Just got home from an exceptional experience. Called about getting a flat but also needing new tires that same day. John fit me in an hour later. I decided to get some work done while I waited and get on a work call. John let me work on my phone and aloud me to finish my call 25 minutes after close. I let him know he could have kicked me out as soon as my car was ready but he let me finish my call. Of course on that call I get news from my manager about being put into a leadership position in the near future so very grateful I got to finish that conversation. Afterwards he and Steven were patient and helped me apply for financing which helped me greatly especially right before the holidays. Top notch service from start to finish, my tires are great but the service even greater. Happy holidays to you and your families and thanks again!

Great service cean waiting room, coffee would be a plus and a tv turnd on. It's not like customers aren't going to be waiting on their cars to get fixed.

Part of my job is to take peoples cars to get oil changes or tires or any work done on their cars. Any time I have a day at tire discounters I have a sigh of relief. Steven, Jon and Dee have made me feel so welcome and are always eager to help in any way they can. As someone who comes here often I know without a doubt that they will get things done in the best way they can. God forbid something unexpected were to happen(life happens things happen) they are on top of it and always find a great solution. I also see a revolving door of different people coming in and out and they treat every single one of them with so much respect and honesty. This tire discounters has become a highlight of my day. Thank you guys for always being a highlight of my work day!!

Steven and his Dream team are some of the kindest people I've ever met! They are SO dedicated to their jobs and customers! My father is a veteran and they are so good to him. I went in today without an appointment and they took care of me fast and didn't charge me. I had road Hazzard insurance on my tires but my problem may not have been covered. They fixed it anyway! These guys are the BEST at what they do. You need a tire expert, THIS is the place to go. I've only had professional and exceptional experiences!!! Thanks SO MUCH!!!! 🎯

This place rocks. Honest, courteous, professional. Always appreciate doing business here. They’ve taken care of all my cars, Volvo, Subaru, Porsche, and all the minivans. Dee & John on Redbank are especially awesome.

Went to tire discounters on Red bank because my car was acting different! And I'm a young woman who doesn't know too much about cars. I was nervous walking in but Dee made the experience much better than anticipated! He was very informative and patient with me. He took the time to speak to my dad on the phone and explain everything to him! The entire staff was friendly and inviting I highly recommend!

Absolutely love this Tire Discounter location. Steven, Dee, John - always go above and beyond. I trust these gentleman to advise me truthfully on the services my car actually needs. I was told by another service station that my rotors had an issue, and after a free inspection, this location informed me the issue was very minor and could be addressed during my next brake pad replacement. Big relief and saved me money as well.

Terrible service. Went there to just have my tires rotated, they tried to charge me $70, and when I got home I noticed they didn’t even rotate the tires, but they balanced the wheels (when they didn’t need balanced bc they are in perfect condition with less than 25K miles). Now my wheels vibrate at high speeds. Thanks for a terrible service. Never go to this location or kenwood location.

Tire Discounters on Red Bank in Cincinnati is second to none. Dee, Steven, and John are always professional and give great service. After having the same mechanic the past 30 years and being nervous about finding a new one I couldn't ask for anyone better!!!

Schedule my appointment three days before hand to get a specific set of tires put on my car, show up for my appointment on Saturday wait over two hours. Pay my bill walk out and they put the wrong tires on my car. What a joke!

Dee and Ethan took good care of me. Very professional. Didn’t try to up sell anything. Got me in found what deals they could and got me out in a quick amount of time. Very clean inside. That’s my go to from now one. Best oil change I’ve had in years.

They gave really quick service on 5/15/24. I called to see if they had Google pay because I forgot my credit card, upon arrival 5 minutes later he proceeded to tell me "oh but it doesn't work". I was not offered any type of insurance or warranty on the two tires I purchased. But I was very pleased they got me in and out so fast.

Amazing service!!! I wish I got the name of the person that helped me, but he was fantastic. Completely honest and didn’t try to upsell me. Quickly arranged for Uber pickup and drop off as well. Definitely will come here again if needed.

I visited here when I noticed I had a tire no longer safe to drive on. An Employee helped me and quickly serviced my vehicle without trying to upcharge me or offer services I didn't need thank you a ton!!

I was at the Tire Discounters in Cincinnati on Redbank Rd yesterday. My tire had picked up a screw and I was heading out of town. John there (the front desk tech) not only assessed the problem with only 20 mins until close, he personally fixed the tire so I could continue my trip out of town! Above and beyond customer service excellence and I am so grateful for this experience and for John! Thanks Tire Discounters for employing people who really do CARE🙌🏼💯

STAY FAR AWAY! took my vehicle in to get 4 tires on there black friday special. Picked it up in the evening and drove it home. Next day went to a buddys and he wanted to check them out. Thats when we noticed the immense amount of curb damage. Instantly brought it back to the store and showed them. I have now gotten drug around for almost 3 weeks and they will not take blame for this damage. Mind you, I came back less than 24 hours later, only 13 miles driven in that time. Manager said he would look at the camera footage and offer it to me. Well that is a lie! I have asked for it multiple times, and each time no definite answer. It is sad they promote themselves as a family owned, but they could care less about the customer. Take a look at the pictures for yourself. All that damage is brand new. Not only did they not take ownership of this, they drug me around and wasted my time for 3 weeks!!!
