Hubcap was not on tight, but that’s OK. I got it fastened however I told them that my tire pressure was low, they told me to drive it and the sensor light would go off, it would’ve been nice if they would’ve got a tire pressure tool and recheck the tires However that did not happen so I continue to dry my tires with low pressure. I checked the tire pressures myself when I got home with my own tire pressure gauge I seen that the tires pressure was low so I filled them up with air and then the sensor light went off. You would think after spending. $1070 that they would’ve at least double check the tire pressure.

I came in with a flat tire and Jessie Taylor was super nice and extremely helpful! He got my car in the queue to get worked on very quickly and made the entire experience a breeze! Great service!!!

The team at this location did a great job today locating a defect in my tire.. sadly it couldn’t be fixed there.. due to the car being brand new.. but that’s not their fault they found the issue.. didn’t charge me for their time finding the issue… thanks guys y’all are awesome keep up the great job…

I had a blowout from a pot hole and after putting my spare on, I came to this location to get my road hazard warranty. James tells me no problem, they could get me fixed up. Then the problems start… 10 minutes after they pull my van in James asks me how did I put the lug nuts on the spare. He thinks they are all cross threaded because they can’t get them off. I told him I used my impact at home and if need be, he could drop my van and I would go get my impact. I was assured that he could get them off and that it wasn’t necessary for me to go get the tool. 5 minutes later, a different tech came out and let me know he had broken 2 of my wheel studs trying to get them off. 2 came off fine. He asked me what I wanted to do… I told him it has to be fixed! James comes back to me and says that it is going to cost over $500 to fix my wheel studs. Then tries to lower it to $400 when I objected. Once I thoroughly objected again based on my offer to get my tool so they wouldn’t break them, he balled up the quote and said “I guess I’ll eat the labor if you pay for the parts!” I agreed and the work was done. Not a good way to do business!!

The worst will never go back I was there Saturday October 26 from 940am till 1230 pm for just a oil change nothing else about 955 the fella pulled my suv in while driving around the building hanging out my drivers window then my suv sat in the air on a lift for about 2 hours draining the oil out ya ask why it's taking so long ya get some lame bullshit never again and will never recommend anyone to that hole I would put 0 stars if that was available

I've exclusively used TD for the past 30 years. My last visit to the Ferguson Rd TD had me perplexed. They replaced a damaged tire for me and when I asked to have my other tires inflated I was told "their gauge was broken" and they could only guess the pressures. He said they'd have to dismount all my tires to inflate them. You've got to be kidding? Nobody in a TIRE SHOP has a regular manual gauge? UNREAL! SEP2024 UPDATE: Not sure what's going at the Ferguson store, I should have known better than to give them a second try. Nope, fail again. Right front tire, 1 year old Michelins that we bought the road haz warr. with got a screw in it. Front desk guy claimed "it wasn't covered under road haz, that's only for full blow outs like a sidewall rips out". BS, I've used TD for 30 years and had ~10 tires replaced under warr with nails, screws, whatever in them. Then he wanted to charge me $500 for one tire to replace it. I had just bought them a year ago for $250 each. In the end, my tire was repaired for free - but man oh man. That guy needs to learn about the TD Road Hazard Warranty details. What's it worth if you they try to scam you? Last time I go to that store!

I’ve been using this Tire Discounters location since I moved to Cincinnati. It is hands down the best experience I’ve had at a tire shop or mechanics. They are always friendly and take care of any issues I have.

I’ve come here several times. Every time, they have been excellent. Very helpful and responsive. Took care of the problems right, the first time. I will definitely keep coming back here. Highly recommended.

Stopped in to get my tires rotated and was in and out. The managers up front and the guy that work on my car was super nice. This was a best experience I had since March.

I have been doing business with this Tire Discounters for litterally decades. They've always taken care of me. I've never asked for special treatment. TD charges you for lifetime balance and rotation, and road Hazard on their tires. I recently developed a slow leak in one of my new tires. I went by to have them look at it. I was told they were too busy to look at it and I could make an appointment two days later. OK, sure thing let me just predict when I'm going to have a road Hazard and schedule that. I just keep a tire pump in my car and I pumped it up myself every morning. I've since come back a total of 4 times and been told they are too busy to look at my tire. Maybe I'm off base here but I do think it's reasonable to expect to have a business honor their warantee work. Today, I got the same deal. Aparently, they are again too busy (time #4) and they'd help me tomorrow afternoon. I think asking me to come back when the next day is ridiculous. Once ok four times..no. I asked if it was normal company policy to treat existing customers this way and said I'd been in four times already (my husband has recieved this same issue 2x) so that's a total of 6 times. I've never dealt with the guy working at the counter before so maybe we've had a change in management. Anyway, he answered my question by saying, "If you don't like it. Here's my card you're welcome to report me. He then went onto accuse me of trying to "bully my way into getting service" On the card, is asking me to leave a Google review so here I am. In case anyone, wants to know he is listed: Anthony Cooper General Manager I can't believe a General Manager would ever talk to a customer like this. It does look like the guy I talked to is the general manager according to the website.

Salesperson was EXTREMELY helpful and honest with us. We are from out of town and even though he couldn't help us by selling and servicing our tire needs, he did direct us where we could go. I totally recommend any and all honest businesses.

There prices are ridiculous they charge to much for most services. I wish there prices were fair because they are in a convention location for me but I drive clear across town to avoid being ripped off by this place. Trust me go somewhere else That's more economical.
