Edit: back again to get a flat fixed. Big ups to Chris for taking care of me and getting me back on the road in record time, even though they were very busy at the time.

Last Friday, our Jeep Patriot had a malfunction. We went to you for an initial diagnosis and paid around $1,900. We got the car back on Saturday afternoon, and it worked fine on Sunday, but on Monday it broke down again. My husband had to call a tow truck, and the car went back in, costing us another $250. After testing it, the issue persists, and now it's at your facility. They can't find the problem, and today they returned the car to us. I feel so frustrated; we’ve paid almost $2,100 with no solution. I’ve read that there’s a warranty on your work, but we haven’t received anything. I’m very disappointed.

Chris took great care of me from the moment I walked in with a tire leak. He immediately went out to assess and found a nail in my tire wall. He walked through the available tire option and pricing, giving some great insight into the difference and what might be the best fit for my vehicle. There is a reason my family uses this specific tire discounter location when we have others nearby, and it's due to the great customer service we have received time and time again!

I called the tire discounters in Harrison, and this location on North bend road. I received excellent customer service and mechanical service at this north bend road location. I purchased 4 tires. The manager was fantastic. He helped me find the problem with my vibration. I replaced 4 tires. My car is riding much better. I believe I purchased a tire with a flat spot when I bought 4 tires at the Harrison location. The North bend location was excellent. Highly recommend.

I came in to get a flat tire fixed. Chris was behind the desk helping someone that didn’t speak English. He used his phone translator to assist and never made the customer feel rushed. Once it was my turn, he gave me 5 star service. He was kind, explained things clearly, and was super friendly. Will definitely return.

Tom is the best. Had to see him at the North Bend store cause the power was out on Colerain. Everytime I pull up with a problem, he always welcomes, listens and fixes the problem. Mike, at this particular store, was absolutely amazing!! My parents were traveling from South Carolina and ended up needing all four tires replaced. When I called, Mike answered the phone and took care of everything with grace and ease, not to mention at a great price! Truly amazing experience with an excellent staff member. As we were leaving for vacation we got a flat tire. Due to where it was on the tire it was not able to be repaired. The guys at the North Bend Rd location were amazing (especially Jerome, I believe was his name). After hear of the situation they got us in and back on the road much quicker than I would have ever expected. I shared the great experience I had at tire discounters with everyone I talked to at the campground. Thank you A++++ service
