My name is Adan Ahmed I want to share with you is a horrible experience. I’ve been dealing with last week discount tire the one And that stelzer Road the manager of that store his name is Dan is the worst guy I have ever met in my entire life. I do the store for brand new tires and my old tires were almost new so I told them I need to use as a spare for those diaries and they loaded my tires, they go and searched my car. I don’t know what they was looking for maybe money or whatever so anyway Dan is that he he told me he’s the store manager and he is the route I’m professional. Does not know how to deal with the customers very disrespectful person and train and I don’t know how he got that store manager position so I suggest everybody to work out the store and also to the discount tire they’re not hiring a good people you know very horrible

Dan is the man!! I couldn’t find any help with the alignment on my smart car around town. Dan not only helped but he found the best deal for me!

An absolutely horrible experience. Dan the manager, and his worker Darnell are not good people. Darnell told me the job on my car would take a few days, and my car was at their shop almost an entire month. I would sometimes call to checkup and Darnell would tell me the car would be ready, and when I’d walk there the manager would just shrug and say the car wasn’t done. No apologies or anything. I called the regional manager Michael to ask what the deal was and he admitted to me that the Technician Cody had never done this kind of job before and had no idea what he was doing, teaching himself how to do things on the fly. If they had just been honest and said that in the beginning I would’ve simply gone somewhere else. Cody broke the wheel cylinder on my car and tried to get us to pay for it. This has been an incredibly stressful situation for me and especially for my mother. Do not trust these people with your vehicle.

Today was a fantastic experience. I believe the gentleman's name was Donahue, he has wonderful customer service skills and was extremely kind to us while replacing a tire that had come off the rim. I've had very experiences with this Tire Discounter location. I actually found out (officially) that they never replaced a bad valve stem I had paid them to replace but I mentioned it today and they gave us credit off of the new tire to make up for it! I believe the staff may be different than in the past and the people there now are WONDERFUL

I am so grateful to Dan and Ramone and the rest of the crew at this location. I was convinced I had a nail in my tire when I got a tire pressure warning. Ramone removed the tire did an extremely thorough inspection before determining there wasn't anything wrong and it was likely temperature related--and Dan didn't charge me for the labor (but I wouldn't have blamed him if he did). I felt very silly that nothing was wrong but everyone I interacted with was so kind and never talked down to me or made me feel bad for bringing the car in. This is why I've been a repeat TD customer for years. Thank you, guys! I appreciate you!

Buen servicio, excelente atención, hablan español, en lo personal eso me facilitó las cosas para poder saber cuál era la mejor solución para el problema que tenía mi carro, pongo 4 estrellas por que tardaron en hacer el cambio de llantas estuve 2 horas esperando (cabe mencionar que fue sin cita) por eso le pongo calificación aceptable

The Staff went way beyond to make my experience getting new tires a good one. Donnell (Stelzer location), and his staff were patient with me for every visit or revisit I made to Tire Discounters!! Thanks again for the Great Customer Service!!

If I could give a 0 I would. They told me my car would take 2 hours and be ready at 2:30, I got 0 communication from them, and I called at 3 pm, I got told it would take 20 more minutes. Then next thing I know, it’s 4:30 and my car was “ready” and by that I mean they changed my tires but completely disregarded their instructions to put the best tire on as my full size spare. Instead, they mounted the flat spare, and put my best tire in my trunk. When asking for a discount for compensation, I was argued with, and smart comments were made about me to my father from I believe the store manager (Dan?) I will not be returning. They didn’t even do the free oil change, so I have no explication for the extra 2 and a half hours they had my car other than “We had other customers show up” Maybe if you’re going to tell a customer they will have their car ready at 2:30 they should, and if it’s not ready, let the customer know it’ll take longer than 20 minutes. I will never be returning, throwing my free oil change coupon in the trash, and head to valvoline where they respect their customers. And at least they can get you in and out in a timely manner. My whole day wasted and plans ruined.

I’m always happy when businesses are busy, but come on guys. A 2 hr wait to patch a tire, especially for people out of town? It’s a 10 minute job. Luckily for us, there was someone up the road.

Worst experience ever went there about 3 years ago after a wreck. Had almost my entire front done new struts, axles, and even a new sub frame. To find out they put in the WRONG ball joints for my car now costing me over 1000 dollars in mechanical problems. Also the struts were broke due to them as well. I paid tire discounters 4 thousand dollars to fix my car when actually all they did was cost me thousands of dollars just a couple years later after finding out there did a horrible and improper job at fixing my car. The mechanic local here in Columbus told me those were the worst ball joints ever to remove because they did such a horrible job. This being due to the wrong ball joints in place and also them being improperly put together in the first place.

