Love the customer service. I have a love hate thing with this place 🤣 one Min I hate being there,the next glad I did business with them 🥹.the Goodfella working the desk today was my God send. He could of racked me up for a tire or 2 or something but NO!!! he was righteous and honest. 2 minutes later. I was done and good to go. Thanks again brother 🙏

Have had several vehicles serviced here. Garrett and Jim are always providing good service. Whether it’s new tires, oil change, etc. they never disappoint. If you get a puncture in tires you bought there, just bring your car around and they will fix it for you. Always reliable and friendly service. The only potential con is that, because they are so popular, they are often quite busy.

I called and asked if I could get what I needed done, got a quick response and was invited to head over immediately. Within 30 minutes i got my tire replaced and back on my car!! Amazing service! Definitely coming back here when it’s time for my other tires!

Fantastic location! I left Jungle Jim's to find a tire leaking. Got it replaced here quickly and they let me put my cold groceries in their fridge! Above and beyond. Amazing!

Larry was fantastic! He quickly found and explained the problem I was having with my tires, fixed it, and had me out the door in less than half an hour. Jim also made for great conversation, making me welcome in the shop. Definitely worth the 5 star rating and will be coming back to these guys with any future tire issues I may have

Great help from Amy and Larry. Had a nasty wobble on my wheels due to a faulty balance from a competitor. They got me fixed up free of charge in a timely manner. Also purchased a set a new rubbers from them a few years ago and the staff then was super helpful. Will be back for future services!

I took my car in because my tire pressure was low and since I bought my tires from here I knew they would cover it. They called me after 20 minutes of having the car and asked me who had my car last. I told them I had an oil change at CarX and they told me that CarX cross threaded my bolt on the stud and that they were going to have to break it off and charge me $108 to fix it. I clearly had no idea if CarX did a tire rotation but was told by Tire Discounters that they all do that so they definitely messed up the stud and bolt. So I take my car in to get the tire looked and for free and left with a $108 bill because they said CarX put my wheel back on incorrectly during an oil change??? This did not sit right with me at all.

Insanely slow service. I popped a tire in a company vehicle and brought it in. It took them over 2 hours to replace 1 tire. I am a patient person but this just baffled me. I watched the mechanic on the screen and I guess as courtesy they checked the air and torque on the lugnuts for all 4 tires, but they would do about 90 seconds of work on one tire at a time and then walk away. All in all I was there for 3 hours between that and them figuring out how to invoice me. For 1 tire, super simple and something the company’s name would suggest they would have no problem doing. I can’t even imagine what it’s like to get an actual repair done there.

I had an appointment at 9am. I dropped my truck off. The man at the desk said thank you for making an appointment you will be the next vehicle in. 50 minutes later, my truck was not touched. Service at this location sucks

Worst customer service I have ever recieved. Scheduled a appt. Over the phone tired to explain to the gentalmen the issue i was having with my car. Could tell by his tone that he didnt want to be on the phone, so I just made the appt and figured I would talk to them the day of the appt. Day of the appt. I told the lady at the front desk that I need a oil change, tire rotation, and a break check. Explain to her any time I hit my brakes at high speeds my steering wheel would shake violently, she confirmed that they would take a look. After waiting a hour a guy came out said my car was all done. I asked about my brakes said the breaks were good and that most likely is was just bent rotator but wasn't 100% that was the issue. He said that they could fix if I wanted them to but it was unnecessary and wasn't a issue to worry about. I then talk to my father and said if it is a bent rotator I shouldn't be driving my car and need to get a second opinion. I took my car to a family friend. Turns out, I did need new brakes and rotators. I guess tire discounters didn't want to do the work or make money. So from now on I will no longer be bring my car to tire discounters waste of time and money. And add insult to injury, they did not rotate my tires like they claim but at least my oil got changed for $80

Stopped in Tuesday around 1630 for a slow leak op driver front. Tire needed replaced, none at store but could get it delivered next day from warehouse. At this point extremely happy with fast turn around. I offered to drop car off next day for replacement. Was told we can just schedule you an appointment as this would be a fast in and fast out replacement (the tires are only about 6 months old). She said we can get you at 0900 and have you right out. I confirmed tire would be able to be there and was told yes it will be overnighted. Arrived for the appointment and after sitting for 45 minutes and car not being taken in, a guy asked for me to talk. He let me know tire wasn’t there, the truck normally arrives between 1030-1100 and the truck was on schedule upon checking. Told him what I was told and he apologized and said I have had this conversation with the person before about delivery time. I was not happy as now I would be here for over 2 hrs when I offered other options as to not waste my time. He said sorry, I will have them write an essay so maybe they will remember. Then walked away and never seen him again. Finally at 1115 said car was ready. Then took an additional 15 minutes to check out as the same individual couldn’t figure out how to apply the road hazard credit.

We were passing through Cincinnati visiting family when we noticed issues with our tires. It was a Saturday just before the July fourth holiday, so there was no one who could squeeze us in except Tire Discounters in Eastgate. They looked at all possible issues, put it up on the lift twice, and rebalanced the tires before we figured out that the shop back home sold us cheap tires without our knowing. They rotated the tires to make our ride more comfortable (it is), assured our safety to get home, instructed us what to do when we get there, and, after sitting and waiting for almost 5 hours, they didn’t charge us a dime! Many thanks to Jim, Larry, Dustin, and several other amazing people there. They quickly took great care of us so we could get back on the road. Very honest and helpful people. A rarity these days. Wish they were in Tampa. HIGHLY recommend!!!

The staff at Eastgate Tire Discounters is always friendly and helpful. They do what they can to get you worked in even when something comes up unexpectedly. They are fast,do good work, and reasonably priced. They are honest and don't try to sell you on unnecessary work.

Took my car there to get aligned. Appointment at 4, got there at 3:50. Took 3 whole hours to get my tires aligned when the guy at the front desk said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. When i eventually got my car back, the mechanic apologized and said he was sorry it took so long and he said it was hard to do it because it was rusty underneath. I've been underneath my car plenty of times using a two post lift. There is no rust under there at all.

Had a tire go flat on my new Maverick made it to Tire Discounters! They were ready to close the Saturday before Memorial Day Garrett the GM told me to pull it in a bay they put spare on for me till they got new tire Tuesday. They went out of there way to make sure I was taken care of I highly recommend this store will definitely do my business with Garrett and his staff! Thanks again!!!!!!!

Jim is a KING. I called at 5:15 in a panic because my tire split. He told me to come by so they could take a look. He explained how it happened and hooked me up with a new set of tires and an alignment in an hour and a half on a Friday evening.

Today at Tire Discounters I realized that not all businesses are about business anymore. I realized that two individuals are more about a neighbor helping a neighbor in time of need. My hat off to Larry Molly and a mechanic named Tom. They treated me like I was that neighbor and saw I needed that help and come to my aid. If you ever want to feel like a person instead of a customer I suggest Tire Discounters at Eastgate.
