Don't ever trust their appointments. They gave as an appointment for oil change at 11 am. It is 12:19 pm and they haven't eveb touched our car yet and I don't know how much more time will it take them? I called back to the same number of Tire choice for registering my complaint and the agent gave me their customer service number. Someone by the name of George answered the phone. As soon as I asked him he rudely cut the phone on my face. This is how this company deals with their customers

Nothing but issues, bad communication internally, fixed wrong tire. What a mess this location on Bruce B Downs in Wesley Chapel Tampa Palms area. Edit: So, Tire Choice with an "I'm sorry" and no solution. No I am totally convinced to not go back.

Such an amazing experience..George was extremely professional and very knowledgeable keep me informed on the whole process of my car repair and explained everything that they did step by step ...car runs fantastic. George was awesome! He was very straightforward about the price and process and even got me a lower price than what I was quoted online. He called me with updates and was very accommodating. I was also helped by a guy who had just started (totally forget his name, sorry!) but he was helpful too. I’ll definitely be coming back here to get more tires when I need them.

Called and scheduled appointment day before and was told they had the tire I wanted and got there the next day and not only didn't have the tire but the cheapest one they had was double the price. The guy work front desk was rude as well.

Giving 4 3/4 stars only because made an online appointment for 8am and mechanic didn't arrive until 9am. George service advisor was apologetic and said as soon as mechanic got in he would start on my car. Mechanic was on time and within 30 mins issue was detected. George explained everything to me and gave me the cost as well as time frame to repair. Car was completed timely. George was friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely be back to have all my automotive services performed at this location.

Made an appointment online 2 days in advance and when I arrived for the appointment they said they don't don't honor online reservations. So, in person, we rescheduled for a couple more days out cause I had to ensure I can get the time off from work to bring the car in. Showed up for this new appointment and was denied service because the car is a Tesla and they made up a bunch of excuses. "We aren't a Tesla Dealership" was said at least a couple times. What a waste of time. I took my business to another "non dealership" shop and they provided excellent service!

October 2024 George and his mechanic took care of my needs immediately. Thanks, George! I appreciate it! The Manger Mark is professional and an honest human being. Thanks fixing my car so quickly! The manager Mark provided superior customer service. The staff is friendly and establishment clean. I strongly recommend Tire Choice. I found a nail in my tire. The shop was able to take me at a moment’s notice. I was able to work in their waiting room with free wifi and a desk. They got me going in 90 minutes. Very friendly and helpful.

I had an issue with my passenger rear tire. Upon inspection they found a flat spot forming from the tire beginning to separate. Then upon leaving I noticed they didn’t replace the correct tire. Instead they replaced the driver side rear tire. They took the truck back in to fix the correct tire. Unfortunately I believe the tech just swapped the rear tires because the issue that was on the passenger rear side immediately started on the driver side rear.

The skinny older guy. You never have time for no one and always seems impatient. Very dishonest. I took my truck there. To try on get breaks and he tried to charge me $400. I went to another place and they said that all I Needed was breaks And that my the rotors were good
