HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, rim was broken they told us they could have it done next day. We dropped it off on Monday on Tuesday afternoon we called and asked if it was ready told us it would be ready in the afternoon on Wednesday. On Wednesday still not ready had no car to move in… Thursday we call they seemed annoyed already and told us they would call us when ready… on Friday we called again he said he could led us a spare since it was still not ready… we got a ride to them for the spare got back home it didn’t fit! Went back to tell them and realized they haven’t even started working on it…LOOK AT HOW THEY ANSWER THE REVIEWS, LOOK AT ALL THE BAD REVIEWS I SHOULD OF CHECKED BUT WAS SO DESPERATE TO FIX THE CAR. Wasted time and lost money. Save your money

Dropped off our rim and tire on Monday (broken rim) made us pay $90 upfront told us it would be ready next day it is now Friday had to go in person and ask what was taking so long they hadn’t even started working on it. Took rim and tire back and all they could refund us was $80 wasted time and still nothing fixed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I want to extend my gratitude to this place! They were very professional and great. Couple weeks ago I came to replace my Toyota tires. They were quick and did awesome. Just now I came because I had a nail in my Tahoe and again did not surprise me how professional and great they were! Great customer service and I was in and out! I’ll always come back here and recommend them to friends and colleagues! Keep up the great work gentlemen!!

I bought some wheels and tires here a couple of days ago. Today, I find that both back tires were missing the balance weights and my front right tire was missing a sensor. Had to get it all fixed this morning and it costed me about $150 somewhere else when this should have been done right the first time with them. Let alone the day of they willingly took off my wheel spacers without permission and never handed them back till I noticed they were gone. Also Then to find out this morning that they stripped my lug nuts and cross threaded one of my wheel spacers so neither are serviceable and I had to remove them. These parts were super expensive and now they’re broken and I’m unable to use them. Didn’t even bother contacting the business because when I went back this morning the staff had no care in the world. I hope something can be done because honestly I did not expect that from this place because a friend of mine always recommended this place. And to think that they’d take care of their paying customers.

Went to get new rims and tires for my husband, Jaime was very respectful, knowledgeable and thorough in regards to what I wanted. He was the only one in shop with a lot of costumers, he was able to get my tires done pretty quick. I asked for the name of the shop to give a good review. He advised me that the location on 5800 is fairly new however this location 6101 is the sister location of the shop. Just wanted to give my review due to how well the service was. Thank you! Will recommend.

1st day-I got off road tires,cv joints and brake job for my truck, when I picked up my truck, I asked them if they drove it to make sure everything was good. They said yes. Then there was scrapping coming from my tires. 2 nd day- Went back in to get spacers on wheels that they should’ve did the day before. This took all day from nine all the way to about five for them to complete,ridiculous.day 3 I almost died when my brake caliber and brake fell off on the freeway on the way home from work!! I went to go press my brakes and nothing while I was doing 70 miles an hour on the freeway. They did send somebody out to fix right away, but this was a horrible situation that could have gone a lot worse. Whoever installed the brakes, forgot to put the pin, and my caliper opened wide open, and my brake pad fell out On the freeway. First And on top of that, the owner never really reached out To say sorry. All they told me was that they would wash off the brake fluid on the side where it leaked if I take it in next day 🤦🏽‍♂️, seems fair for almost killing me. Day 4 Woke up this morning and I’m still having rubbing coming from Right wheel. I’m done playing games with these guys I am not going back to them for One lug nut. I would suggest anybody, and everybody stay away from this place you get what you pay for.STAY AWAY, I’m sure there will be a response from the owner like “we have no record of you”. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE This job should’ve been done the first day correctly and that’s that

Poor customer service. Will lie just about everything to get a sale, once sale is finalized it’s too late. Paid for brandnew tires for my dually, even brought them the wheels to save the hassle for them. End up having to leave my wheels over night and pick them up the next day thinking okay finally. Put them on my truck just to find out I can’t drive over 45mph without my truck shaking because they lied about balancing the new tires they installed. Give them a call about it and they say that they told me in person when I went to pick them up that they didn’t have the machine to balance dually wheels. That’s a lie no one said anything about that when I picked them up. Why tell me they will mount and balance my dually tires and charge me for it in the first place if they knew they didn’t have the machine to balance dually wheels? Overall I will never do service with them again and hope no one with a dually buys tires from them.

Went to go get a tire fixed and they ended up messing up the whole thing. My tire broke off .. repairs cost me over $3000.00 ..had to take the truck elsewhere to get fixed. I do not recommend this place. Please do not take your vehicle here..

Best Tire shop in El Paso. These guys do great work, excellent prices and go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with the final product. I’ve used them to install a lift kit on my 2018 GMC Sierra, purchase new wheels and tires for that truck, and put new rims on a 2020 mustang. Always timely, courteous, and fair. Highly recommend.

Pésimo servicio el sábado fui en la tarde a comprar llantas nuevas para salir de viaje el domingo en la madrugada Oh sorpresa 😮 una de las llantas sin aire no estaba bien pegada las pestañas de la llanta domingo de Pascua todo serrado ni como poder arreglarla en otro lugar ... Nos quedamos sin viaje y sin llanta.. muy triste 😢..

I went there with my truck, due to a defective tire sensor. They replaced it, fairly priced, time was fine also (since I walked in with no appointment). A week later the truck wobbled at high speeds. I thought it was due to a wheel alignment needed or that the tire had uneven thread. Then I remembered about the recent work and suspected the worst. I parked and removed the hubcap and noticed metal shavings and 5 of the 6 lug nuts were loose (I could hand tighten them). I drove home, lifted the truck and tightened them properly. This was very unprofessional, at minimum, all nuts should be properly tightened especially in the chassis.
