The worst tire discounters I’ve ever been to. Called and told them I needed front pads installed. Was told 30-45 min to get it done and I could be seen right a way. 2 hours later we were still waiting to be brought in. Vehicle sat for another 25 min in the bay before I insisted we needed to be on our way. I had to tell 3 different people that I ONLY needed to get pads put on. They finally listened but the guy doing the work was pulled in so many different directions I had to finally stand at my vehicle and tell them I had to leave to get any work done. 3 and a half hours later, one white general manager that walked and talked like he was gangster from the hood, one sales manager that cared more about joking around with a certain customer, one employee that all he did was sit, another that just walked around, and finally one mechanic that they said didn’t even show up I finally got “just the front pads” completed. Completely unprofessional staff. Female sales manager was rude to my son when he found a toy car to play with while waiting. “You found that car in a drawer?? How would you feel if I went through the drawers and toys in YOUR room???”

- made an appt and when I showed up, there was no record of my call or appt - car sat for 40 mins before it was looked at - 45 mins later I was told they couldn’t find the problem (luckily not charged) and to call if it returns - problem returns, I call, and the man who answered was so rude. Basically dismissed me before I was even finished explaining the reason why I was calling. Would not recommend this location at all!! Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I've had my car serviced by them a couple of times. They make you wait a very long time to change the oil, it takes 2 hours. I'll never come here again.

The Receptionist lady Sandra is rude and Do Not care about customers. I changed 4 tires, and I asked alignment also, she said she they cannot do today. So she just did not want to do that. Very disappointed

The customer service at Tire Discounters is number one, their prices can’t be beat ( trust me I shopped around) Corey and Micah provided top service. I will definitely be returning for future services. Thanks guys!!

If I could rate this place 0 I would!!! The worst first time experience I ever had in my life. I made an appointment to come there and first arrived and they didn't have me in the system. The manager told me it would be 30 mins to an hr which it turned out to be two an half hours later. There was no apology for the inconvenience or anything and they took people before me and I was there first!!!!! NEVER... EVER come to this place!!!!!

Come to get tires around noon.. by 315 the car is still sitting in the lot.. it doesn’t need to take 4 hours to get tires.. last time I’ll be coming here.. told them I would be across the street where my father works waiting instead of the waiting room at the store.. when your spending $500+ on tires you would think you would take a little more priority.. also was told there were only 3 cars ahead of me..

I was nervous at first to go because of all of the bad reviews. Being that I needed 2 tires IMMEDIATELY they were the closes to me. Once I went the service was AMAZING. Zach at the first desk took the time to educate me on my car issues and I felt no pressure at all to buy anything (like more car shops). Chase the manager was also very good. He took the time to ask my name when I call-that is what you call great customer service. I would recommend this place to all of my friends.

I went in for tires and found the best service, they also have several master technicians and do all repair services.... It was very fair priced and fast. The staff is great and professional. I will recommend their services to all my family and friends. The replaced the tires, battery and cought me up on factory scheduled maintence, Also they offered a ride to work and back and finished on time and it was seemless. Thanks Tire discounters.

My experience today was the definition of customer service! From my phone call this morning to when I walked out the door with a new safe set of brakes and tire, the general manager Larry Patterson, had my back. Larry took notice of my uniform and found a 10% discount with my employer, understanding I had a tight budget. Larry also suggested their 6 month no interest credit, which I did take advantage of. Unfortunately I made a mistake (which quite frankly I'm too embarrassed to elaborate on) Larry didn't skip a beat, he was on the phone and straightened the whole thing out before I had a stroke! With an IT assist from Zac (aka Justin Bieber w/glasses) everything was taken care of with compassion and professionalism! You guys a Rock! Anna Annese

Nothing fun about flattening a tire in a pothole, but Chris was able to quickly secure the tire I needed, courier it free of charge to his store and installed it the same day! Fast, courteous service!

Right off the bat, I had a bad experience. The man at the desk didn't acknowledge me when I walked in and after I said hello, he didn't look up and replied with "be whicha when I'm done." He was fine throughout the rest of our conversation and told me that my oil change would take about an hour to hour and a half. Two hours later, I'm looking through the window into the garage and watching the garage mechanics eating pizza and drinking Monster as they worked on the cars. They also stopped every 45 seconds or so to talk and crack jokes with one another. The only person there that seemed to care about their job or the customer was Chase. But unfortunately, I never dealt with him. Needless to say, I got my keys from the desk and left. Avoid this Tire Discounters.

We don't let anyone else touch the tires on our cars but these guys. They won't sell you something you don't need, but they catch things that are going to cause problems later on. The service is great, especially if you call ahead, but even if you walk in they take good care of you. The waiting area includes a TV that can get kind of annoying, but the free wi-fi will keep you entertained while the guys work their magic. Love TD!

