God forbid you experience a problem with this store. I have been dealing with an issue since July. Oh, it seems every time you called to talk to the manager. He is not there or cannot be found. My personal experience was several months ago. He said that a refund for work I had done at another business to fix what they had done was approved and I should have it within a couple weeks as I said that was two months ago now they lost prevention is telling me that I'll be getting a refund and it takes 10 to 15 days for that to come through, it's just about at the end of that time. So we'll see what happens. I've been going to this location more than 10 years and this is how they treat loyal customers. I will never go back there again.

Tyler helped me out by breaking down some old tires and rims from a classic truck I am restoring. I will be replacing tires on my 2020 f 150 soon and will come back to tyler

Went to tire discounters for a nail in my tire. I had called a couple other tire discounters and they were busy. The Colerain told me to come in. They were really busy but were able to take care of me. And I was on the road within 45 minutes. Everyone was nice and professional. The Colerain Tire Discounter is definitely the place I will go for any tire issues .

One ⭐ My local auto repair shop. I had taken my car to this location for the last 15 years. But today I went in and asked Tyler at the front desk to check and see if I had post oil since my oil change last month. The time was 8:30 am. He told me that they would get to it in the afternoon if I left the the car with them, so I did. I started walking home, it's about one and one half mile from the Tire Discounters on Colerain Avenue, 10000 block. I had walked about a mile and I received the call from Tyler stating that I needed $800 worth of repairs because the transmission was leaking so I walk back to the store and simply asked Tyler to write down what they had found he objected then asked again I said I'm not a mechanic I need to know what it is that I'm going to spend my $800 for he says no just I don't have any papers I'm not going to write anything so I asked him have you done your job today he said yes and I left the store Because of this I am downgrading to one star and they'll never get any more business from me. ONE ⭐

This place is a bunch of cons they will tell you whatever they need to to take every penny they can from you if you buy three tires and two of them go flat they'll say oh one of those isn't ours in my case we bought three tires because we have five tires total including the spare three tires went flat today ironically none of the tires that went flat were theirs go figure they also sit there and check things and have you try to buy things that you do not need they have no consideration or they don't give a shit if they help you at all they just want their money...

This was a great experience. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. I went on to have my tire checked because it was losing air. They found a nail in it and repaired my tire in under an hour. ( It wasn't a super busy day). I will continue taking my business to them in the future.

The guys at the Colerain store (82) (Tyler) are always helpful and great to work with. I trust my car at this Tire Discounter before ever taking it to a dealership for any work that needs to be done (within the realm of what tire discounters handles)

Our daughter had a blowout on 75 today. We live in Dayton and could not get to the shop until just after 6 pm. Trent and his team took care of us efficiently and professionally, fitting us in at the end of the day. I may drive from Dayton to get tires and service from Trent and his team from now on. Thank you!

Took 3 visits there to fix a tire pressure issue. Had an appointment on Thursday and was told I needed new tires and that why the tire was leaking so I replaced them. Monday morning the same tire had low pressure again, took it back and was told the pressure valve needed replaced. Picked up my car later that day and drove part way home and the warning popped up again. Turned back around and went to the shop and found out no one bothered to put air back in the tire after replacing the valve. I don’t know why all of that wasn’t taken care of at once especially after spending $300 on just two tires. It shouldn’t have taken 3 trips

Went in to get my tires rotated and balanced. The service technicians took the car right away and the service was completed in a half hour. Way to go Tire Discounters! No complaints here….

Edit: while the below review never was replied to or taken seriously by corporate, the employees at the colerain and ft wright locations are just fantastic. They have gone above and beyond for myself and company since this. Consider it even. Thank you Tom Litteral ——————— Heading into thanksgiving '23, we had a nail puncture our family car's tire. I shopped around and Costco had won our business until I spoke with a gentleman at the Colerain TD location. Your employee stated that not only would TD match Costco's price, but would have more value by way of a free alignment and could get us in quickly. We agreed and had the work done a couple days later, fantastic experience to this point. However, the work was billed incorrectly at a higher price than agreed upon. The employee filled out a refund request that he stated had to go to corporate and we would receive the refund within a week or two. Not a fan of the run around but he was great. I called customer service asking for updates several times without replies. Fast forward to March, almost 4 months later, and after speaking with an employee not in management, TD declined to correct the billing. His explanation was that they do NOT match Costco and their employee was wrong to offer this. Also, the higher difference in the price (around $200) is because of the FREE alignment service. What?? Yes, the FREE alignment is not free. He stated that Costco doesn't offer the free alignment and that is why their pricing is lower. Due to this, TD will not make the agreement right. So Tire Discounters decision to not honor their word and the agreed upon price made with their employee on a recorded line, was due to a FREE service that obviously is not and that they don't back up their employees who use improper sales tactics. As this is unfortunately bad business, I don't recommend. It's a shame, as their guys were actually great.

The manager there told me that using their finances wouldnt affect my credit score but it literally took 21 points off of my credit score. I would have paid in cash if i wasnt told that this wouldnt affect my score.

They had good intentions until they sheared the bolt on my brand new steering stabilizer, and forgot to tighten the alignment bar brackets under the truck. Nobody told me anything im glad I went under my truck to notice this stuff.
