I went to the Omniplex location at 8:00 am this morning 11-13-2024 and kayla was not very nice told me I could not a oil change till Thursday. I do not appreciate this at all. I will not ever go back to the Omniplex store and I am putting on FB how bad the employees are to customers. They do nit get any stars. I did drive to the Tire Discounters on Rt4. And I was waited on as soon as I walked in and was told My Oil change would be taken care of in a few minutes. The Rt 4 store gets 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

These guys are LIFE SAVERS!!! Ran over a nail, pulled into TD/EV, and I felt like I was at a NASCAR pit stop! They were SO FAST, total pros, and they treated me like a VIP. ALMOST hope I run over another nail again soon. THANKS Ken & Chris. (And did I mention they have fancy water?)

Can’t say enough how awesome the people at this shop are. Genuine and caring. I’ve gotten to have many conversations and services over the years. People like Hunter, Gary, Ryan, and so many more are hard to find. I recommend this shop to everyone!

I always take my car to Tire Discounters. They worked on my car a week ago and it's a lot better but still sounds as though it's mis-firing and is not as smooth as it should be

They give out free oil change coupons, but don’t bother to actually change your oil, which in turn you’re driving around with no oil in your car which in turn could blow your engine, good job tire discounters😡. Then they try to up sell you on a bunch of mechanical nonsense!! And who in the world charges $212 to just check the AC?? Fraudulent behavior, irresponsible, negligent and no one should trust this place.

One day great customer service and literally the next day it was a polar opposite. One day they helped everyone in line and the next they cared more for the ringing phone than us standing in line. Yes, I was there two days in a row with two different vehicles getting service. It happened, like their funny signage.

Ryan the service manager is a beast. They were packed, guy did my tire in 35 seconds flat. That’s mount and balance. Thought it was nascar. Raise hell praise dale. This guy deserves a raise. He was taking calls, busting out oil changes, rocked my 6 month old to sleep all in one. Chip should be proud and come down and shake this man’s hand and write him a check for whatever he wants. Guys a pro at his job and customer service is unmatched. I’d hire him in a heartbeat. Murica.

Warning: don't come to TD "Performance" for anything that is actually performance related. Back in the day, this location did have a good reputation regarding custom/performance modification work. I guess those days are long gone. I ordered new wheels and scheduled installation of fully adjustable coilovers I purchased myself that are model-specific to my car. The process was terrible start to finish. They did the suspension and alignment BEFORE mounting the new wheels (different offset than oem) Tech removed the oem suspension and slapped the coilovers on in 2hrs flat (this is estimated to be a 5hr job). The divorced rear springs were set to max height, nearly fully compressed, and the shocks were adjusted to minimum travel distance. By the time I drove home from TD, the rear shocks had bottomed out so hard that one of the bumpstops was forced completely up and over a metal divider that is meant to prevent the shock from completely bottoming out. The shocks would have been destroyed if I continued to drive on these settings. I immediately called to tell the GM they were installed improperly and needed adjustment. GM told me it's not possible to install coilovers incorrectly because if they were installed incorrectly, they would be falling off the car. He also tried to tell me that I said I wanted the suspension "as stiff as possible" (not true and I can prove it), but he reluctantly agreed to let me come back and have them adjusted. When I went back, the tech fiddled with it for about 15mins, lowered the ride height (meaning alignment is slightly off now) and told me to test drive it. It was better, but still bottoming out. Tech told me he couldn't extend the shock travel further without lowering the car even more (not true, he either didn't know how to do it or didn't feel like doing it) I submitted a support ticket, then a DM named Joe called me. Joe gave me the "if they weren't installed correctly they'd have fallen off the car" routine too. His other favorite line was "these are marked for off-road use only" (this disclaimer is meant to shield the manufacturer from liability in the event of a crash, it has nothing to do with TD's labor) Joe was defensive, deflected from any point I tried to make instead of addressing it directly, and tried to spin blame back on me. He told me he couldn't stand behind the product because I didn't buy it from them (I was asking him to stand behind TD's labor, not the product). He told me I would not receive further adjustment, but I would receive a refund for 3hrs of labor since I was charged for 5hrs and the tech only spent 2hrs on the install. To add more insult to injury, I was only refunded for 2hrs of labor + tax, not the 3hrs I was told. I received $323.40, the labor was $150/hr. I had someone who actually knew what they were doing adjust the coilovers. He was able to maintain the desired ride height and provided a proper amount of shock travel. The shocks haven't bottomed out since. I am now seeking a refund for the full 5hrs for the install since it was done improperly and I had to pay someone else to re-do it, plus the $189 for alignment since TD installed the new wheels AFTER performing the alignment, and the ride height had to be adjusted twice now due to the rear coilovers not being set properly. Is "if they aren't falling off the car that means they were installed properly" really the standard for custom work performed by TD? That's like asking for a specific hair cut, and the stylist just shaves your head and says "well, technically, I did cut your hair 🤷‍♂️". Only in this instance, driving the car the way TD had the coilovers set, would have actually damaged the suspension components. If TD refuses to stand behind their labor on anything with an "offroad only" disclaimer, why would you agree to install them? Not only that, TD actively offers "performance upgrades" such as "custom suspension", "lift kits" and "lowering kits" on the services tab of the site. Virtually all such products will carry this disclaimer, so why offer these services to begin with?

I only wish they would've found the real problem to my AC before doing some work that wasn't really necessary. But, once they did, they did an excellent job and it works great now!

Had a blow out on the road tire discounters close by , went in the store staff was rude and told me we needed an appointment, unbelievable only need to replace a tire broken down on road

Called to schedule an appt and asked if they carried the tire I needed. The gentleman said “yes, we carry those tires.” Arrived for the appt and was informed that they have the tire at the warehouse and it would cost $25 to have it brought over same day or we could wait til the next day. Why wasn’t that mentioned upfront? Why did I schedule an appt in the first place? Fast forward- husband paid for everything without looking the receipt over. I looked it over and they added things without asking if we even wanted them (ie road hazard warranty for $67). Just isn’t transparent service, little shady feeling. Back in the day they called it “bad bedside manners.”

Normally this is the shop I go to for my wheels and tires on my stanced cars but they refused to work on my Tesla. They said they don’t have the pucks and corporate will not give them to the stores. Said they are not an EV shop, they don’t need to have them… what a poor business model considering Teslas eat up tires like nothing else… this seems politicized on a corporate level. Took my Tesla over to Costco where they had pucks, installed everything seamlessly and had me on my way. If you own a Tesla, I’d recommend finding another tire store.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. They disregarded my request and did what they wanted to do with my tires! Left me with a hole and nail in my tires. Piss poor management who did not take care of it. This place is horrible

If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away from this place! Wanted $175 just to diagnose issue car window that quit working and would not go up. Took to another shop and they replaced window in track for a total of $70. Had I taken it here they still would have tacked on $175 for a relatively easy fix for most shops. Btw...this same location fixed this window back in 2018 and I was never charged an upfront charge for "diagnosis"! Not to mention, only 5yrs later and it's broke again. Once they get you in for diagnosis they could charge you anything they want for actual repair. If it seems to be overpriced you're still stick with 175.00 "diagnosis " fee. Ridiculous. Glad there are still more honest shops around.

If i could I would give them zero stars. My wife took her car to have the battery and alternator tested they said both were bad. They gave her a estimate of 1300 dollars lol. Took it to my mechanic 230 dollars for a battery including them putting it in. I thought it was a bad alternator is why I took it to my mechanic and wasnt paying 1300 dollars. We will never do business with tire discounters again.
