I needed new tires on my BMW 550i. The tires were custom ordered as my tire size is odd, and they were there the same afternoon! The shop was beautiful and I was met by Nick at the store. Fantastic customer service and he checked in on me and kept me updated during the process of getting my tires changed and an alignment done of the car. 5 stars isn’t enough! Great crew they have running there!

This is the place to go to get proper alignment for your car Bill Cook is the best I've seen period they are lucky to have that guy working for them! Stay away from Chapman hwy store for alignment young frustrated techs don't know how to align your vehicle not nice either

arrived early because I forgot the time but they were able to get me in and out quickly explained everything. Service was great as usual been dealing with Tire Discounters for over 30 years started in Cincinnati Ohio then south of Nashville then Knoxville and now here in Maryville where I live. Love the service and will continue to recommend them

Rusty at TireDiscount was so helpful! Walked in to make appt….No need for an appt and they had the bulb in stock!! Took 10 mins. Cost was significantly less than the dealership. And job was done! So helpful and kind. I will be taking my car there for now on. Going to the dealership took an appt. While they ordered the bulb, leaving my car for min. 4 hrs and then a huge cost.

They always go above and beyond my expectations. Recently I needed my tires rotated and decided to get an alignment as well. Well apparently while doing my alignment, the machine must’ve got bumped or something because I noticed a pull to the right. It was no problem at all for me to return and have them fix it. They are friendly and have coffee and water for while you wait.

Absolutely overwhelmed with how professional and friendly these folks are. When you visit you're sure to be welcomed by Charlotte whom will take care of you. Bill the Mgr was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I came in to get my tire repaired through my 3rd party insurance and came out with a brand new tire. They were expedient and delightful. I have since than brought them 2 more jobs. Highly recommend.

After reading many positive reviews, we decided to give this brand-new store a try. We were not disappointed! We were able to use their website to peruse their large selection of tires and make a service appointment…very convenient. When we showed up at the brand-new, clean store, Bill was courteous and efficient getting us set up in the system and said they would text us when they were finished. We went to do several errands, thinking it would take a couple of hours to mount and balance four tires, replace pressure sensors and do a free (!) alignment. To our surprise, they texted us in just over an hour to say the VP car was ready. Back at the shop, Bill showed us the alignment report, gave us a coupon for a free oil change, and made a phone call to get authorization to use our new Tire Discounters credit card. He reminded us to come back regularly for them to rotate the tires (free for the life of the tires) and said there is a one year warranty on the alignment, so they will check it out if you hit a pothole etc., even if you’re not sure whether it’s out of alignment. Finally, when we got out to the car, we realized we had not requested our free oil change that also came with the tire service, so we went back in and Bill worked us in right away. My husband noticed that road hazard insurance had been added to our invoice, which we had not requested; Bill apologized and promptly refunded that charge. We were super pleased with our visit and with the excellent customer service from Bill, and were surprised to learn they offer a range of services, from oil changes and alignments to struts and brakes. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m not one to usually rate businesses. But Tire Discounters is new to our area. I had been loyal to another tire place just down the road. But I’ve done business with Tire Discounters for brakes, tires and oil changes. The people there are fantastic, they keep you informed during each service and don’t push unnecessary charges. And they have the best prices around, I believe. My family and I will continue to do business with Tire Discounters. I truly trust their workmanship, honesty and great customer service!

I was in need of tires so I stopped in after work one morning, exhausted and not sure what I wanted, Kyle and Charlotte helped me decide what would be best for my particular issue. They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed, by far the best experience I have ever had!! Kyle was so patient and answered every question I had and listened to my wants and needs , he found the absolute best wheels and tires for my vehicle, I am super happy and will be doing business with them from now on!! Outstanding service I would give 10 stars of that was an option, I highly recommend them for all of your automotive needs!!!

My service technician Bill was very good regarding my service at the new store. The help at the front desk were also very attentive. The came out when I parked my car and were ready to help me with my service needs. Again I can't say enough about Bill, he's definetly a great resource for Tire discounters!!! Tim Hennessey

My tires had been giving me trouble for 6 months and when we came to tire discounters at this location, the service was very nice and professional, the gentleman who worked with my husband and I was very helpful and kind, and now I can drive with no worries. Thank you everyone at tire discounters!

Stopped in there because Discount Tire is always super busy, and they looked slow. I was needing to get my tires swapped onto some new wheels that were the exact same size as what was on my car. They told me that they were unable to do this unless I bought new tires from them. I already have new tires that were less than a month old. The associate at the desk explained they may rip the tires installing them, and they can't do it because they wouldn't be able to replace any they damaged. Went to Discount Tire, and they had zero issues except for a long wait.

Stopped into Tire Discounters beautiful new location yesterday and the guys there were awesome! The store wasn't even open yet, grand opening tomorrow. They checked my air and invited me to stop by for some lunch tomorrow. Can't wait to see these professionals in action!

This is a great place great service very professional and as I wasted my time running all around town to get my tire changed because it was a specialty wheel the step right up and took care of my tire with great service thanks again Kyle you guys are awesome definitely recommend 👍

Took my truck here for a simple oil change, the price was great - only $40 with their new store discount - however they took over an hour to get me in (with only one other customer present) and failed to put my radiator cap back on (it was there the morning I took the truck) and I had to pay $17 for a new cap today after noticing I had coolant spraying all over my engine bay. I’m sure their other services are fantastic, and the shop was clean and well equipped, but I was a bit disappointed that they made this mistake.
