Went for an oil change and tire pressure sensor replacement. Oil change was fine but they tried to tell me they would need to replace all of the sensors when only one was not working. Went elsewhere and they were able to replace only the broken one.

Customer Service was excellent. Justin & Chris provided great feedback on what my car needed. I got 2 new tires, an oil change, and tire replacement on warranty all for $400. That’s not bad. If you want top quality service, I recommend coming here.

Got a great price on tires and Justin covered my spacers to make the wheels fit properly. But I was also told they wouldn’t rub and they rub the fender liner bad and now it’s through the liner and showing the metal and I doubt they’ll do anything to fix or replace anything because I was told it was fine after I told them and showed them the rubbing. And not to brag or want or seem to expect special attention but I thought as a member of the military I would at least have been able to have something worked out since it wasn’t correct.

Great service coupled with honesty about your tire condition. I've had multiple prefect experiences at this location, and they have earned a customer for life. In a world of increasingly bad customer service, this store stands out by continuing to deliver a great customer experience with reasonable prices.

Was in there for a free oil change and wiper blades that was given away at the taste of cincinnati. I know that I need new tires, but I only needed 3 since I got one replaced a few months ago. I told them I would purchase 3 tires if they did a free alignment. They said the deal was only for 4 tires and they couldn't do it. So instead of making a sale, they would rather just change my oil for free and take the loss. Not very friendly customer service. Won't be back.

After two bad visits to the Western Hills Tire Discounters (don't go there!), and leaving a bad review, I was contacted quickly by a district manager. So good for them for that. He assured me that my experience was not normal and he persuaded me to take my vehicle to this Tire Discounters store. He let me pick an appt. time and he would contact the manager to let them know I was coming. I brought my vehicle in and they promptly fixed it. They saved me approximately $300 in a new tire with installation. I will be taking my vehicle to this store from here on out, despite there being many tire stores closer to my house because of this great experience.

Had a wonderful experience with them. Justin was extremely helpful - especially since I am 2.5 hours away and my daughter had a tire emergency in Cincinnati. We will be returning customers.

I had a slow leak in my tire that needed to be repaired prior to a road trip the next morning. The sales manager (Justin) got my car in right away. He and his team repaired the leak and got me back on the road in “no time flat.” Thanks, Justin (and team)! I’ll be back:)

I had popped the tire on my car last night and they were able to get me in the very next day to get it fixed. I’m thankful that they were able to do that for me becuae I didn’t feel safe driving on the donut tire for too long. When I had called the shop about getting the tire changed I had talked to Justin and he helped make sure that I was able to get a new tire within hours that I had talked to them. Truly seemed to care about my safely while driving on the road. I will 100% be coming back here for any more problems that I have with my car or when I need some work done to it.

Terrible service. Tries to add more to your bill and don’t know what they are talking about, they will Just try to sell you more. Estimated time was 45mins-1hr. Whoever was working on it took their sweet time, waited for two hours for a simple tire valve change. Fixed my other tire at home much quicker than here.

I stopped in on Friday evening after blowing a tire on my way home from work. Andrew helped me get a new tire on my car in no time. I was in and out of Tire Discounters with a new tire in under 15 minutes! I was blown away by the friendly, accommodating, and speedy service.

Drove over something and my tire started leaking air pretty badly. Stopped in with no appointment. They had me back on the road in no time, and no charge since my tires were purchased from a Tire Discounter. Great and friendly service. Really liked this location!

My mother was visiting from out of state over the weekend and when she arrived, she noticed her back tire was low. She called this location to ask if they could get her in to change it. The guy said yes so we brought it in. My mom explained that she was aware that the tire sensor didn’t work in that particular tire but she wanted the sensor and the tire itself to be replaced. While we were visiting, they called her and were trying to sell her sensors in all four tires. My mom told them that the other three worked and she didn’t need them because she was able to see her tire psi in the others when she dropped it off. She went to pick her car up and they did change the tire but they did not change the sensor in that tire and now all four sensors don’t work!! She now has to get all of her sensors replaced for whatever they did to them and it certainly won’t be at this place.
