I want to give a shout out to Hunter and Danny! We got all four tires and brakes done in record time, prices were amazing and staff was friendly and had a great sense of humor! Definitely recommend!

Stopped in to have tires balanced. Hunter, the manager, was professional, kind and helpful. They checked all your tires and diagnosed a problem that I would not have known about . The techs are knowledgeable and do a really thorough job. Nice experience and trust them, and would recommend them to all with car or tire problems. Big thank you to Hunter

I went to this location to get a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. I had never been to this particular location, but it is close to my house and had decent google reviews so I tried it out. I marked my tires so I could see if they rotated them. Then I went to drop it off. When I got my car back I checked the marks on the tires and saw that the tire rotation was never done. I even double checked with the guy at the register that it would be completed and they wrote “complementary oil change” on my receipt. I would never go back again now because I know the employees here are dishonest. Can you imagine what else they are taking short cuts with and lying about!

Great experience! My tire had blown out and i called around 8:30am the next morning to see if they had a tire for me and could replace. I spoke with a man name Hunter, he told me i can come in and they will check to see if they have the tire i need and if not they can order it and have it replaced all within the same day because it was so early in the day! I got there 15 mins later, hunter answered all my questions and then gave me pricing options. Typically i leave because in my experience it takes most places hours to change your your. But he said it would only take him 30 minutes! And it in fact did. I got there at 9 and was out w/ a new tire before 10. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Hunter!

I went in to get my tire checked and was pleasantly surprised with how helpful and knowledgeable and Friendly Hunter was he explained exactly what was wrong with my tire with no extra gimmick explaining, he then explained to me what the best option was for my driving usage and what tire best will suite my car. That man is amazing and one of Gods amazing gifts thank you so much Hunter!! You’re awesome

Most of us have dealt with this type of stress, yes, but keep in mind that I am currently dealing with fighting Cancer. (Squamous Cell Carcinoma) It does substantially raise the stress level. Also please keep in mind that my car was sitting level and riding perfectly when I drove it to the gym and then to Tire Choice. On May 1st. I stopped at the Tire Choice on Gunn Hwy. to get a slow leak fixed on the left rear tire of my 2013 Mercedes. When the Mechanic pulled it out, the rear end was sitting very low. The manager, Hunter told me that another one of his mechanics, who was supposed to be knowledgeable about Mercedes’, told him that the mechanic that worked on my car let it down too fast and damaged the rear air shocks. After inspecting my care, He pointed out that it seemed to be a top seal on the passenger side. He said he would have it repaired and suggested that I have the drivers side replaced as well, as the vehicle is 11 years old and it may malfunction too. I agreed. He said he would get a price on the parts and call to let me know. About 2 hours later, he called and said my car was ready. I thought it strange as he never called with the price on the parts, but i went there anyway. Upon arrival, I saw that the rear end of my car was still low. I talked to the mechanic, as the manager was not there, and asked if the manager had it repaired as he said he would. The Mechanic said no. I then told the mechanic to please ask the manager to have it repaired properly, and left. Another hour, hour and a half pass and I get another call. “Your car is ready” I drove back to Tire Choice, my car was now sitting cockeyed. The manager and his Mercedes “expert” tried to tell me that the front end is sitting too high, due to a malfunctioning button, and the rear will level out? I got tired of pointing out that it was obviously not correct, and told them I will take it to another mechanic to have it inspected. As I began to drive towards the exit, I heard a loud pop, and the rear end dropped all the way down again. I backed up and pulled it into a space by the front door. I go in to get the manager and expert. The expert sits in the car and restarts it. Meanwhile, I am behind the vehicle with the manager, who is now telling me that he’s not positive that it is the rear suspension and does not want to have it repaired until he is sure that’s what it is. I told him it is obviously the rear suspension and he declines to agree. Just then the expert mechanic steps out and says, and I am paraphrasing, Yeah, it must be the rear suspension. As you can imagine, I was getting thoroughly frustrated. So, I told the manager I would give him a week to decide how he would proceed and to call me then. When I went back the next week, it had been a few weeks, so I don’t recall the actual day. I do know that he told me it was at a Mercedes dealership to be worked on. He said they could not start right away, but they would fix it as soon a possible. I thought, ok now a properly trained mechanic will be working on it, and said I would check back. A few days later, I went back. He then told me the guy at another Tire Choice was having trouble getting it calibrated?! I didn’t even address the lie he had told me, I just asked for his superiors contact info, which he would not give, And the phone number to the head office. He gave me the number to Monro, the company that owns the Tire Choice chain. Later that day, I received a call from Hunter. He spoke to his boss, who told him to file a claim with their insurance company. Travelers Property Casualty Company I believe that was on the 10th? I didn’t hear anything else about it until Friday the 25th. A rep. From the Ins. Co. called to tell me the car would be towed to a Mercedes Benz dealership to be inspected AND if the damage is age related, they would not pay the claim. As I said, my car was sitting level and riding perfectly up until the mechanic at the choice pulled it out of their garage. May 28th and I still don't have my car. I will update later. Stay tuned.

Set an appointment ahead of time to get a specific tire only to show up and be told to they wouldn’t have the tire until sometime the next day….Why even accept the appointment and then never even bothered to let the person know that they are wasting their time driving all the way to your shop? now I have a 4 hour drive tomorrow on a spare tire. Thanks a lot.

The service manager Hunter at the Gunn hwy location is the perfect definition of good customer service I told him what I need and he got it right away he takes his job very seriously and is very professional about how he does his job Malik balanced my tires and inspected them n found 2 nails in my tire and pointed them out to me right away he also took time to make sure my lug nuts were torqued to vehicle specs after putting my tires back on I watched him balance my tires and he performed his job very professionally taken all the necessary steps to complete his job Ethan treated my car with respect as he drove it back n forth to the shop bays because of these guys I will be back for all my tire needs thanks guys keep up.the good work
