We received a good sale price for tires. Thanks Matthew for finding a good deal. We chose the store because they could schedule us next day at 9 AM. We were dissatisfied it took nearly 7 hours from drop off to inspect it and call with options. We asked for the two new tires to be put on front, but they were put on the rear. We hoped the spare tire would be put back on the underside, but it was left loose in the trunk. The techs said they couldn't figure out how to reattach it.

Rafael and Shawn were a pleasure to work with in identifying some quality budget tires and getting them installed quickly on my son’s college car before he returned to school. I would call them the GOATs of the tire business! 👍😆

Was able to get a last minute appointment for two vehicles for oil change and rotation before Thanksgiving. Taken care of promptly and efficiently as well as some advice on future maintenance. No pressure and helpful information.

This location ROCKS! I pulled in 10 minutes before closing on a Friday, due to having low tire pressure light indicator on. They informed me that I probably had a nail in one of my tires. Due to needing to use the car for another family member to get to work at 4am the next day, I asked them if they could work me in. They agreed and had me in and out within 30 minutes.

Tire Discounters Kenwood is amazing and where did they find their manager Rafael? He is incredible and so helpful, patient and kind. I saw him handle multiple customers with such grace and is the nicest guy ever. Love this place and highly recommend!! Give this guy a raise Chip!!! He is like gold for your company and one of a kind. Wow!

Great experience from beginning to end. I submitted an appointment request, and Matthew got back to me the same morning and was able to get me in the following day after work. He took the time to talk through what my car needed, offering me options and never seeming pushy. Upon arrival, I was greeted by both Matthew and Rafeal, who were both very helpful in explaining what services would be done and getting me set up with the technician. One of the technicians, Markesis, greeted me with a smile and assured me he could get my car done the same day. He and Trustin stayed late when my cabin air filter took longer than expected to change due to a wonky design on my vehicle. Super appreciative to the whole team and will be coming back!

I had an emergency right at closing time!! I came out of work to a flat tire. I came here just looking for tools so I could change the tire. I told Shawn I know you’re closing and I don’t want to keep you but he said he had no problem helping and it was his pleasure. He took his time and found the object stuck in my tire and patched it up for me. He is the nicest guy and saved my night!! Thank you so much Shawn if you see this. I’ve had service here before and had a great experience and this just confirmed I’ll do all my business with you guys!!

I have a daughter who goes to UC and she had been having issues with her tire. I live in NW Ohio so I called tire discounters made an appointment and she stopped in. I was expecting a phone call to take care of billing. But never did, so I called and Shawn had taken care of her. Pulled a nail out of her tire, plugged it, and sent her on her way. I really appreciate you guys taking care of my kid! We’ll be back when we need new tires! Thanks!

Matthew, Raphael, Marquis and Trustian are absolute lifesavers. A few weeks ago, I arrived as they were clsoing with a emergency flat tire. They were extremely nice and helped get a new tire on within ten minutes. I cannot thank you guys enough- you totally saved the day!

Sales Manager Matt Beach was straight forward, honest and got my tire repaired in record time! This is the fourth family car we’ve brought to this location and, while having to replace tires isn’t tops on our list of things to spend money on, we know the team at this location will give us a great deal, be honest and upfront on what’s needed and get it all done quickly. We will be back again in the future!

Never coming here again. Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Sat there for 2.5 hours. When I asked if my truck was done I was told it was (no one was going to tell me). But when I was checking out he told me they didn’t rotate the tires because the lug nuts were “tight”. Was told they could still do the rotation if I wanted. I did. So they went to do the rotation and said they would call when it was done. I can back 5 hours later to find out it was done but they stripped a lug nut (well. They claim it wasn’t them but instead whoever worked on the car last) and will need to replace the stud for $150. Either way. No one was going to call me to tell me it was ready or that they encountered a problem. This is the second time they have done something similar (leaving my truck in the rack until I come looking only to tell me it wasn’t ready because of some kind of problem they couldn’t bother to call me about)

The service is awful. Took car in and eventually was told they didn’t have the part. So I took it in the next day and eventually was told they didn’t have another part so I had to take in a third day. Not only did this inconvenience me for most of 3 days it cost over $1200. Not sure if I really needed the parts or anything else that was done. Felt like they took advantage of me either because I’m female or I am over 65. I’ll never go there again.