8 trips to get an alignment and new tires (almost $900) Trip #: 1. alignment and tires installed and balanced got home, noticed scratches on rims, tire inflation was not right and TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) was not correct per the wheel/tire locations 2. went back to show the wheel damage and inform the inflation and TPMS was not right, was told to return the car to have the rims fixed, (offered to fix 1 rim but not both) 3. returned car to have rim fixed 4. returned to get car because I was informed I would have to take the car to the Wheel Dr. myself for the repair 5. took car to Wheel Dr. for rim repair 6. picked car from Wheel Dr. 7. returned to TD to have TPMS updated, was told to wait an hour or make an appointment (it should have been done one of the other 2 times that TD had the car) No apology for the extra trip and not getting it done right the first time! 8. returned to have the TPMS updated I even wrote to the TD customer service to voice my concerns and no feedback, so here's my review and I won't be back! To all who gave positive feedback, did you even check their work, I doubt I'm the only one with incorrect tire pressure and a non-updated TPMS system. And take pictures of your rims before you leave your car there. Also, the free alignment really costs $100 according to other competitive quotes. And according to the before and after data hardly any adjustments were made. Updated review: Tried to contact Tire Discounters (2) times thru the links they provided, no response. They must not have any intention of contacting customers where their service failed.

Called the store on two separate occasions to book an appointment and was put on hold for over 15 minutes each time and gave up. So, I requested a call back online. Tire Discounters called me back and scheduled an appointment for me. I go to the store for my appointment and it's not in the system. So, they said they can squeeze me in and it would be an hour and half to two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I come back two hours later and they hadn't even worked on my car yet. I had to get back to work so needless to say I didn't get my car worked on. This is the second time that I've made an appointment that turned out to never be in the system. I won't be going back to any Tire Discounters as they can't seem to get their act together. And TD you might want to make sure the customer actually had their car worked on before you send them an email saying, "Thanks for your business. (High five)." Terrible communication across the entire organization.

First off, Im not one to give negative reviews, in fact this is the first negative review that Ive ever written up, so that means the service must have been pretty darn bad. Anyways, I had spent over $1000.00 on 4 Michelin tires for my truck to be put on and aligned. After scheduling an appointment for 1:00 pm and even arriving half an hour early, I was the last person to leave the shop at 4:30 in the afternoon. I saw numerous people come in after me and leave before me. Which makes me wonder why I should of even made an appointment in the first place.. but the worst part is that I waited 4 hours and when the alignment was done, it was completely off! Im sure it had something to do with my vehicle being LAST and them rushing the job. I took it back the following monday and they redid the alignment. When I drove it out onto the highway I noticed it was still pulling left... But not only did they not properly align my truck I also noticed that at high speeds the whole cab vibrated. I took it to my local mechanic and they discovered that the two front tires were out of balance by over 5 ounces! What a joke. Fed up with the Mason location I ended up going to Tire Discounters in Milford for another alignment. I talked to the service tech there, who actually seemed to care about doing a good job and making things right. He noticed that there was no before information listed on my alignment readings which means that they did not properly check my alignment. It turns out that the caster was the problem. Adjustable casters were added to my truck and now it runs great. So a shout out to Brian at the Milford Tire Discounters but In the end I had needlessly spent many hours dealing with a problem that could have been solved the first time they aligned my van if they would have done it properly. I won’t be ever be going back to the Mason Tire Discounters.

I have been to this location on three different occasions for tire issues. I have dealt with Joel, Daniel and Sandra. All three have been very professional, respectful and helpful. This company should be very very proud of these three.

I made an appointment to have my wife take our kia soul in to have two tires replaced. When she got there, they took the car back and left her in the waiting room for two hours even though she had an appointment. When they finally came back, they told her that smoke was coming out of the tail pipe and tried to convince her to have them look at it.. I have been driving this car for a year now and not once has smoke ever come out of the pipe. She did not notice any smoke at all either when the car was brought in. She declined the service and when she left there was indeed smoke. The smoke began to get thinner and thinner as she got closer to home and by the time she got home and I had a chance to look at it, there was no smoke coming out of the tail pipe at all. I drove it for a day just to make sure and, sure enough, there's nothing. I firmly believe that the mechanics at this location saw a mid-twenties girl and attempted to take advantage of her. Tire Discounters at other locations has served me well but will will NOT be returning to this location.

They gave my truck the absolute worst alignment and gave me extensive troubles in giving me my refund. i had to call multiple days a week for 5 weeks just to get a chance to speak with the general manager who sold me the service. Awful. will not return.

They have been very good and kind so far since I've used them. I'm very picky with who works on my vehicles but this shop is a good choice over many!

Holy cow, the lack of professionalism in this store is astounding. The lady running the front desk is a joke. She's brash, loud, incredibly unprofessional. Yelling constantly. A terrible experience.
