Would give 0/ 5 Took my money and claimed to give me alignment car was the exact same. Came the next day to find out something is wrong with my tire rod and they can’t do the alignment like wtf so I basically paid $80 for nothing. Also while I was up here plenty of people were coming back claiming they had problems with their car as well.

Horrible service!!!! So the nigerian man was supposed to plug my tires and then said no he couldn't out of laziness and forgot to put my tire cap back on. I didn't realize till I went home...I pull up to him on his phone sitting down I asked him what did he do with my tire cap...? He lied at first and said he didn't have it and after me yelling about it he had "found it on the ground" then said here what are u tryna do eat me or something....Bad service! Never again!

I had a flat tire put into the shop and they worked on it and fixed it right away I was very happy with the service and the service was quick and fast. Thank you Tire Depot

I went there to get air in my tire this morning. I told them the wrong tire and had to go back. They checked every tire. Found the 1 that needed air. They were not only helpful but patient.

Been here twice and was not overly impressed. The first time was beginning of April, got one tired replaced. They had two customers getting serviced ahead of me, but it still felt as if they shouldn’t have taken that long. I work directly with cars so I do understand how long business regarding cars generally runs, pretty quick actually. I check their hours online, I got 35 minutes until they close. I got there, and they’re cleaning up. Fair enough, with less than an hour left, I do too. When I get a customer tho, they come first. I tell them I needed the remaining three, as I had gotten the one already. What do I get? All three morons walk halfway around the car, and then for the guy wearing his son’s t-shirt to tell me they’re all out of the tires I need. Without looking, without checking to be sure what my tires are, without checking in case their inventory didn’t get received properly and the numbers are skewed slightly. I understand. What I don’t understand is that I had to ask to get off work early to get there, and get told immediately ‘sorry, don’t have.’ Not even one? Not ONE SIR? They go back to wheeling in the stacks of tires from the perimeter decor. The unprofessionalism, the bad acting, the can’t be bothered to do my job at my job.

Please go somewhere else!!!!!!! Owner is rude and doesn’t listen to his customers. I seen him get 5 extra dollars from the man in-front of me for a tire disposal fee yet kept my tire he said was so bad.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Scammers! I was a repeat customer of these guys trusted them. Got all my tires done from them for months and an alignment and kept having multiple problems with my car. Took it to Good Year turns out all my tires were bad and needed an alignment after just getting one 2 weeks ago from HERE. smdh Goin cheap isnt always good STAY AWAY from these crooks!

I called at this location and explained about a tire that kept leaking air. A guy told me to bring the vehicle in and hang up on me even though I didn't finish the rest of my questions. I then had to drive there. I asked the guy that I spoke with on the phone and he escorted me to another guy at the front desk. When I entered it was full of smoke that I was not able to breath. When I asked for a piece of paper and pen to communicate because I am deaf. His attitude was terrible and he made it look like he didn't want to deal with a deaf customer. I am monitoring my tire to make sure because the tire does not match the other 3 tires.
