that they said I needed a alignment. I bought tires from them less then 6 months ago and the alignment was included. So why are they trying to charge me again. Very shady so this will be the last time I take anything to them

I was quoted a labor charge of $170 for 2.5 hours. I took my car to another mufler shop and they made the repair in 45 minuted.

Mechanic removed front wheel and broke a lug stud off. Mechanic then removed rear wheel and broke another lug stud off. Approx. $400 damage and so far has not responded to email form sent.

Stay away from Tire Choice for vehicle inspections. They cost me over $1,000.00 for a fraudulent inspection. They first violated state law Sec 11 CSR 50-2.240 tires by rejecting 4 new tires with nothing wrong with them. See photo. They then failed both upper ball joints that were new. I replaced them but to make them happy I had to pay them to tighten them more to their acceptance. The inspector 900042515 that done this to me also bent my rear window wiper up over my liftgate damaging it. I was given a price ripoff of $1,900.00 by their manager but having the work done elsewhere cost me just $1,000.00. The state highway patrol inspection department refused to help. They should remove this state inspection since it is nothing more than a ripoff of the tax payer.

If needing an appointment be sure to call — Don’t book an appointment online because according to the manager he doesn’t know about these appointments. You will end up waiting! My confirmed online scheduled appointment was for 9:30am but they did not take my car until 11:10am. Otherwise happy with the oil change.

Top notch service. I got a fair quote on the tires that I picked out. They offer financing, although I didn’t need it. I can feel the difference driving with these awesome new tires. I feel safe. Thank you. Everyone was nice and professional
