Best place ever for new tires !!! The staff is amazing!!!!!! Very very very helpful and respectful!!! THE MANAGER WAS AMAZING !! Helpful and understanding!!!! And the team member Patrick was a big help!! Highly recommended right off the highway! Thanks guys keep up the Good work! You all are very appreciated!

I previously took my 2010 Honda Accord to the Fields Ertel location for a tire balance and alignment, but the car immediately started shaking again on the highway. I decided to try a different location due to multiple poor experiences at Fields Ertel with both my vehicles. But, I was disappointed yet again. I arrived on time for my 9:00 appt w/no other customers in the store and was quoted a one hour wait. After an hour, I approached the front desk and was informed a bay just opened up and the service was now being started. While it only took another 30 minutes, there was no communication re: the delay. Same issue I’ve had more than once at Fields Ertel. Lessons learned? 1. If you want great value on new tires, shop at Tire Discounters. 2. If you want fast, friendly service, go elsewhere. [Note: My decision to go back to TD is based solely on the FREE lifetime rotation and balance (and 1 year alignment warranty) offered as selling points w/new tires.]

Wow! When it comes to alinements. Keep looking if you own a Super Duty Ford. Been to two of their locations and the same thing. First store had no desire to do the alignment after I sent $2500 on tires. Sed it was in factory specs. I can't drive it on the interstate. Took it back two days later for a reinspection and got the same thing. Now after having close to $5000 dollars of front end replacement parts at a different shop. "Their alignment rack wasn't long enough for my truck" I had appointment for my alignment. They removed the new adjustable camber/caster bushing on the right side because they say "need a special tool." That's BS because I needed more caster and adjusted it myself. They did align it. But now it's not in spec, still not safe on interstate up to speed. And you don't need special tools for these shims. $250 dollars later I need to make it right so I can go home. I won't buy a donut from this company. The quote $129 for alignment. WHY IS MINE $248.61? ASKING FOR A FRIEND!

The Lady working the front Desk 10/19/2024 is extremely rude. We walked in for new tires, and she treated us with an attitude. Acted like we imposed on her day! Extremely bad customer service. And this is exactly why they won’t be getting our service. Whatever challenges you are going through, don’t be hateful to others. It’s ugly!

Great place to get tires and wheels. Used to get scheduled maintenance and minor repair here. For some reason the have become way expensive for typical car repairs. Have switched bc of that. Maybe new mgt. Still have great tire service tho.

I took my car in at 4:45 for what I thought was going to be plugging one tire. It was a little busy so I waited and then they got to mine and it ended up needing two new tires, which the man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly and also tried to get me any discounts he could. The guys replaced both my tires even though it was after they had closed and they didn’t complain a bit and were very nice about the situation. Will definitely go back

Generally bad service, frequently have bad experiences, from defective tires, breaking TPMS sensors, and they can’t seem to even open the office on time to try to drop off your car or talk to a tech about what needs to happen. I only come here because of convenient location, but it’s to the point i will probably just have to go elsewhere.

I showed up just after they closed with a flat tire. Got chased off by the front desk man. After he told me to never come back, (I was pretty rude back to him but I was panicking) I was out in their parking lot working on getting the spare out of my trunk. The rude guy had left and the two remaining guys, Nick and I didn't catch the name of the other guy, came over and brought me in. Sold me a new tire and got me going. They absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty for me when they didn't have to help. I'll never forget that. Thank you, Nick and other nice guy.

They are awesome here! They do a really good job and they make sure you’re taken care of! While our car was being worked on, they dropped me home and picked me back up! Amazing team!

Worst experience ever. I will never go back here, especially this Sharonville location. Very poor customer service. They did not even inflate the new tires correctly. I had to add almost 10 psi to each tire. Promised the job would be done at noon, and it was almost 4 pm before it was done, and not done correctly. Adhesive labels still on the tread portion of the new tires. Very sloppy job.

Matt and the rest of the team were kind, professional and knowledgeable. My repair was completed in a timely manner, despite being a busy day. I had multiple interactions with different team members and each were eager to provide helpful information about my vehicle and the status of the repair. Thank you!

This place is good, good community service. Had a nail in the tire and needed a patch and they was fairly quick to get it done I didn’t set an appointment or anything and they was busy but still got it done quick but if you set an appointment I’m sure it will be faster. And staff there is nice. Would %100 recommend going here

Had a problem with some tires that I bought at another TD store, so I brought my car to Sharonville. The staff at this store are exemplary and resolved the problem, I'll bring my car here from now on. They did a great job!

I needed new tires. The service manager seemed to want to sell me on more expensive tires than i think i really needed. We drove 50,000 miles in 5 years and he kept pushing the 80,000 mile michelin tires. I tried to explain that, according to him, tires should only last 5 years and then be replaced so we would not get our money's worth out of an 80,000 mile tire. He offered no alternatives. When i asked if he could just put the same tire on, he simply said that he did not carry Bridgestone tires and they would have to be special orderred. This is not the typical service i receive from tire discounters.

