Had a great experience! Called first and the person was very helpful and friendly. When I went in, they were very busy and the person working the counter- (I think his name was Kameron?) was still very nice even though he had a lot going on- I just needed to have one tire replaced and he was upfront about it possibly being a long wait, but I really needed the tire, so I chose to wait- it only ended up being an hour which was amazing- While I was waiting, I heard Kameron interact with multiple customers in person and on the phone, he was very nice and professional to everyone even though he was very busy - I will be back again!

I have been coming to this place for years and they are always quick to help. I recently came into get my tire replaced and they told me that they didn't have any Nexon tires on site to use. The changed the replacement with a better tire. I have no complaints except 1, the service was great and the employees were very helpful and friendly. My 1 complaint is that when I got back into my car, I noticed the back of my seat was moist. I hate to think that it was one of the worker's back sweat that soaked into my seat. Now my back is covered in it and I'm grossed out.

Tom the service manager is fantastic. He provided great service, advice and showed great care to all the customers. He took the time to inform the customers about the variety of tires in their inventory!! Great customer service. I will come back for future tires.

Employees are super nice at this location. I went in for a repeat leak in my tire and they were able to locate the leak, patch it and I was on my way. They don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need and they always stand behind their work.

I stopped by after I noticed I had a large screw in my tire. They were able to just plug my tire for me in a very short time. Great service!

I love Tom and his crew. They are the always then for you and will work with you. They have and power of the big corporation with the service and trust of the neighborhood garage. I send my mother here and that says a lot.

I have ZERO negative things to say about this staff. I have been coming here for almost 4 years now and they all have gone above and beyond for me with any issue, big or small. Special shoutout to Tom who, even when busy, takes the time to answer any questions I may have. Honestly every time I come, the phones ring off the hook while they are working and I have NEVER heard anyone answer the calls with a sour attitude. Great customer service, great work on my vehicle!

If I could give fewer stars I would. I’ve had enough of this location. I’ve tried to see if it was just a bad day or what but no more. The manager was really rude. I tried to call for info on my warranty and was repeatedly cut off while trying to ask questions before they hung up on me. Terrible customer service and I could not in good faith recommend anyone go to this location. I’ve had good experiences at other locations and have no idea why this one has been consistently a problem when it comes to its customer service. Save your time and get your tires from a more professional location. If you see this Jerome, do better. You’re a manger and represent the business. I don’t understand why you’re so rude and hostile all the time.

Changing my 5 star review to 1. On Feb 13th at 2p, the substitute manager told me that they did not have conventional oil in stock for my oil change so they will do synthetic oil which cost double. I bought my tires at Tire Discounters and they promised a tire service for it. When I asked if they rotated my tires, the manager said they will do it next time I come back to buy new tires. They "FORGOT" to rotate my tires since they need to be changed any ways. They tires do not seem that bad anyways. Definitely, will not buying them here when I needed for any of my other 3 cars in my family. I have been coming here for so many years. It is sad that they are loosing a loyal client. I might changed my review and come back again if the office contacts me and offers me a fair solution. OLDER REVIEW: Lady at the office and mechanic were very nice and helpful. I have been coming here for many years an happy with it. I was there in 03/14/22 @ 5p.

They diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and repaired the problem quickly - getting me back on the road within a couple of hours. Grateful they came through in a really difficult situation.

I bought a tire from another TireDiscounters and unfortunately it was flat when I put it on the car. When I called, Charles was extremely professional and very kind. I let him know when I had to be at work and he had me bring it right in. He did the check of the tire himself. The shop put the tire on, and I was very, very pleased. Highly recommend!!! Turns out there was a rim problem. Never buy a car with alloy wheels unless you like replacing them (at $160-$200 per wheel) every time you hit a pot hole.

I took my car here on 12/16 to get 2 new tires put on the guy at the front desk was really nice. After getting my car back I noticed my tire pressure sensor would not go off so I took my car back and the guy said it was too much air in my back tire and let some out and for me to drive it for a while and my sensor should go off. After a few days the senor did not go off and my car started to shake really bad. I called on 12/20 and spoke with the manager and was told I could drop my car off on Friday or bring it Monday so they could balance my tires and reset my sensor. I took my car today and was told they put my tires on backwards and that was the reason my car was shaking like that so they put the tires on correct balanced them after driving off I notice the sensor light was still on and my car was still shaking (my car was never shaking before I took it to get the tires put on) now the manager is telling me I need a suspension which is going to cost $1200.00 now wait a min something isn't right here. After speaking with a new manager today because the one who I talked to last Saturday was fired is telling me there is nothing they can do for me and that I would have to get it fix when my car was not shaking before I went to get the tires put on. I'm so disappointed and upset I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO A TIRE DISCOUNTER AGAIN I have a huge following on all social media and I will let them know to never go there to get ANY WORK DONE. I believe they did something to my car when they put the tires on backwards and caused damage to my car.