The employee Rob told me he would take me out of the cue and wouldn’t serve me again( even though I paid for warranty on all my tires) after I told him I was upset that he quoted me the wrong wait time. Originally got my tires done here and had an oil change with it. They forgot to do the oil change so I had to come back. I then made an appointment for 9:00. They quoted me and hour. I called after an hour and a half and they hadn’t even gotten to my car yet. Absolutely horrible customer service efforts. I would not recommend this place. I am literally shaking after the way this man spoke to me. I told the manager. He said he would speak to the employee. This man should be fired.

I was traveling from out of town and my low tire pressure light came on. I brought it to this location. The guys checked all my tires and found all my tires to be low in air but no leaks. They put air in all my tires and sent me on my way free of charge. The integrity of this location is superior and if I ever need anything done to my car while in Columbus I'm coming here again. !!!

The guys here are amazing! We got all new tires on Saturday. On Wednesday discovered a big screw in 1 of those tires. We rushed in and arrived at closing. They could have turned us away; instead they patched the tire with no problem. The fact that they even stayed late with no hesitation really impressed me. Thanks so much guys! You really went the extra mile. (Pun intended :)

Tire Discounters in Columbus Ohio off of Stelzer Road were great! I have a company fleet vehicle and it’s hard to get the companies service card to work correctly. They were able to get it figured out and got my fleet vehicle fixed and back on the road within an hour. Would highly recommend!

Very nice and helpful. Replaced my tire and found a problem with a mis installed sensor from 2 years ago and fixed with no extra charge. Will definitely go to again. Thanks 😊👍

Went to check on tire because it kept losing air, was prepared to purchase new tire, but was told it could be plugged and no need for a new one! Wonderful customer service and no charge for the repair! I will definitely be returning when I do need a new tire!!

Donell and team took very good care of my vehicle. Replaced a tire with a screw lodged in it and replaced a tire that had been leaking. I will continue to come here to get tires and vehicle serviced.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! ( A little backstory): We had the car packed for a family vacation with my wife and 4 kids when just as we were getting on the highway a piece of debris in the road punctured one of my tires. After getting the temporary spare on and getting off the highway I began calling around to nearby tire shops for emergency tire repair without any luck until Donell picked up the phone here and saved the day, (and our family's vacation). I explained to him what was going on and he assured me that he would personally take care of it and get us back on the road and he absolutely came through for us. After inspecting the damaged tire and verifying completely that it was able to be repaired safely he had us back on the road in no time at all. The amount of kindness from a stranger and the amount of professionalism (from a clearly very busy shop) was something I will not forget and I would recommend them to anyone. Due to how busy they were he could have just as easily have told me he wasn't able to help us, (like the previous shops I had called did). It is reassuring to know that good, caring, professional people like this still exist in the world and we cant thank you enough Donell!

Best chain store location I've been treated. The manger (A) is amazing and should get a raise. They have always treated me well and reasonable prices. Must have changed management. No longer recommended.

Really upset with the service provided. Went because my tire pressure really low. I wasn’t sure if I had a nail in it or if it wasn’t something else. I had mentioned that the tire had been repaired before (someone else) and he said the only option was to replace the tire. I was not comfortable with automatically replacing the tire without even investigating if it could be repaired. The employee refused to check the tire to see what was causing the low tire pressure and continued to say our only option is to replace it. When I mentioned I am not sure if theres a nail or anything and would like this checked before proceeding with just purchasing new tires he made it clear that I was supposed to know that information before coming to them. The employee then said he wasn’t doing this back and forth and walked out of the store to a business next door. The employee didn’t even give me back my keys, he left it sitting behind the desk. I had to then go around to grab my keys and walked out without anyone saying anything. Went down the road to a different business and was met with respect and had the problem solved and was back on the road in an hour.

Donell here at this Tire Discounters was a true blessing for me today. I was driving down the street and all of sudden heard LOUD noise and grinding toward front of my car. I instantly knew I had to find a car place immediately to see what was happening. I noticed Tire Discounters (although it was hard to see instantly thru the thick hedges in front of the store….which is my only con about this experience) so I pulled in and greeted by Donell who helped me quickly and thoroughly with a smile and got me safely back on the road. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH DONELL!!

I caught a flat on the highway and my car was towed here, Duffy assessed the damage, put my spare on for me and even gave me estimate of how much to replace!! Got me right back in the road!!!

I completely blew a tire right across the street from this store and I decided to go in and ask for help, not knowing what they could do since I wasn’t able to drive to the store. Duffy took care of everything for me! He was so kind and helpful. It was raining out and he let me stay in the store and changed the tire for me. I highly recommend them. They are good people!
