Honest, fair and awesome! I went in with a nail in my tire that an oil change place had spotted. They told me at the oil change place that they were unsure as to whether or not it could be fixed. I told Jose that, and he went out and looked at it. They took it in, and popped off the tire. They patched it and had me on my way. Thanks for the great service.

I ordered a set of new tires from tire discounters and was given a 4 day wait since my specific desired tires were not in stock. Cedric D helped and provided me an experience that was beyond exceptional. I arrived and Cedric eagerly explained everything that was going to happen, how it was going to happen, and what I should expect. The lobby had water and coffee with a wide arrangement of chairs. They had a promo when I bought my 4 tires that included free alignment and an oil change. Which is a huge headache saved due to me not having to go anywhere else. Later on I brought my other vehicle and got an oil change (using the voucher). I was out for my tires in 1 hour 56 minutes and my oil change took 45 minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for transparency and quality work. They offer great warranty so the customer leaves headache free. Thanks Cedric, made life easy.

Truly the best customer service I have ever experienced! I got 4 new tires, an alignment, and a wheel balance and the work was done within 2 hours. The whole team was kind, friendly, engaging, and offered every customer that was in the shop water, coffee, and the option to change the tv channel. Cedric is at the top of his class and I would reccomend this store to every one I know.

My tires needed rotated and balanced. You can not make a turn directly into there, you have to make u-turns by going west to east.

Always love going to a Tire Discounters cuz they give me a good deal. I had my TPS go out and we coming right in and out in 2 weeks. I'll be buying a new set of tires from them at a good price

I cannot express how wonderful and professional the staff and management are at this location. I had tires put on my car..and few weeks later brought my husband's truck in for oil change etc. Both times excellent service. Ty guys

AVOID AT ALL COST! I went to Tire Discounters for the third time because they couldn’t get the alignment fixed properly. I had just came in 5 days prior for the same issue. I spoke with the manager and I was trying to find a solution for my problem. Instead of a solution I got attitude and aggression. He went on to say in an aggressive manner “I’m standing right here” insinuating he was ready to fight. He continued this behavior till he finally told me to leave. Problem I purchase an alignment with a year guarantee and the work he did was not correct for the third time. Avoid this company at all cost. The small manager is more about his tough guy attitude than helping him he customers. I drove down the street to Big O Tire Plainfield IN and they got me right in and actually fixed the problem. I will never go back to Tire Discounters!

I walked in and was greeted promptly. I like when you come in unsure of what's going on with my vehicle they listen and then decipher what I say,🤭😂. Very nice staff and the even paid for an Uber to and from because the service was going to be more than 3hrs. Definitely recommend if you need tires or your car is shaking when you press the breaks

Terrible service I went there to change the tires and do alignments and they messed up the car to the point that I was not able to drive the car and charge me an extra 150 to fixed. I am really disappointed because I went there before and they did a good service but when I was referring a friend they did me dirty.

can't say enough good things about these folks. Came in today needing an alignment, unfortunately I was suspecting my car needed more then that. Theses guys were amazing. No hassle and didn't jack me around with a bunch of extra b.s. like some shops do. Ethan and Cedric were both amazing and made sure they got me taken care of quickly and back on the road. And they are half the price of Firestone and pep boys who both quoted me over 1000 for tie rods. We will be coming here for all of our future needs. Thank u guys so much.

I’m a new car owner/driver, so any car maintenance can be intimidating to me. BUT, everyone here was very welcoming and helpful. They didn’t make me feel stupid at all, and explained things in a clear, and kind way. Jenny helped me make an appt and communicated with me about what was wrong and how to fix it. I will DEFINITELY be coming back for any future maintenance. 10/10 recommend !! <3 :)

BE CAREFUL with these people! They are ok for an oil change BUT then again they don't check your fluids , they don't do a thorough job and for repairs they like to play guessing games! I payed nearly $500 dollars for a repair that Cedric guaranteed was going to fix my current problem. Cedric called me back and said that the car was fixed and that they also "took my car for a test drive" and that it "ran like new" They are a bunch of liars. They never did because the next morning my car was worse and when they took a look again this time they said it was the transmission and that I had to go somewhere else for that!!! WTHECK!? If there was more than 1 issue with my car IT WOULD BE NICE IF I WAS GIVEN A HEADS UP INSTEAD OF "FIXING SOMETHING" THAT DID NOT FIX MY CURRENT PROBLEM!! I still question the "issue" they so called "fixed". They will take your money any way they can!!! I do not recommend this place.

Cedric (the general manage) made my day but first off being very professional over the phone when making my appointment. Upon arrival, he was just as profession in person as he was over the phone. He was very generous in giving me a complimentary tire rotation after only buying 2 tires (instead of 4). This small deed has made me make commitment to allowing Tire Discounters in Avon to be my "go to" place for car maintenance. He was very honest and I didn't feel like I was getting pushed for upsells on things not necessary. Thanks Cedric for knowing how to run a store! I highly recommend.