After being a customer here for over 13 years. I would NOT recommend taking your vehicle here WITH THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT.... especially if you care for it or it is new. It has been a little over one month since tire discounters damaged my vehicle. I have not heard anything from them. And they keep blowing me off with the "corporate is reviewing" excuse. REALLY-A quick 5 second video takes over a month to review?. ....so if you truly care about your vehicle and how it looks, I would not take it here. They damaged my vehicle-they put a huge scratch on my driver's door. There is no accountability here and very little responsibility for damage. Plus if you look at some of the workers, it appears that they have a substance abuse problem..... do not go here, people you will regret it.

The staff at Tire Discounters on Colerain Ave in White Oak always go above and beyond in service! Big shout out to Tom, Dakota, and Jamie! I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. They tell me the truth about what is going on with my vehicle and always take the time to show me. They are very trustworthy here at this location.

Today started out good. I have done business at this location for a while now but not sure I will go back. Service seemed to be better when Gary Wenstrup worked here. I had a car towed in that sat idle in my driveway for a few months. I asked them to look everything over because I need a good reliable car 🚙 for work. Things were fine. But then I picked my car up and didn't even get very far from the shop 🏪 when the temperature rose to 260 degrees. So of course I pulled over and called them. They assured me they had looked everything over. At first, they told me they would come to me and check the car out. Then said they couldn't. So I managed to drive it back there They told me they would look at it right away and correct it for free. It was around 2PM 🕑 when I got it there and they told me this. I told them I needed to be at work at 4PM 🕓 After 3PM 🕒, they still had not looked at my car. I told them I needed to leave as soon as my daughter could pick me up. Then they said they would get to my car at 12 Noon 🕛 tomorrow. I asked them to get it today and could they please keep it overnight since it heated up so quickly. If this issue is not resolved I will take this to the Better Business Bureau.

I am counting my blessings this week! I don’t often write reviews but Two months ago, I bought 4 brand new tires for my Chevy Cruze at Tire Discounters on Colerain Avenue in Monfort Heights. The gentlemen working that day were very on top of things, got me scheduled that day and taken care of all 4 tires in under two hours. As I was checking out with the gentleman (who’s name I can’t recall) he was being very encouraging of purchasing the tire warranty and if I decided not to, I had 30 days to come back to purchase it. Well being a single mom in this world today, you can only imagine how tight money is. So with that being said, I did NOT purchase it that day and had every intention of going back to buy it and so totally regret not going back. Fast forward two months to Thursday, October 26th, I realized my front passenger tire was flat, and in that moment, I could’ve kicked myself for not purchasing the warranty. I called the store thinking it could possibly be that the tire wasn’t put on correctly because I couldn’t see a hole. Well the gentleman managed to get me in for the same day at 4PM and I indeed had a hole on the outside of the tire that was unable to be plugged. The whole team from the start of my interaction to the end was so kind and helpful. When the mechanic checking my tire informed me that I needed a new tire, I was so upset with myself for not buying the warranty that once I spoke with the manager and he stated that I would have to buy a new tire for 150 after just buying 4 for $800 two months ago, I told him to go ahead and put the spare back on. I had my hands full with my baby and after holding back tears I explained that I was going to buy a used tire else where that the brand new one didn’t even last two months and that this vehicle was my family’s main transportation. The manager could’ve told me to kick rocks that it was my tire, my problem. But after a few moments, he didn’t, he said I’ll do a brand new tire for you, we will make this right as long as you purchase the warranty for the new tire. I said deal! I wanted to cry. I wish I could remember his name, he deserves more than my shout out for being a great human! He wasn’t worried about the repercussions from hire beings, he was worried about making it right with the customer that he did NOT have to do. Thank you so so so much. I will definitely refer all of my family and friends to this location from this point forward. Also to add, I received a phone call from a manager the next day, thanking me for coming back to have them handle my tire and that they would be more than happy to help me with any other concerns in the future.

The experience started well. Bought 4 new tires at $500, and they arranged transportation back and forth to my house. After the work, the low tire indicators came on. Now they want $80 each tire to repair, and they told me two sensors had failed. They were fine before the work. I cannot afford this...

be careful with these unprofessional crazy employees and managers who don't know how to work, they charged me for 4 wheel alignment. I was curious and looked at the sheet the rear axle was not moved. When I got back we had a long discussion and the rotten manager Anthony Cooper started telling me random things that he didn't know anything and that the car was bad they just wanted an excuse.