Tire problems as I tried to leave town. Found the nearest T-D location and they took care of me. Great service (we use the T-D near us in KY). They get a lot of business from my family.

I have been to many of these stores and spent a lot of money at Tire Discounters. This store has the RUDEST MANAGEMENT TEAM that I have EVER had the DISPLEASURE of trying to deal with! My car was up on the rack so I went outside to the entrance of the bay that my car was in. I stood outside the bay looking at the underbelly of my car because that's what I do when my car goes up on a rack! A person comes up to me, without telling me who he was, and says "our techs get nervous when they are watched, so I'm going to need you to go back in the waiting room and sit down" ! We had more words and I walked away. After going to the store manager and telling him my complaint with this person, he told me this person was his boss and proceeded to defend his bosses words! If the jerk would have just left me alone, I would have looked at the underbelly and went back inside! But they both wanted to argue with me! I'm a 60 y/o man, I refuse to be talked to like that when I'm paying my hard earned money for a service. I won't spend another dime at ANY Tire Discounters until my complaint is resolved to my satisfaction!

I stopped on my way to work because I needed new windshield wipers. It's a rainy day so I offered to pay installation. I was told there was no charge for that. Conner waited on me and graciously stood in the rain to install them. He was polite, even though I'm sure it's not how he wanted to start his day. Thank you Conner for making my day better!

I’ve worked Automotive for almost 10 years prior to trying something different. But my moral standard and customer service has continued even past my time in automotive which must mean my expectations are a little high for this establishment, when in my eyes my expectations are a standard of good business. One star was earned given the situation: Wife blew out a tire and had a weird size. I get that availability is scarce but it’s urgent when you have a 2 year old to get places and don’t have an extra car for her to use. I called almost 8 places and I would’ve used Walmart (tire ordered in within a day versus everywhere else up until that point was looked several days to a week out). My last call was this tire discounters because I knew that the warehouse was around the corner so I was hopeful. Devin took care of me initially and said he would have the tire within an hour. I asked about purchasing the tire over the counter so I wouldn’t have to worry about running up to Mason where the wife’s car was stuck at a service center and bringing The wheel all the way back down. Company policy wouldn’t allow it (but you could bring in a carry out wheel, who knows what that would go on anyways. So what’s the difference?) Between that call and Devin getting in the tire the service center was able to get the spare mounted and the wife came and switched cars. I advised Devin of this and he said it wouldn’t be an issue to mount wheel. Upon getting there the manager made it seem like they wouldn’t get me done period even though I stated I talked to Devin. Manager came out while I was on the phone with another service center trying to find a tire and said they could. I explained having the car with me and he said I could pull it up and it could be mounted outside. Frank the technician did the tire install on the wheel and said that he might be able to mount it to the car by end of day which would’ve been 2 more additional hours. I advised Devin that mounting the wheel was too much of an inconvenience for Frank to take care of quick so I was going to pay my bill and mount the tire at home. Spent 130.00 on torque wrench and jack and mounted my wheel that night. 2nd star for getting halfway done

Well this place was great when I bought my tires but.... absolute trash when trying to get a rotation. I scheduled an appointment for noon and showed up early, handed the keys then took a seat. Employees door dash showed up 10 minutes later and everyone disappeared to the back. One guy kept working on one SUV. Nobody upfront for a good 20 minutes. When somebody reappeared I asked them how long until my vehicle would be looked at and was told probably 45 minutes! So having an appointment, on a non busy day, takes an hour and 15 minutes before they can get to you? They had open bays, and employees doing very little. I asked why it takes so long and they said that's just the nature of the business. Why have an appointment? Am I just dumb in assuming you would get service after you bought the tires? It's a tire shop, they're not swapping transmissions there, why is nobody working??? I guess they got me good, you're important when you're buying tires but not when getting the included services.

When they call and bully you ( told me I had no option to say no) saying you need new tps sensors and you agree to the fix it. $1400 later you arrive to pickup the vehicle that was dropped of at 8:30 am at 3:30pm for 4 new tires and they tell you that your tps light will not go off due to you needing another 2 sensors makes zero sense. When asked why you didn't notify me like you did the other 2 and simply fix while already working on the car and you say you were busy is just ridiculous service. I had to go to another tire discounters where you could simply feel the professionalism in the atmospheres. Turns out I had other issues they did not address, even found a bad wheel bearing the other shop "assured was fine" that "there's no way we would do any of that work without notifying you everything's fine" Its a reason the stars/ reviews do not match the other tire discounter locations. Trust your instinct and avoid, after they think they have sale everyone becomes really rude. Do your due diligence

Would not use the services at this location again. I had a flat tire that could not be repaired. The salesperson told me the other 3 tires did not meet the AWD specs so 4 new tires were needed at $350/tire. Since my new car only has 10k miles I left and took my car to the dealer. I only needed 1 tire at <$200, the other three tires had minimal wear. Tire Discounters was totally trying to fleece me.
